The location was perfect for our daily Alps tours. The single rooms are perfect. The staff were constantly buzzing around, they worked non-stop. The bar staff and waiting staff worked hard, nothing was too much trouble. Laura was especially attentive to all the guests staying there. The continental breakfast was spot on. The food served was from a small menu, but perfectly cooked and very reasonably priced. All in all, a perfect stay.

As a cycle tourist, I look for calm and quiet places and often use the facilities only to have dinner, sleep and leave early the next day, after having a good breakfast. The Hotel has a strategic position for those who want to visit the Swiss Passes, the village doesn't offer much, just a few restaurants. This facility was excellent for what I needed, is a place for motor-bikers. I had dinner directly in the facility's restaurant, the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and the breakfast was good, maybe I would have preferred a few more local products. I had the opportunity to park my bike in a closed garage, which is appreciated by those who travel by bike and have a bike-packing system that is not always easy to disassemble.

Unfortunately, accommodations that are found in the winter locations do not have AC and sometimes this is a problem in the summertime because in the last 20 years, the temperatures have risen a lot and even if at night it is fresh, you can't open the windows because often there are mosquitos outside.

Excellent location for the various mountain passes in the area. Very friendly and helpful staff, good food with large portions and an interesting lift (no internal doors😀). Clean, comfortable room but may not suit large people or those with mobility problems as the narrow stairs in the room to bed on the mezzanine floor are also steep. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is popular with motor bikers who were all very friendly. A fly swat and rotating fly distractor were available on each table to discourage the occasional unwanted fly present in late July.

We had a one night stop here and it was the perfect location on our motorbike tour, really close to the amazing passes. Our room was basic but nice, comfortable and clean and the shared bathroom was always nice and clean too. There was a nice restaurant downstairs and the breakfast was good too. The concierge was very nice and helpful too.

Not all the locks worked on the shared showers but we did let the concierge know and they were looking into it 🙂

The hotel was situated in a small village especially suited to people on motorbikes due the closeness of good mountain passed, it was very clean and had friendly staff.

Unfortunately I hadn’t realised but I had booked a room with a shared bathroom , it wasn’t really a problem but my wife especially would have preferred en suite, also as has been mentioned in previous reviews when we ate outside there were lots of flies, however, fly swats were available.

Very near to the train station. Offers free breakfast buffet which make my morning time wonderful. Surrounded by the mountains that you can also see them from your room window. The room cleanliness is one of their top priorities for sure.

The electronic socket should be updated a bit. The IPhone charger that can be used normally in other cities, but cannot use here.

The location was beautiful and the hotel was really lovely. With a great link into interlaken and beyond if you to use as a base to explore the Eigar and Jungfrau by train. Staff and food were really good

My only criticism was we were in a roon on the 4th floor, which had a mezzanine level for the bed. To get to this level, you had to climb stairs at a 53° incline staircase. This was, I think, a little to steep, especially with our dog who was with us. She had a moment on the stair where she nearly fell. After that she didn't want to go near them. There are also small joint gaps in the bannister connection to the vertical l newel. Which although strong and firm. Alarmed me a little. Both rooms we had were the same and one of the guests was a spritly 70-year-old. If she wasn't, there would have been no way for her to go to bed. So, if the guest can not. The hotel needs to consider this eventually.

Location was ideal for exploring the mountain passes, food and beverages were good, highly recommend the Schnitzel as that was superb. Single room was a little compact but adequate for single travellers.

Minor issue with a lot of flies in the bar area and outside, other than that nothing major.

Staff was friendly, Hotel was scenic, idyllic surroundings. A bit remote and not much to do around but that is also its appeal.

The nearest pharmacy was a bit far, which became a concern since we got sick. With kids you must take notice of that fact. We had a car with us, so we can drive around

Nice hotel in the middle of the small town of Innertkirchen. We liked the friendly reception, the clean rooms and the close proximity of the Aareschluct which we visited prior to our stay. The shower was excellent, spacious and quick hot water with good pressure. Breakfast had a good choice of possible foods.

It would have been nice for the family to have our 3 rooms on the same floor, but I guess the hotel was too booked for that as we were put on 3 different floors. The staircases and floors were very noisy (creaking wood).
