i liked the location of the hotel, it is very secluded and it is super calm over there. it is very close to the best nature spots. the breakfast sitting area outside is outstanding

the balcony chairs are not comfortable, the breakfast is not good at all it is very poor and there is nothing really to eat. there are plenty of big insects around the hotel. the bathroom is not closed and the toilets are open to the room which is not very hygienic.

The location was amazing, insanely beautiful and also easy to get to and then travel from even when you don't have a car. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, I felt very welcome and really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast and food in general was also very good. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had its own small kitchen with a coffee machine so I really had everything I needed.

The staff was very friendly, check-in/out was super smooth if you use the online functions, they even had a safe locked room for us to put our bikes. The room/apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Bus stops were also very convenient

For whatever reason the elevator did not work on our 2nd day, but I'm sure this was only a temporary issue. It was also a shame that the restaurant of the hotel was closed during our stay.

I can’t ask for more about this hotel that I booked randomly just before my departure from China. Everything for me is extraordinary and above my expectation. The property is so well designed and decorated, it’s more like a Private guesthouse than a hotel, everything is unique and with great taste. The staff working here with warm heart and good service attitude. Always willing to help, they work happily like a family, which makes the guests feel home immediately. I arrived very late on the first day, and Pablo welcomed me and introduced me everything and show me around, he even prepared a special drink for me, the chef Simon, he is a very young but very creative guy . He prepared a lovely breakfast for me that I feel so privileged. And also the manager Jule , another chef Ivo, the ski instructor Adam ,etc. I’d like to give my great gratitude to everyone of them, this is my first time to Switzerland, when we talked and feel so connected like friends, I will come here again and stay with them! The surroundings are also very beautiful, it’s just in The Valley of Alp Mountains , you can enjoy amazing Alp view from your window on the bed! Which is incredible. I stayed two nights and I would like to stay longer . I had a great memory at Wetterhorn hotel and highly recommend to all my friends 👍🍀🇨🇭❄️😘

Very nice location, just on the road in mountains. We arrived late, found our keys on reception. Room was big, clean, with kitchen. The view was very beautiful next day when heavy rain stopped. Breakfast was very good, staff very friendly, welcoming ❤️ We liked that place, even we were just one night. Parking free is available.

Beautiful building with charm, plenty of parking spaces, enjoyed the complimentary fruit infused water, staff was friendly and welcoming; we stayed in the tent, which was a tad chilly in early June, but the hotel provides a large duvet that keeps you warm at night. Beds were comfy.

We found several large black slugs on the floor and inside walls of the tent throughout our stay. However, they did not go on the bed and were easy to remove. Bugs can be expected with camping. There is no designated area for the people in dorms or tents to relax. However, we asked to use the meeting room, which had great views, a nice seating area and balcony. Staff happily agreed and we used this area a lot for charging our phones and to relax in the morning/evening.

My experience was great , I have nothing to complain about .. and if I had an offer on the values I would spend Christmas in Your hotel.. too bad it's so expensive for that time :(

Loved the hospitality. we booked a tent by mistake and realized only on the day of arrival . It was pouring heavily outside when we reached the hotel. All though tent would have been a different experience, the staff was kind enough to accommodate us in the hotel close by. We missed asking for their names but there was a lady who was extremely thoughtful and helping everyone. We are flying back today otherwise we would have totally extended the stay. The restaurant staff is also helpful we had some cured meat, cheese and scrambled eggs for breakfast.. .

absolutely everything exceptional. we recommend it 100%. main point, the kindness of the staff.! Lovely people ! and the icing on the cake, the restaurant food! Congratulations to The Chef who surprised us with so much talent, taste and kindness. 🫶

There could be a microwave in the room (traveling with babies :))

Apartment has everything we need. nice view and garden. Warm and friendly staff.

Only two things: It had no AC. So a bit not comfortable during our stay in the summer. Breakfast options quite limited.
