We travelled to Grindelwald to see the Eiger and were not disappointed. The breakfast was excellent and the lady serving it was very pleasant. We just found that the dinner was rather pricy. The bedroom was lovely, modern and clean with a great view to the mountains just outside.

It’s a little bit out of the town but I loved this. Such beautiful scenery. Also buses are regular and free with the tourist card you get. Lots of lovely walks near by

The host was very helpful and waiting for us till 11pm to handover the Key and Bus card. He answered all my calls and gave me Instrcutions. The rooms are so comfy for 2 adults and 2 kids. The Location is what you could ask for - quiet and serene and the Eiger is a stone throw away from the Window. The park besides is a bonus for kids. I felt like staying at room all day and watch the snowclad mountains. The food is good at the restaurant downstairs. Michael is super helpful, informative and even dropped us in Grindelwald terminal. He gave us the Family bus card to travel within GW. Grindelwald first is just less than a 10 min sceneic bus ride. Dont think, Book it and you wont regret it.

Toilets could be more cleaner. No Lift to carry the luggage to 2nd floor.

Dinner menu was good (not inc in price). Good choices for breakfast buffet. Beautiful setting and easily reached by bus from the station. The communal wash room and small kitchen were lovely and clean. Plenty of hot water.

I was a late booking and the only space on offer was in 6 bed mixed dorm. Comfortable bed but unfortunately a male roommate had the worst snoring problem I have ever encountered. I didn’t get a wink of sleep. I would stay here again but only if I could get a single room.

Very nice hotel! Perfect location in summer for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy nature and in winter for the ski enthusiasts! As an Indian tourist the location meant we had to plan our travel perfectly based on the bus timing which was every hour in the morning and evening. Susan who manages the Hotel is very helpful and was a great host!!

The infrequent bus service to the location which limited our movements and needed good planning. Missing a bus meant losing an hour as taxi is very expensive by Indian standards!

The hotel is located quite far from Grindelwald (centre), so it's a reasonable solution if you travel by car. The hotel and restaurant staff is very friendly. The 3 stars of the place match the quality here. The views from the hotel room are really great. Overall quite nice stay and good value for money.

Nothing really. Location might be a problem if you somebody gets there by bus (and plan to use the public transport, only). The bus is once per hour with the last from Grindelwald something like 18:30. But that's not a hotel issue.

The hotel has a fantastic panorama view with high peaks, a glacier also is visible with some waterfalls in distance. Good double room with big comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Very nice restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Kind staff. Parking places for free for the guests around the hotel. Guests also receive free ticket for some of the buses to the city center.

The room was big with a nice view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved that you got a free bus pass for the duration of your stay, much easier than driving into town.

Glass bathroom doors! The toilet and shower were behind a wall but the door is glass and leaves little privacy. There also wasnt an option for twin beds and wasn't any milk pods to use for tea or coffee

Beautiful and peaceful place for my family ( 2 adults and 2 kids). We stayed there for 4 days and we wish we stayed more. The location is isolated from the Grindelwald village in a peaceful area where many people come to park at the hotel to go hiking, walking or biking. 20th of April we found snow within walking distance. The hotel provides free bus tickets where you can go multiple times to Grindelwald. Or you can walk for 25min. The family that runs the place is very accommodating and friendly. I recommend renting a car and exploring Grindelwald, Interlaken and the nearby areas while staying in this awesome accommodation. Definitely coming back.
