The hotel feels much more like a 4 or 5-star hotel - it's really a classy place to stay The staff are all very professional, helpful and courteous The rooms are well-appointed and the bedding and toiletries are top quality The hotel restaurant is EXCELLENT - absolutely one of the best restaurants in Pontresina (probably in all of Oberengadin!) Great breakfast with a nice selection of local produce - the cheese and cold meats are lovely Easy to reach by car or by public transport (the hotel will meet you at Pontresina train station) Very clean and hygienic accommodation

I just wish that I could visit the Hotel Müller more frequently

Brilliant staff; gorgeous terrace with amazing mountain views. Loved the spa and the design of the bedrooms, incredible beds and bedding - great bathrooms! They held our luggage and offered to transport it to the station for free, so helpful. The staff were very efficient and polite. Lots of special touches - they saw it was my dad's birthday just from the passport date and sent prosecco to the room! Absolutely loved it. Stayed in 5 places on the Bernina Express and this was by far the best, most beautiful and comfortable. The town is also stunning.and the views from every room were gorgeous.

Only issue we had was with struggling to charge our phones in the room, but possibly this is to do with the difference in cables between the UK and Italy. Bring a portable charger!

Lovely, boutique-style little hotel along the main road, in easy reach of great restaurants as well as the train station. Wonderful, simple design of the rooms, with lots of wood. I stayed in a small double room, which was spacious enough for a few days and even featured a Nespresso coffee machine. Generally good attention to details and design (e.g., the elevator). The spa in the basement reflects the hotel's overall style: small, but beautifully designed (with columns, wooden floor, and white ceiling) and featuring everything that's needed (sauna, whirlpool, and steam room). Quiet and peaceful, overall.

The curtains don't fully cover the windows and don't block out the light (something that should be easy enough to fix!). In my room, there was also an issue with some of the lamps, which made a strange humming noise and suddenly turned on in the middle of one night.

We stayed in the family lodge. It was superb for us. We have two teen boys, so the space was great. The hotel were fantastic, they picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Pontresina is lovely. We did the horse ride and walked back from Val Roseg. We took the train to St. Moritz. Ideal location for us. We enjoyed the welcome drinks too.

There was nothing I could fault.

This was a clean and peaceful spot. The room felt very serene, the bed was comfortable, I liked the mountain view from the living room of my suite. Though I started off in a more luxurious hotel, which closed for the season, then ended my visit to Pontresina here, my room here was honestly more comfortable than the luxury hotel. The other overall hotel amenities weren't as great- the spa was just a small sauna and steam, broken hot tub. But the public spa is right nearby, and you can get a day pass to several of the more luxurious hotel spas, which are only a short walk away. So instead of paying a fortune for a spa/hotel, consider staying in this peaceful gem and buying day passes elsewhere.

I wish the steam room was nicer. It smelled a bit like bad drains.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to both the bus and train. The hotel was near to small shops, bars and restaurants which was important for our group. The Sleep&Ski option was excellent value for money. The availability of a driver who took some of our group to the train station was very nice to have. The TV channel selection was outstanding. The Nespresso coffee machines in each room was a real bonus. Finally, the beds were super comfortable.

The ski room was separate from the room where the ski boots were stored, this was a bit inconvenient. Also, it would be nice to have a ski boot warmer/dryer so that the boots do not remain damp.

Great location in the centre of town. Very good restaurant, although some portions were very small. Friendly staff. Complimentary pass for the Bergbahn was great (summer stay) and offering a welcome drink is a very nice touch. Complimentary parking is a real bonus if you can get a spot. Would definitely stay here again.

Service was slow in the bar area. Staff were setting up table service for the next meal when we were still eating both at dinner and breakfast which was not very relaxing.

As should be expected of accommodation in this price-bracket. Ticked all the boxes. The property also provides a shuttle service to/from the station. Do arrange it beforehand. This is Switserland after all. Things need to be arranged or they don't exist :) Breakfast was included and exactly what one would expect to see. Loved the 'dunk your egg to your favourite boiled state' water-bath contraption they have.

If anything, the mini-bar prices were a little on the (to-be-expected) steep side.

My stay at Hotel Müller was exceptional. I was very impressed by the nice room (my single room was upgraded to a double room, which was nice) and the nice staff. The location is great, the Surovas train stop is just a short walk and much closer than the main Pontresina train station. Breakfast was served until 10:30 AM. It was a nice buffet with very attentive staff, even though I was almost the only guest. In the evenings, the sauna and steam bath were open (and almost always empty during my stay in the very low season in November). The hotel's restaurant was also great, traditional Engadine style. I was also very positively surprised to get a free public transport pass for the duration of my stay ("ÖV inklusive Winter").

While the hotel in itself seemed very quiet, the rooms on the street side do get a bit of street noise. I was awakened by the snow ploughs quite early in the morning. There is a Nespresso coffee maker (with four complimentary capsules) in the rooms, but no kettle or tea maker.

Great location, excellent beds and most of all I really appreciated the hotel sending me a face cream I forgot by post and didn't charge. Thanks once again!

A bit expensive for the room we got but it was also high season during the festive days.
