Lovely cosy hotel - particularly the bar area with fireplace. Complimentary on demand pick up and drop off service from station was much appreciated. Great food (we enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast). Friendly and helpful concierge staff. Thoughtful touches like providing bars of chocolate on check out. Pretty and scenic little town. We really enjoyed our stay

No complaints. Something to note, however, rooms with interconnected room access offer limited soundproofing between rooms.

I loved the hospitality of the Hotel Team. The Hotel advertises itself as "Ferien unter Freunden" ("Holidays among friends") and they really deliver on this promise. Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, great location and amazing mountain view from the hotel room No. 405. I highly recommend Hotel Rosatsch for your holidays in this beautiful location.

General Ambience, Friendly Staff, Good Pool, Good Spa and Treatments, Breakfast

Some bar prices are a little high but it was mostly empty of guests so service was excellent, The evening meals had an Italian style so lots of Pasta Gnocci Rice etc and potato was not usually served and then only in vegetarian dishes during our stay but every night the meal was very different and was beautifully served so this is a comment not a complaint

This was a wonderful hotel with very attentive staff who made for a very relaxing stay. We had a large corner room with greats views and comfortable bed. Breakfast was a generous spread and coffee came from an espresso machine! Best we’ve had for a while. A few extras we didn’t expect were great touches.

Nothing not to like, but because we didn’t read the hotel notes until the last day of our stay, we didn’t realise the had a laundry we could have used downstairs!

Our room was beautiful and close to the mountain with a couch, chairs, small table, a desk, a large closet, a comfy bed, and a spacious, shady balcony. There was a separate small room with toilet and basin in addition to the shower, tub, sink and vanity room. The hotel was very close to the Alp Languard lift, but the area was surprisingly quiet in spite of the construction. The food was all good, especially the desserts. We had dinner every night there, because it was such a good deal and so convenient. The staff was super friendly and very helpful! I noticed a large children’s playroom right next to the hotel bar and a number of young families in the hotel. Our adult son enjoyed the sauna and spa, with robes and slippers provided to all guests. We paid a nominal extra fee to park in the attached hotel garage. And we were pleased with the hotel‘s shuttle service to the train station. Loved the noon checkout time!

The elevator system in the two buildings was a bit confusing at first. The food was somewhat unfamiliar to us Americans, and it was tasty, but the entrees seemed a bit heavy and rich with a lot of sauces. A wide variety of appetizers and an extensive salad bar were available however, for a light meal. We would have preferred better music in the dining room, particularly irritating our first evening. No music would have been better.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The staff is extremely professional, and the hotel manager was an absolute delight to communicate with. A cherry on top is that they organized a bottle of champagne on a very short notice, and prepared a birthday greeting card for my gf while we were out in the mountains.

The staff were all helpful and friendly. They offered a standard buffet breakfast and made very good coffee. What was very nice was the backpack included with the room for our use when out hiking the spectacular mountains. They also have hiking poles available for guests.

A jacuzzi would have been nice but the saunas were nice.

Great breakfast buffet as well as dinner with excellent choices of dishes; the spa area is also surprisingly nice; the staff was friendly and helpful; the hotel is conveniently located in the center of Pontresina; that all for a very reasonable price.

The parking spaces are very very small, though we were warned about that in advance.

We loved Hotel Rosatsch. Great location, big room extremely clean. Staff were exceptional particularly in the bar and restaurant. Wellness centre lovely and the pass for the lifts was a fantastic bonus we thoroughly enjoyed. We were very sad to leave. The food was amazing too.
