The view from the room to the Glacier, river and the mountains is amazing. The room in a modern style had everything you need, included kettle, tea and coffee, flat tv, table and chair and big closet. The bed was a two 90 cm beds, Swiss style, dressed as double bed. The toilet also very complete, including bidet. Everything was very clean. No noise from neighbors or corridor or cars as the room gave to the river. People at the reception and at the spa were very friendly and helpful and speaking several languages, including Italian, English, Spanish and German. They were making all the possible to serve our needs, like giving back the Guest card at a cable card station. Breakfast is very good, served as buffet. The huge breakfast room offers as well amazing views and makes you feel you are in a castle. Spa is very nice with different kinds of sauna. The garden next to the pool, which is in another floor, is a very well cared space inviting to relax and be surrounded by nature. We were offered some complimentary parking place next to the hotel. The hotel offers the Sommer Guest Card starting from 2 nights' stay, which includes cable cars and buses in the area and is a great benefit. The location allows you to walk to some nice restaurants nearby, take bus and just be at a very quiet area. The hall of the hotel is beautiful.

The mattresses were a little hard for me. Maybe the offer of a mattress pad could solve it.

We visited the Schloss Hotel & Spa Pontresina with three friends for a relaxing getaway, and we were truly amazed! The hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views that leave you speechless. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food was exceptional, living up to the standards of a top-tier hotel. The Spa is incredible, even though we didn’t have time to fully enjoy its services. However, we were given an excellent tour, which convinced us of how well-organized and beautiful the space is. What truly made our stay outstanding was the hotel staff. Everyone was helpful and kind. Even when the kitchen had already closed, they managed to offer us food options with a smile and great willingness. A special mention must go to the hotel’s concierge, Mr. Corrado. He was unbelievably helpful and assisted us with absolutely everything! From organizing our transportation and suggesting activities to personally calling for train schedules and arranging lockers at the station, his support was invaluable and made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. We want to thank him especially, as he is one of the main reasons we would love to return to this hotel in the future! Overall, the Schloss Hotel & Spa Pontresina is a destination worth visiting. Excellent location, impeccable facilities, and staff that exceed every expectation. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, and we can’t wait to come back!

Welcoming and helpful staff in reception, spa, lounge bar and breakfast room. Comfortable, clean and spacious room with an amazing view! Spa is relaxing and clean and easy to book. Location is fabulous, just out of town, a lovely 5 -10min walk to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was in a lovely room with lots of choice.

Lounge bar would benefit from a menu with more choice as it’s a nice spot to relax. We found the restaurant too formal but we’ were happy to find some lovely restaurants in town.

We revisited this hotel for the second time, having been here last year too. The staff is remarkably accommodating, even ensuring we got the same room we stayed in last year, upon our request. This level of attention to customer requests is greatly appreciated! The breakfast is simply fantastic, and any hotel that serves Prosecco for breakfast is a winner in our book. :) The spa facilities are fantastic, and the hotel provides a breathtaking view of the mountains and the Bernina train. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel. :)

The hotel is very nice although our room is not that big but clean. The breakfast is bounty. They have transport to pick and drop you.

One staff at the reception is not that helpful maybe a new staff (I didn't get her name). Customer service is very important, they should look into it, they should find way to help the customer.

Maybe I'm spoiled from Hotel walter where I spend the other night in Pontresina. It was all good and friendly but sometimes it needed just a bit more smile and coming towards. Just as you can imagine 8.5 points and not 9.5. very good. Single room was just a double room with a side view.

It was a short stay but of good quality. Professional staff. The reception was helpful, and the restaurant staff advised us for local dishes. The room had a wonderful view, and we could hear the silence of the mountains. We also tried the spa, and the view from the swimming pool was stunning. Sure to come back.

What a wonderful hotel! Spacious, elegant, luxurious, beautifully decorated, and with a breathtaking view of the Bernina group. The hotel gave us a free upgrade and our very comfortable room had three windows with a view of the river and towards the mountains. We also loved the swimming pool and its adjacent terrace. The restaurant is elegant and served first class food. The breakfast was among the best ever, with a great variety of dishes. We can't wait to come back!
