The location in the jungle, wow. Bungalow had everything we needed! We loved the breakfast options!

Pool was closed for renovation. I would have liked to know beforehand (maybe I just missed the notification?!) because I book hotels also for the pool option for the kids! I don’t think I would have spent the money knowing the pool is closed.

Absolutely amazing experience. Staying in the jungle in a treehouse surrounded by nature. Monkeys all around us & visiting us on our balcony. Watching them jump and play in the trees above us whilst at the pool. Staff were lovely and they arranged a full day tour of the lake for us which was amazing. Breakfast was good. The food in the restaurant was really lovely and the cocktails great too!

I can’t really fault the place - yes some of the facilities such as room lighting & water temperature wasn’t great but you’re in a treehouse in the jungle?! Only thing is the stairs in the family treehouse are not at all safe & definitely not suitable for young children however, there is another staircase outside that can be used to access the top floor

This is a very unique albeit aging resort. It has many quirks and lots of personality. It has the wonderful addition of seeing monkeys leaping though the trees and making a mischief in the morning looking for a free breakfast. They are fun but fearless so be mindful when feeding them if you do so. We gave them a bunch of bananas and the children were able to hand feed them at a distance - remember they are wild animals and thus should be respected especially when you have young children. The pool is a pleasing oasis after the heat of the day and seems a rarity in comparison to other local accommodation..the staff are extremely extremely helpful and friendly kindly taking us to our next local hotel and gathering our bags even taking them up to the reception at the next hotel - all without any fuss or fee! The sky walk is a must - but again if you have young children best head up solo beforehand! It's well worth it for the views and experience!

The idea of this resort is great - sadly it has seen better days but the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I just wish the accommodation matched their enthusiasm and friendliness. It is definitely expensive in comparison to other accommodation locally - but then again it is very unique. I do know that I'd much prefer to stay here than on the lake itself - don't be fooled into the latter!

It's a cool location, set in the jungle, and all rooms/huts accessed via raised walkways. The room we had was large and a big bathroom with a bath (that we didn't use). Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Peaceful place but you do hear loud cicadas. It's a 10 minute walk to town.

The water pressure in the shower was very weak. A larger area to sit outside attached to the room would have been nice, as well as a general common area with couches (although there is a large seating area with tables for eating).

Stunning location, not just next to the jungle but within it. Lots of wildlife to be seen. Staff are so kind and friendly. We arrived late and they kept the restaurant open for us so we didn't go hungry. Amazing food in restaurant. Including vegan options. My favourite place I stayed in Thailand. Lovely little clean pool.

Mosquitos but to be expected!! The ladders up to the rooms are a little scary and felt a bit unsafe with small children especially when wet.

Very friendly and professional staff. First, we arrived before the check in time - the room was available so they allowed us immediately to use the treehouse. Second, we registered for a tour before we arrived - everything was perfectly organised. We also came back from the tour at 13:00. Unfortunately we had to continue our travels to Phuket. However - even though we already checked out 1 day before, we were allowed to use the pool and relax at the area. Thank you very much for the great stay!

The whole concept of tree houses is charming. It is a unique experience, and like anywhere else in Thailand, the level of service is very high. The maintenance is very good. I found the room to be very clean. I read some negative comments here, and I did not experience any problem. The only thing is the water pressure.. well, OK! If you want a high pressure shower.. don't order a hut on a tree! 😅

Everything was fine!

Really nice Resort in Khao Sok, a little bit off the touristy part, so it's quiet. Service is more than excellent. People are very friendly. Customers can use the skywalk for free where you can look at the beautiful nature around. The food and drinks in the restaurant were very good. The rooms first seem to be a little bit expensive compared to the average in Thailand but they are worth the money. The interior of the rooms is highly detailed and fits perfectly to the jungle around. If you are lucky you can watch monkeys climbing and jumping around outside of your room. It was the highlight of our holiday for the kids.

Nothing to complain.

Great hosts, they were really kind and they organized the tours for us quite spontaneously. Our tree house was really high above the ground, it was beautiful to lie on the bed and to look out of the window and observe the monkeys and birds. You can sit outside to enjoy your food but beware of the hungry monkeys. One adult and two small children had enough space in one bed, so the two beds are quite big.

It's not negative but important to know if you travel with children: the tree house we had was really.in the trees so watch out for your children if you are outside or walking on the stairs/bridges.

We loved our stay but we one night was plenty for us. It was a great experience but for us we prefer a more standard hotel with creature comforts. If we were younger or had a family then we feel it would have been awesome. We felt our room was spacious, the wifi was great and we loved the big bed and thought it was comfy. The Aircon was good and we loved having a balcony and there are many windows all with curtains and lots had stained glass so you had your privacy. We booked a private transfer from Surat Thani Airport direct with the hotel and it was super easy and the driver and car were great. We could pay on card at the hotel. If you love nature and camping you'll love it here.

The bathroom was on quite a big slope, although there were two showers, one was covered in ants at night and the other one was over a bath which when you climbed into sank and you'd loose your balance. We didn't have a mosquito net and as the walls were made of wood and bamboo they made their way into our room and bathroom.
