The location is a charming private beach that offers stunning views and a lovely atmosphere. The beach itself is well-maintained and a pleasure to visit. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options available.

New comers to Phi Phi, make sure how do they work! Cant access by car and its not easy and pricy to arrange the taxi boat (hotel only provides 2 rides), it is almost impossible to joy the beach as it is full of corals and urchins, cant bring food into room, not to attract rats.

The place is very quiet and beautifu, very good facilities. The hotel staff are nice. They offer daily tours that are good as well. It's a nice place to relax.

The transportation is tricky. The hotel only has 2 shuttles per day and the timings are not aligned with the ferry. If you get to the island any other time, it can be very expensive to find a boat that brings you to the hotel. You can get one easily, but it's expensive. The food at the hotel is also expensive comparing to other places in Thailand, but it's the only option and they know it.

The location was gorgeous, very clean and quiet. Staff were amazing and very attentive to our daughter (aged 2) always playing with, talking to and giving her fresh flowers and small gifts of fruit etc. The pick up from Tonsai was smooth and booking trips and transfers very easy. The beach was very clean and private. Accommodation was great with stunning views, we had a cliff top villa. It is hilly especially up to the villas but not a negative as they will take you up in a small vehicle on request. Food is great but a but more pricey than other places, this is to be expected for a secluded location. Quality was great though.

The beach is lacking sunbeds and shade but there are towels, beach mats and snorkeling equipment all for free.

We loved our stay! We booked for 7 nights, and it felt almost like a spiritual retreat! We reserved the beachfront cabin, and it was spectacular! We woke up every day to watch the sunrise—it was breathtaking! Also we loved the beach!!!!! We went to the city whenever we needed something, but we were always in a hurry to get back to the hotel. We didn’t like the city beaches—the water was very dirty because of the boats passing by. Too many people in such a small space… We much preferred the tranquility of the hotel. The breakfast was very good! The rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh linens and towels, and they restock water and coffee. The staff was very attentive and friendly! We felt at home! 10/10 Thank you.

a beautiful group of staff and PRISTINE LOCATION with a beautiful beach and divine coral reefs. cool little bamboo huts with very nice views and nice because they are kind of set back in the rainforest!!

firstly, i think most people would stay here to escape the noise and hustle of phi phi central. this is why we came buttt the boats going past were sooo loud. a little annoying, and this was in low season. also the food was expensive and not that good, some items were really nice but most was meh. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AWESOME, AND I HIGHLY RECOMEND, but maybe better for a quiet-ish escape in low season!!

If anyone is searching to stay in phi phi and reading this review just book it right now. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Cove on Phi Phi Island. The property is a little secluded, away from the main pier, which makes it even more special. The views are absolutely breathtaking, some of the best I’ve seen in Thailand. The room was upgraded and had a gorgeous view, making my stay even more memorable. The staff—especially Ain, Lala, chocho, and Piu—were incredibly welcoming and caring. They even played with my one-year-old child, which added such a personal touch. The property arranged some great activities like tours to Maya Bay and nearby islands, which were stunning. They also provided snorkeling gear and kayaks, all of which I made good use of to explore the beautiful coral reefs. The whole experience was unforgettable, and I’m definitely planning to come back to Phi Phi Island and stay at The Cove again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and beautiful getaway.

Lovely view. Trips possible and good value. Mini market with very reasonable prices. paddle boards and kayaks available at fair prices.Range of food at the restaurant. Excellent cocktails and well worth the price.Great room with excellent bathroom and separate toilet with wardrobe and draws in the corridor which helps keep the large bedroom looking pristine.Excellent views and large private balcony. Bedding and towels change daily as well as room cleaned. Quiet fridge and good air conditioner with a separate central fan. Great choice of room lighting and a helpful LED low light surrounding the enormous bed so no nasty leg injuries if one went to the loo at night! Also, there were manned electric buggies to take folk up and down to their rooms.

There was limited numbers of sun loungers on the beach, and there were no comfy covers for these. BBQ food is available some months but not during our stay. People should note that the delightful beach looses the sun during the afternoon, which can be a blessing!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is amazing if you are looking for a place for relaxing and enjoy amazing views, sunrises and sunsets are top notch! Also highly recommended the hiking route from the hotel to the phi phi view points and do kayaking from the hotel to long beach. If you are looking for party this is not the place, however, if you want to party ask the staff and they can arrenge for you a long tail boat to go to long beach during evening. In my opinion is highly recommended! One of the best stays I have been, this mix of jungle and beach I just love it! - Bamboo Room - Thank you Mrs Noi for making our holidays amazing!

Absolutely beautiful place, away from everything. Crystal clear water perfect for snorkeling. Staff were amazing, helped with getting on and off the boat as its the only access. Booked a fantastic day trip for us to see all the major sights around phi phi, honestly couldn't fault them. Beach was gorgeous, little shop to buy food, drinks and necessities. Great mix of food and drinks in the main bar area. We stayed in one of the ocean view villas and it was great, very spacious, clean and fab views. They are up a steepish hill but there are stairs to help and the staff will take you up in a buggy if you want. Would definitely stay here again.

Honestly there was nothing we didn't like. If you want the party side of phi phi this probably isn't for you. The shuttle boat is free for check in and out. But you can pay if you want to go back to the main pier. Taxi boats back from the main pier can be a bit pricey.
