Beautifully designed resort, not too big, with stunning attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and cool, and the bathrooms have indoor and outdoor showers. The private outside space was a great place to chill out. Very professional and attentive staff. The gardens and communal areas are lovely. Great coffee and fresh croissants at breakfast!

The pool area was a little bit grubby and the staff were really stretched during the lunch rush. The entrance from the road is also poorly lit and narrow because there is building work going on.

We had a 3 bedroom villa with private pool. We didn’t really make use of the kitchen but did enjoy the private pool especially in the afternoon when the main pool was busier. The staff are AMAZING and the real highlight of the hotel. So attentive and friendly. We loved daily breakfast ordered by WhatsApp and delivered to our villa. Great option for hotel guests to pre book their beds by the pool. Massage on the beach was so good. Lovely massage ladies!

The hotel is open to day guests and it gets busy round the pool and restaurant from late morning. The staff do a great job of looking after everyone but I would have preferred it to be a bit less busy so we tended to retire to our villa. The restaurant is great but is on the pricey side. Would be nice to have some more economical options on the menu! The hotel location is good as it is a (hot but tiring) walk along the beach to Fisherman’s Village.

It was a beautiful property. We stayed in the villa that we shared with friends. Breakfast is included and a nice selection to choose from. The air conditioning was excellent in the room, fluffy towels. The amenities including a bit of vodka, gin & whiskey was supplied daily as well as bottled water. There are several restaurants in the area that wee excellent. Zazen + W hotel are exceptional for a change of pace. Also grocery stores within walking distance. Beach massages were excellent.

The only issue is that every surface not he property is slick concrete. You have to be super careful not to slip when wet or raining. There was an afternoon when it started pouring at the outdoor pool and I took a very nasty fall. Would have been helpful for them to tell guests what to expect when it rains and to have put towels on the pool deck.

The villa was amazing! The bedrooms were nice and spacious, and the pool and the kitchen area were top-notch. We really liked that the dining area and the kitchen were on the open air, which gives you a continuous feeling that you are outside. Also, the open bathroom was amazing. It felt like a little honeymoon, but this time with two kids. The room service was wonderful, fast, and efficient. The location is very quiet and you can relax on the beach quietly and in 15 minutes of walk you are in the heart of the fisherman's village with lots of options for restaurants and bars.

The communal pool looks very nice but unfortunately, the water did not feel clean enough and properly maintained. The breakfast was included but the selection was very limited. It didn't feel like the pampering that you would normally expect from a high-end stay. Also, we were very disappointed by the seawater at the beach. The water tends to be murky and not very inviting for swimming and the sand felt muddy and swampy but of course, this is not Karma resort's fault.

Great location, well maintained resort, we had a beautiful villa and the reality meets the same as the pictures. Wonderful, attentive service from all of the staff. Having a villa with full cooking facilities means you can buy a lot of groceries or alcohol etc and stock up making a cost effective option for your stay. When feeling lazy, room service is always an easy option and the food from the restaurant is nice enough.

While the layout of the villas makes for beautiful Instagram shots, the practicality is not as great. The open plan of the outdoor kitchen means when there are storms a lot of things get wet (I had to dry all the gas cook top components to get it to start a couple of times). Also while thou outdoor shower, bathtub and toilet look great the reality of using them in is not as great with sauna like temperatures and a worry of mosquitos, but for the most part it was not a problem, just do your business quickly and return to your nicely air conditioned room. These criticisms are more a style and function thing and in no way reflect negatively on Karma resort, just know what you are up for on an island holiday, I would still go back

Absolutely loved the Resort. The three bed villa was just as I imagined from the photos when booking the property on Booking.com - absolutely superb - the configuration was just perfect for a family of three adults and two children. Loved the outdoor kitchen with the accompanying utilities to allow for home cooking. The ensuites for each room were divine - kids loved the outdoor waterfall shower. Having our own private pool just made for a spectacular stay. The restaurant delivered delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All staff from reception, concierge, cleaning to cooking were simply outstanding - every person served with such kindness and care. It’s the best holiday we have ever had and to share it with two other families who also booked the same there - made for unforgettable memories.

Didn’t really impact us per se, but for those that do not have a private pool would have been underwhelmed with the size of the communal pool, although, it never seemed to get overloaded during my stay so perhaps not much of an issue.

Breakfast was the best we had on the island.. Beautiful acai bowls.. Clean food.. Power foods. Hand pressed juices for detox, energy etc. A little overpriced but to be expected in a resort of this nature. Rooms are stunning.. We had a private plunge pool, bathroom facilities really good & the outdoor shower was class. Beds & pillows are the best I have EVER slept on!

The moate at the reception is very dangerous.. Water colour & polished concrete look very similar & I had an awful fall.. Reported this to management, So be mindful when approaching reception to check in.. Staff didn't really know what to do when I fell only to see if I wanted a towel, I needed to go to A&E! Bang to the head & a bruise the size of 2 hands.. Very lucky though not to have broken my leg on our honeymoon!

Most tasteful place we have been to, from the immaculate rooms with beautiful outdoor showers to the fotogenic garden and pool area. The entire staff is excellent, personable and helpful.

Pool area gets crowded on very sunny days, but we still did not mind. Breakfast options are a bit inflexible. And the construction work is very loud when you stay on the side of the hotel closer to the work, something that could be announced a bit more proactive in the booking process. Beach facilities are really beautiful, but the water is quite muggy and not very inviting at this stretch of the coast.

Stunning hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable. Outdoor shower and pool in the room was a great addition. Food in the restaurant is superb and very reasonable, staff are friendly and attentive. Couldn’t recommend more.

Only negative is getting into the hotel you have to walk down an unmade road which is a little inconvenient and doesn’t look great. Once you’re there it’s stunning, walking along the beach to and from the hotel is a good alternative!

Absolutely beautiful hidden gem of a hotel in the most beautiful setting. Beach front, stunning pool & location. Gorgeous landscaping & little tropical walkways with pools full of beautiful Koi. The decor in the rooms & bathroom was just amazing. The whole resort has been so lovingly designed.

A few noisy kids & babies but nothing to put us off visiting again.
