Fantastic location if you are visiting the tourist areas of Tunis, plenty of food and Resturants nearby and hookah cafes. Easy access to shops, Banks and money exchange and a 5-10min walk to the famous Medina Souk Overall hotel is fairly decent in terms of facilities but old, however exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff are very exceptional and very welcoming and helpful! Younes at Reception is a legend and treated me as a brother! Thank you my friend!

Price oer night could be better based on the facilities and star rating of the hotel. Not entirely value for money but then again hotels in Tunis are generally not cheap.

The location was excellent... less than 10 minutes by walking to La Medina and surrounded by many stores, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and train stations. The breakfast was varied and tasteful, and the members of the staff were always willing to help. The neighborhood was calm and safe. The room cleaning service was impeccable.

The open shower was a problem to maintain the bathroom dry. There was no strong box and no electric kettle in the room There were no vending machines inside the whole hotel.

The staff was very kind, it was right in the center, but pm a quiet street. The coffee was very mediocre but the breakfast was good and had options

When you leave the hotel for the day, you leave the keys at the reception which is kind of weird. The bathroom was dated, the shower didn't really work and overall wasn't the best.

Rooms don’t have refrigerator You have to give your keys back everytime you go out I had friends in Tunisia and sometimes we wanted to rest in my room and they dont let anyone inside the hotel than the guests

Very friendly staff, I had so many questions about Tunis and the manager helped me with everything. We had the junior suite with our son and the room was small, but very convenient. Super clean, good breakfast as well. Location is super central.

At night the city centre is a little bit shady. However, we didn't stay out late so it wasn't a problem. Hotel has 24 hour security.

Staff: The highlight of Tiba Hotel is its staff. They were not just helpful but exceptionally accommodating. When I encountered a parking issue, they swiftly assisted me in finding an alternative spot near the hotel. Cleanliness: The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, which was evident throughout my stay. This made for a very comfortable and pleasant environment. Location: The location of Tiba Hotel is fantastic. It's situated conveniently, making it easy to explore local attractions and amenities. Breakfast: The breakfast was decent, aligning well with standard hotel offerings.

Parking: Be aware that while the hotel does offer parking, it can get full quickly. This isn't clearly indicated when booking via mobile, which can be a bit inconvenient. In my case, the parking was full, but thankfully, the staff were quick to help. Do note that off-site parking incurs an additional cost of 5 EUR.

I chose this hotel because of its top 10 ranking on Tripadvisor and of course, the price was very reasonable on a GBP to TND conversion. The location was really good, just moments from the main street. We had a balcony room (313) which was great. The room was clean and the bathroom was lit up well. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was the same every morning except for the few hot items which seemed to change. The breakfast staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast restaurant was on the 4th floor and again very well designed and maintained. My stay was overall very good and I don't have anything negative to say. We checked in around 2 am and informed them beforehand of our arrival. We needed some emergency supplies which the concierge very kindly pointed us to. The air con worked well. Wifi was good. Easy check in and check out. We paid in TND via contactless and the rate offered was much better than what I had at the airport ATM. Tip: The balcony option is only available with a side view, the main street view rooms do not have a balcony.

There were mosquitos in the room but I'm not holding this against the hotel at all. No safety deposit box but not a deal breaker for us, similarly the TV signal and toilet flush were a little flakey.

Nice hotel with very clean beds&towels and really nice reception staff friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very good with advice on what to visit and how to get there. The area is nice and safe with many shops, restaurants and cafes, supermarket 5 minutes walk, Medina 7 minutes walk. Bolt taxi to/from airport-hotel Tiba is 5-6€ and similar price to anywhere else around Tunis.
