I had a pretty good experience at the hotel. The resort was completely clean, beautiful and warm, cozy, and welcoming. Turned out that the rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff goes beyond the ordinary to ensure that I have what I need, always smiling at the same time. I stayed on the fourth floor with a view of the airport runways, which was excellent; I really enjoyed watching the takeoffs and landings. I did not get to try the breakfast, but everything else was so good. I can recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a good stay without much fuss

One minor drawback was that the hotel only offered breakfast and didn’t include dinner in the price I paid. While this wasn’t a big issue, it would have been more convenient to have the option of on-site dining in the evening as part of the package. The hotel in Les Berges du Lac, just 9 minutes from Tunis–Carthage Airport — an ideal location for connection flights or short business trips. The property is situated in a commercial district that feels a bit quiet and underused these days, with only a few boutiques and plenty of jewellery shops. Despite the area’s subdued atmosphere, the hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well maintained. Security is excellent: there is a guard stationed at the ground floor entrance, reception is located on the first floor, and there is also secure private parking. The atmosphere is welcoming, with all spaces delicately scented and soft background music playing in the corridors, adding a touch of elegance. Breakfast is included in the price and offers a generous variety — enough to satisfy different tastes and dietary needs. Overall, it’s a perfect choice for a short stay in Tunis, especially if proximity to the airport, comfort, and safety are your priorities.

The coffee machine in the room was broken we asked a good one since we love have a coffee just after wake up. It was Sunday and probably there was some issue with the personnel.

I stayed one night at this hotel and had a great experience. The location is excellent, just a short drive from Tunis airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The building is new and very well maintained, with rooms furnished in a stylish, modern way. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated in the summer heat. Breakfast was a real highlight: generous, varied, and served à la carte with great attention to detail. Security is taken very seriously here, with separate concierge and reception areas that create a safe and discreet environment. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and peace of mind in Tunis.

If I may suggest one small improvement, it would be to provide a few more napkins at the breakfast table — everything else was just perfect!

Our stay at Maia Hotel Suites in Tunis was truly delightful! The spacious flat comfortably accommodated my wife, our three children, and me. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment for our family. While some guests seem to prefer buffets, we found the hotel's breakfast menu to be a refreshing change. It was a treat to have our breakfast made to order each morning, ensuring every meal was fresh and catered to our tastes. Conveniently, a Monoprix supermarket is located just down the road, making it easy to pick up any necessities. For getting around Tunis, we relied on Bolt, which made transportation a breeze. All in all, Maia Hotel offered a fabulous experience that exceeded our expectations, making it a memorable part of our Tunis adventure!

The staff is very welcoming and smiling. The hotel is well situated, you have shops, restaurants and coffees all around. You even have a bank right next to the hotel if you want to change currencies. The rooms are spacious, extremely neat, clean and tidy. Everything is spotless, really! You have a safe underground parking for your vehicle. I recommend without hesitation, you'll feel at home far away from home.

It would have been nice to have a buffet for breakfast instead of à la carte selection. Other than that there is nothing much else to underline.

We were upgraded to a superior room without even asking so that was a very pleasant surprise! It had a small kitchen complete with pots and pans, a stovetop, and a kettle. The breakfast was SUPERB with delicious crepes, fresh rolls and croissants, a cheese plate, and a selection of teas. We didn't need to eat again until dinner. Liked that there was free parking in the attached garage which was absolutely spotless.

The receptionist should advise guests that breakfast is included and is served on the 1st floor and what the hours are.

Very happy I found this place! I travel for business frequently and need to be in the Lake area. I used to stay in close by hotels and airbnbs but not will be staying at Maia! Location: close to airport (10 minutes by car). In the business area of lac, various centres around. Room: Very neat and clean. Spacious enough. Comfy bed and pillows. Was well furnished Staff: very friendly, supportive and welcoming Facilities: I like that they had private parking. The hotel itself is nice, resto and rooftop (summer). Breakfast was also decent. Might be tough to find much to do around the hotel itself. Closest resto area and proper shops need a proper walk and in the winter it might be tough. So I recommend renting a car or using bolt app.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel, ideally located for airport transit. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a nice suite, which added a special touch to my visit. The hotel toiletries didn't meet my expectations, and I was disappointed by the absence of slippers during my stay.

The suite: modern, spacious and clean. It has all the facilities needed. Location: close to airport. Staff: polite and professional.

The only thing we did not like was the ongoing noise of a motor above the roof of our suite. We have been allocated top flour no four. It is very disturbing for sleep at night. When I mentioned this to the receptionist he told me this is the toilets suction motor for the hotel. For this reason we may not choose this hotel again in future. Apart from this everything was amazing. However, the restaurant does not provide lunch/ dinner. Anyway there is a resturant very close which provides delicious meals.
