Hotel staff was great and very friendly, offered us free water and starbucks coffee upon our arrival during check-in time. Our rooms were clean. They have fast wifi. Room was quiet, there was no noise from outside or neighbouring rooms. The best thing is the location, it is close to all touristy places. I would not recommend for old aged people or someone with leg/foot issue as this location is on a hill so going in and out of the hotel could be challenging. We are young couple so it was fine for us. Hotel also offered to keep our luggage in a luggage locker for free after check-out till our taxi arrived. Hotel's lobby washroom is very clean as well. I will definitely book this hotel again, I will also recommend this hotel to all my family and friends visiting Istanbul.

Breakfast could have been better, it has very limited options. I would not recommend it, better to try local breakfast from right across the hotel on Ankara street. I booked Superior King Room but it seems like I got Twin Room with two twin beds. I did not complain as we were just 2 adults and we managed it. But it shows that the hotel does not care much about it, as nobody notified us that we were getting twin room rather than king room. Slightly pricey in my opinion.

Very clean, bed was comfortable

Breakfast was good but there were not so many sweet options available. One day the baskets of croissants were empty and the staff filled them with small pieces of bread. Also sometimes the bread was from the day before (it was a bit hard). Also on our last day we asked to have packed breakfast (which was included in our stay) as we were travelling early but they forgot to prepare it and we left with no food at all. Not even water. The day before they told us that breakfast was from 6.30am but the day after they told us breakfast was from 7am, which is not very professional. Our breakfast was included but we didn’t have breakfast….

The price quality ration was pretty amazing, with the breakfast included. The breakfast was okay. The location is really good. The room was really clean and we felt comfortable staying there

The carpets in the room are unnecessary, because of hygienic reasons. There is enough decoration that makes the room feel comfortable. While booking the transfer the person at the reception, told me that the transfer was 10€ more expensive than they communicated in advance. I felt betrayed.

I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Istanbul. The location is perfect to all the main places and all within walking distance. Blue mosque was only around 10mins walk, Hagia Sofia was 10/15 mins walk. It was very central with metro nearby and the port to take a boat ride. The staff at the hotel where lovely, very helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were really clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and spacious. They closed the road for vehicles leading up-to the hotel during peak times of the day but if you’re staying at the hotel they let you through. Would recommend booking your airport transfers with the hotel. So efficient and stress free it was.

AC was blowing to head directly, and we felt sick in the morning. It doesn't work properly in general, automatically turned off every few hours, unfortunately.

It was in a very central spot from everything. We were only a few minutes walk from the bazaar shopping area and lots of restaurants.

It was up a slight hill and with luggage wasn’t the easiest thing to get to by foot

The hotel is located right in the heart of Sirkeci, and an easy walk to all of the major tourist sites like the Hagia Sophia, Cisterns, Grand Bazaar, and the Bosphorus. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed, with a useable desk, comfortable bed, and a great bathroom. The staff are enthusiastically helpful (when they're not outside smoking). If location is important to you then I think this hotel is worth the money. But only just.

The breakfast is ersatz. (Odd may be a better description, by western standards.) The bed pillows were not great. Upon arrival the reception layout is confusing: after a long day of travel, the last thing you want to have to figure out is if the bar and the coffee shop are ALSO the reception. (Which is the case, but the only clear thing at first glance is a Starbucks sign.)

The breakfast was great, the hotel is located super close to everywhere and merely a 6 minute walk to the metro, I had a reallyyyy good stay here.

The hotel is new and very clean. The location is within walking distance of the most important historical locations. The personnel was very polite and helpful, and even in not-so-pleasant situations, they were very professional. The rooms and whole interior are well designed and pleasant. So with some additional efforts from the hotel in order to improve services, this will be a great place for both businesses and families

1. We asked for rooms near one another, and we got that, BUT. Our friend received a lower level room, so not the room that we had booked, and PAID. At reception, nobody told us so, and later when she saw that the room was lower level they refused to give her reimbursement with the excuse that as we had already paid they could not do that. 2. Breakfast. Breakfast could be nice if all meals were available, but that was not the case. Most plates and pots were simply empty, and refilling was very slow, so the actual offer was very very modest.
