I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay. The room quality was excellent, offering comfort, cleanliness, and everything I needed for a pleasant visit. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help and making me feel welcome. The hotel’s location was spot-on—easy to find, well-connected, and convenient for getting around. I also appreciated the daily room cleaning, which kept everything spotless throughout my stay. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay with great service and prime accessibility.

Nothing major to complain about—just minor details that didn’t affect my overall experience

The room was in a very good area, close to several points of interest and attractions. There were shops to buy various products as well as plenty of food options. The movement to some points of interest can be done on foot (about 1 - 1.5 km) and in a short distance, but with an uphill road you can find the tram stop for your transport to other points of interest.

The room was good and generally clean although there were some marks on the towels and sheets. In the bathroom, one of the shower doors was missing, causing the water to leak out, and also the sink and the toilet bowl were not properly fixed, causing them to wobble. The accommodation does not have a parking space (which is not mentioned in the benefits) so you are forced to park your vehicle in a private space, with an additional fee (you do not have the luxury of parking in a public space).

Small hotel in the old city east access to all the main sights - tram T1 stop nearby ( steep hill) Staff were friendly I literally booked within 10 minutes of my arrival - due to another accommodation letting me down - staff were prepared and welcoming.room was large and clean - bathroom very good, Aircon, TV, tea and coffee facilities Inc fridge. They made a restaurant recommendation for breakfast which was good value, nearby and friendly - with good choice

Hotel was in good location very close to the city centre. Hygienic was 100% which we liked most. Staff were fantastic and very friendly specially (Mohammad). We were felt like we are living in our own house. Me and my family had a fabulous time there. Thanks to Harbour Suites Old City staff which made our trip so memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were welcomed by the friendly face of Moinudeen who was very helpful throughout our stay. He helped us alot, guided us to places nearby. The service was very prompt and all food places were close, tram station, tourist spots. Great hotel, great staff, great location and overall very happy.

The place is located very close to tourist attractions such as the blue mosque, hagia sophia, topkapi sarayi, and more. The staff were very professional and very helpful and could even go beyond to walk and show you some cafes or shops around. Murad, Abdullah, and Kalil were extremely helpful. I also love the fact that there are shops, restaurants, and cafes all around the hotel.

Excellent Location: One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its strategic location. While the area may be downhill, it is just a short 15-minute walk from two major attractions - the Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern. Being so close to these historic landmarks allowed us to make the most of our visit and easily explore the cultural wonders of Istanbul. Clean and Well-Furnished Rooms: The hotel's rooms were a delight - spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. The comfortable bedding and amenities provided a cozy atmosphere, making it a pleasant space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Friendly and Helpful Staff: The hotel staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Convenient Dining Options: We were delighted to find a variety of excellent restaurants in the hotel's vicinity. Exploring local cuisines and experiencing authentic flavors was a delightful part of our trip. Additionally, the presence of a nearby supermarket was convenient for grabbing snacks and essentials.

While this adds to the authentic cultural experience of Istanbul, it may also be a concern for light sleepers. The calls to prayer during early morning hours might be loud enough to wake you up, so it's essential to consider this factor if you're sensitive to noise.

It's a nice hotel with a comfortable bed and decent room facilities. The bathroom was clean and spacious with the shower having good water pressure. The hotel has a fairly good location, about 20 minutes walking from Sultanahmet and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

The hotel is located right next to a mosque and the prayer calls can be quite loud. The first prayer call of the day woke me up every morning (although my girlfriend always slept through it)

The location was perfect. Rooms was also very good for family’s without kids perfect.

But if you are getting rooms in 1 st or 2 nd floor it’s very hard to carry heavy luggage if you have. And I stayed with my family of 4 members 2 adult 1 child and 1 infant room was bit congested. Rest all good
