A beautifuly decorated room with fine linens, towels comfortable bed and most importantly good pillows. It's brand new so it's spotless with a perfect location. The most helpful English speaking staff, a true gem. I will stay here next year's trip for sure. Everything is near the tram, metro and my favorite district for restaurants and shopping a very lively area.. Beautiful parks near by and magnificent mosques all lit up at night, it's magical..

Easy access location. 10 min walk to the Tram and Grand Bazar. 20 min to Ayasofya and Sultanahmet. Everything is around Very clean. My room Wil a nice balcony 😊 Thanks to the Team.

Very neat hotel in a great location. The rooms look completely new with a classic decoration. Although small, the rooms are perfect for 2 people. There is AC, heater, wifi, minifridge, complimentary sleepers, water and tea. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. I had read the reviews of the similarly priced hotels in the area beforehand and a lot of them had some horror stories by other guests. I must say I was very impressed by this hotel, especially by the price/quality relationship.

Great location near the main attractions, but keep in mind there is a 15 minute walk involved through some steep streets.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very reasonably prices. Room was small but comfortable with an ensuite nice shower, reliable hot water, small fridge. Located in the old town but not in a touristy area. good seafood restaurant nearby recommended by staff.

It was a bit far from the trolley line --about a 15 to 20 minute walk uphill so it was just as quick to walk wherever I wanted to go. When I arrived the hotel was locked and I had to call for help but someone came right away and gave me to passcode for the front door. Floor of my room could have been cleaner.

Charismatic place very close to the centre of Istanbul. The room was clean and quiet and everything worked as expected. The staff were super friendly - they checked in at multiple points prior to our arrival to make sure we were okay and knew how to get there, and helped us whenever we needed during our stay.

The room was a little small, but enough space for a small wardrobe, a tea counter, a double bed and bathroom. There wasn’t a lift so make sure to mention to the staff that you would prefer the ground/ first floor if you have heavy luggage. The walk back to the place from the centre/ closest tram may feel a bit unsafe for solo foreigner traveller. However, overall the place was a gem of a find given its price, and ultimately these shortcomings didn’t bother us much.

Comfortable small hotel located close to primary tourist attractions and big shopping area. A lot of restaurants are nearby so it's easy to find a place for breakfast or dinner, and also two good supermarkets is you need something else. Bathroom was well equipped and clean, bed was comfortable, there were fridge and kettle in the room so morning coffee was not an issue. Hotel staff was always ready to help. And price was very attractive.

Hotel is really small. It could be not so comfortable if you have serious health issues or plan to do some work in your room.

We had a wonderful stay at Sayina Hotel. Cerena, the hotel manager, was alwyas very kind and attentive and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. I wish every hotel had someone like her. The facilities were always clean and they look just like the pictures with beautiful decor. The location is convenient in the heart of historic Istanbul with lots of restaurants and shops around. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

The street where the hotel is located was a bit dirty as there was a garbage bin close by, but that's of course, not the hotel's fault, but nothing was actually wrong with the hotel.

There were only two of us and we stayed in the triple room which was really comfortable and big. The hotel is located near a lot of restaurants that were more affordable than those closer to Sultanahmet. There is a train station (Kumkapi) within 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Although walking distance to Sultanahmet (15 minutes) the walk is uphill - opt for the train instead and connect to the metro to get to the sights quickly. The hotel has no lift and carrying large suitcases up the stairs was a bit tricky as it was quite narrow. The hotel is right on the main road and can be quite noisy in the mornings. Also be quick to get in and out of taxis as there is no designated spot to stop and other drivers get very impatient - no fault of the hotel though just an FYI. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Just small things you can improve:😉 -we checked the television after we arrived and it had no Internet connection (for Netflix) - didn't matter for us, but maybe the next guests - the toilet seat needs some adjustment to stay in place - a small "bedside table" next to the bed to place a phone/water/book would be great - we had the 4th floor apartment, and for some reason, there were sounds from above - are there birds under the roof? 😅 - we personally did not like the smell of the shampoo/shower gel, but that's not that important
