I really liked the location and the hotel staff, everyone was friendly and professional. Metro from main square leading to old town was just 400-500m distant. Room was clean and had a nice view. Room had everything needed for 7-day trip. Wi-Fi was stable and pretty fast. Hotel recepcionist reserved us taxi for a good price taxi to airport on checking out. For someone visiting Istanbul first time, this hotel is a top recommendation.

Hotel has narrow walls so there was noise from guests from room next door. Sometimes there was smell coming from the toilet. Breakfast could be more variant.

We really loved the location, the room was basic, but had everything we needed, the staff was really friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned daily (sadly our used towels kept disappearing) . The accommodation is close to public transportation, 4 minutes to bus, 6 minutes to tram and near metro and train. In addition a simple breakfast with Turkish tea was just enough to start the day. Plenty of restaurants and fast foods around.

Shower was a bit dirty due to its age I guess and the drain stinked a bit, but if you kept the doors closed everything was OK. Lastly we could use some hangers for the towels, but none of these things was a problem.

Beautiful small boutique hotel, located in a nice quiet neighborhood, only a short walk to Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sofia and other Old City sights. Newly renovated rooms, clean, modern and comfortable. Hadi was very welcoming and accommodating and provided a very nice breakfast in the morning. I couldn’t recommend this place, or Hadi’s great service, more highly!

If I had to think of something, some might find the street outside a little noisy. It isn’t traffic noise though, Istanbul is full of cats which you can hear at night and there is a nearby mosque and prayer calls. Personally, I think the many sounds from the street only add to the charm of the place, so I would be hard put to think of the sounds of this city as a detractor.

The staff were amazing, Hadi was very helpful, 24/7 Whats app help available, answered any questions i had about the hotel, the area and all sorts regarding Istanbul and what to experience etc, really though Hadi and the rest of the staff were great help. the location was amazing if you want to visit and appreciate the old side of Istanbul, very close to all the key tourist attractions and the more quiter more beautiful locations. The old city is an ideal way to stroll and enjoy, casually walk and take it the beauty of Istanbul, also very close to Saturday night entertainment which was electric and so enjoyable, so many wonderful food places and shopping was so close to this hotel. overall, considering the excellent customer service, price and location, i would rate this place very highly. Thank you Hadi and to all staff for hosting us during our first trip to Turkey.

They offered us breakfast on the day of the arrival as well which was not even included in the package for free which was the very first impression. The staff is very cooperative plus the receptionist is a very good guy. He made us feel like a home.

Not much to be disliked. The rooms are little smaller in size but obviously all facilities are available so nothing much to dislike. their location is very near to tourist places

On Booking, it was emphasized that the apartment has free parking, which unfortunately is not true. Parking cost 30 euros for two days. Unfortunately, that spoils the impression.

Breakfast was a basic Turkish breakfast with more variety than others that we've stayed at. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a budget hotel but the rooms had air con, fridge and safe all included in the very reasonable price.

Be aware that although all rooms are apparently similarly equiped, they do vary in size. The hotel is situated in a network of narrow streets (as are most in that area) which is not the prettiest of locations.

This cozy hotel is well located close to restaurants, shops and walking access to the famous Sultanahmet area. All the staff including the owner, the welcoming, service and help couldn't be better. Hadi is a charismatic host with an excellent Customer Service sense ready to help you, and make a apleasant stay. This choice couldn't have been better, and I will certainly go back. Highly recommended.

Really nice,good price ,Will be back,my recomenation take the metro/train from the AirPort is really easy to get,taxis will scam u,better avoid taxis in Istanbul.the place is nice,just a few block from sofia and blue mosque,the reception guy a great man he will help with any douds for sure!10 stars!

Breakfast not the best,but its lots of places to eat arround

The staff were very friendly and very willing to help with directions, suggestions, etc. Newly renovated so everything is fresh and the breakfast was very nice, not over the top but enough to get you through to your first donair or gyro of the day. Access to everything in the old city is right there and no transportation necessary. Excellent restaurants and off the beaten path as 90% of all patrons during dinner hours are locals. You do not have to ever see a tour bus. Lovely people.

Our room was very tight, however, we expected this from the start as this is an older building that was renovated and you just cannot build in more room!
