Location was absolutely great, the best! The hotel is located in the middle of the old city area and many of "must-visit" places are within walking distance. For all others, the tram station is just around the corner, so public transportation is easily accessible. Apart, just next to the hotel you will find good restaurants and souvenir shops. As per facility, rooms were clean, breakfast was very good in terms of both quality and quantity. We were 6 persons with totally different breakfast preferences, and all of us were happy with the breakfast offer. Swimming pool&spa area was good and very practical, as the weather wasn't really good, so it was perfect for indoor activities. Pool for the kids and spa for adults. Reception staff is absolutely great!!! We have arrived at 6.30AM due to the night flight, and although the check in was supposed to be at 2PM, after explaining that we were travelling all night and we were very tired, we have asked if we could get at least one room earlier to get some sleep before we go the the city, and they managed to find us all three rooms for early check in. Not only that, but they told us to get some breakfast before we go to sleep. All of that without charging us anything extra. We also met the owner of hotel who was very kind to us. To the staff, 100/10!!! The only thing that I would not give clear 10 was the rooms itself, as you can see that the furniture is a bit outdated, but with everything else that is the least important. All in all, it is good value for money, we will definitely recommend it to our friends and, if ever again in Instambul, we will definitely return.

The hotel is located in one of the most touristic areas of Istanbul, with easy access to restaurants, shopping areas, public transportation and walking distance to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The staff was polite and helpful with different recommendations. The spa is great after a long walking day, offering a sauna, a Turkish bath, a steam sauna and a pool. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The rooms were sparkling clean and comfortable enough to recharge your batteries for the next day of exploring the city. The hotel staff offered the option of a private transfer to the airport which is much better than using a taxi or public transportation.

The hotel decor is over the top in proper Old Istanbul style. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was great. The staff are very helpful. The location is absolutely first class, cannot be beat. Wonderful little community of shops and restaurants outside the hotel.

The room is small and the window looks into a service vent. Compact bathroom and shower but it is modern and clean. The hotel interior tends to look a little dark, some extra lighting would brighten it up.

The location is absolutely amazing. Everything is just a stone's throw away. Cisterna Basilica, Blue Mosque, Sophia, Boat trips, Grand Bazaar... Everything you might want to see on a short stop over in Istanbul is right here! The hotel offers 2 swimming pools, hammam, sauna and Turkish Bath. Statff is friendly and helpful.

The room was small. We are a family of three and had a hard time facilitating our luggage and clothes.

Perfect location - right in the heart of all the tourist attractions so good value for money for this. I have two food allergies and they made me a fresh breakfast every day without asking which was amazing and so helpful. Staff were always on call if you needed them. Lovely spa facilities (although lots of kids seem to like to mess around in the pool so just be aware of this during peak times, but it didn't bother me). The best part was I had an overnight flight and they let me check in early and have a free breakfast that morning which was really thoughtful of them. Could not fault the service.

Did not sleep very well because other guests were quite inconsiderate and shouting at late hours in the night outside my room (not helped as I was near the lift and the walls were thin). My fault for not reporting this as I kept thinking it would stop so I cannot blame the staff for anything as they were very helpful.

The parking was misleading. On booking first it was written the parking is included. When we arrived first night we parked the car in front of the hotel and they said we need to move it to a car park by 10am. At 9am we had a call from reception to move the car so we had to be quick because they said the police is here. We moved it to a car park and they said we will sort it at checkout. When we checked out the price was €40 for parking. They said to me everything is written on booking. Then when I checked it again was written €15 for 24 hours. So why for 48 hours we paid €40?

Very professional stuff. SPA services were provided based on our timesheet and with very high class.

Rooms require a bit of renovation, and the internet was poor. There was cigarette smoke in bathroom ventilation. But stuff has done everything to compensate for it.

Manager mr cinal welcomed us lovely chap who wants repeat custom.will book again in future.breakfast average probably same as others.sauna,steam ,pools and hamam you can use from 11am to 10pm brilliant staff and lovely and clean good job from room cleaning ladies daily replaced literally everything.

When you book without view room it means no window or air which is problem for claustrphobic people or they have a window in inner building with no daily light,air etc.it would help if more info is given as when booking with view or without.

Amazing environment, smiling, attentive and warm staff, I especially want to single out Ufu at the reception (if I remember him name correctly) We are really satisfied, this will not be our last visit to Miss Istanbul, I plan to visit you again in the near future,Although it is a very noisy street, it is also somehow exotic... Thank you everyone, there were 2 very lovely ladies who took care of the cleanliness of our room, Nona and Gulnaz (if I remember correctly), thank you very much to them 🥰🥰🥰

Just one note, this concerns the transfer On the way back (from the hotel to the airport) the driver had a very strong smell (of sweat). Although this is not your fault, it is something to consider, I also understand his, they travel a lot every day and this is understandable, although ...

the location is excellent and the staff are really helpful (I asked how to get to a supermarket one day and not only did the gentleman on reception give me clear written directions, but handed over his travel card and said to retun it when it was convenient). The pool and other facilities were open but there was so much to do that we unfortunately didn't get a chance to visit. Good size rooms, water pressure in the showers is great. The fridge to keep water and other beverages cold was very welcome

The air circulation in the room wasn't great, but we were fully advised of this before we booked so I can't find fault there. It's not the hotel's fault, they're clear that the economy rooms don't face outside.
