Thank you for wonderful Xmas weekend in Istanbul. The hotel location is amazing: 5 min from main mosques, 200m from wall of Topkapi palace, very scenic and calm neiborhood, nothing crumpy around. Design of hotel is cosy and ellegant, nice colors, wooden floors, warm rooms and hot shower. Rooms on upper floors have scenic view on Bosphorus and red roofs. Terrace for breakfast has no panoramic view, but located in pleasant garden. Breakfast is ok. Nice, helpful and hispitable people work in this hotel.

It would be great to offer something hot for breakfast except of drinks. The fasade on hotel photos looks lonely. In reality it hugs new beautiful bildings. So it not so easy to find and recognize the place.

I liked the spacious room that was perfect for a family with two small children. I like the hotel staff. The bathroom was clean. Location was walking distance to the sea.

Construction workers right outside our windows and garden door entry. They were building a breakfast area -- meaning the family room will be a noisy room next to the outdoor garden area that will serve the entire hotel's guests. Not ideal if you want some quiet and privacy (re: windows and the door that overlooks the garden). I didn't like a lack of an elevator to the lower floor, which was cumbersome with luggage, a stroller, and two toddlers. I didn't love the breakfast. The servers were kind and hospitable, but the quality of the breakfast itself was pretty low. Nothing wow or special. Also the door that led to the garden let in A LOT of light and our toddlers woke up super early because of that. It needs a curtain!

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Istanbul! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sublime Port Hotel! The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace, making it an ideal base for exploring Istanbul’s historical treasures. The Grand Bazaar and Kapalı Çarşı are also within a 20-minute walk, so everything you need is close by. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They are super friendly, always available 24/7, and incredibly helpful with anything I needed. Whether it was recommendations, extra amenities, or just a warm conversation, they were always there with a smile. The neighborhood and hotel felt very safe, which made my stay even more comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent—fresh towels and linens were provided daily. The shower had great water pressure with constant hot water, which was a big plus after a long day of sightseeing. If anything was missing in the room, the staff immediately provided it without hesitation. The breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning—definitely a great way to start the day. The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home.

The only thing to note is that there’s no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns, keep that in mind. However, the staff is always ready to assist, so it wasn’t a problem for me.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Istanbul! The place is cozy, clean, and truly felt like home. Special thanks to Mr. Emrah and Mr. Berkay for being so helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast, which costs €10 per person, was delicious—thanks to the lovely lady who prepared everything with such care. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace, making it very convenient for sightseeing. If we ever visit Istanbul again, we would definitely love to stay here once more…

The location was excellent — very close to a beautiful tourist spot and the beach. The host, Soner, was amazing and very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was warm and homemade, cooked by a lovely lady — it felt just like a home-cooked meal ☀️✨.

It was a bit noisy at times 🔊. The traditional key system caused loud and startling sounds when someone tried the wrong door. Also, the pillows weren’t very comfortable, and the beautiful windows let in a lot of daylight, which might bother those who prefer total darkness for daytime sleep.

Everything about the hotel and room was exactly what I was looking for: a great area close to some of the most important sites, close to transportation, friendly and helpful staff and an amazing balcony (room 8) with a view of the water. The breakfast buffet in the garden was delicious. It felt more like staying in a home, as the owners, Berkay and his business partner, are the ones there to greet everyone. They make everyone feel comfortable, are quick to respond and give advice. I would love to come back!

The hotel is right in the heart of the old town, but in a quiet street so really peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfy and it has a nice outdoor space on the ground floor that you can sit out in. The staff were super nice and really helpful with places to go and how to get to them. Could not fault the service. Lovely team. Also a little cat/kitten family around which will all loved. Ok breakfast. Turkish style but we all had enough of something we liked. We just lived being so close to all the major sites and the metro. Perfect. Thank you

The lighting in the bathroom and room is really low key. Hard to put make up on - a small thing.

The staff were very helpful. Berkay helped me to check in early as we had been travelling for a day. He got the room cleaned early and organised our airport transfer seamlessly. Emre was very knowledgeable about the area, he pointed me towards a good, local barber. He also suggested a delicious restaurant and told us about all the sights we could go and see, everything was within a 5-8 minute walk, the location was exceptional. He also helped to organise a transfer to the airport at 3.30am, which was on time and was a reasonable cost. Aren helped us with our luggage and made sure everything was squared away for our journey. The staff at this place are exceptional. Truly a great stay and will definitely book here again next time i am in Istanbul.

The hotel was as I had expected, close to all main tourist attractions. The hotel is in a quiet area with a nice garden. The breakfast was worth the money and it had a very good turkish breakfast. Berkay and Emrah helped us alot and booked for us transport and also a Hammam Massage which was fantastic. They suggest good restaurants to go to and made our holiday more special and unforgettable.
