The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. At first, they gave us a very spacious room. It had multiple AC units and a bed and a couch. It was very nice. We asked if we can be explicitly moved to a room with a balcony within the same category, and they agreed. It was smaller, but suited us better. The breakfast staff are always on top of things. Food that runs out is instantly renewed. They helped me carry my food plates around, helped me making coffee, they didn't have to, but happy to assist customers. The location! Couldn't ask for a better spot, honestly.

Little annoyances here and there. They ran daily, but not with much effort. A couple of days, I got the same stained towel back. Some maintenance is needed here and there. Light bulb replacements, repainting some parts, maybe add more sockets? The balcony room should not be in the same category as other rooms. Customers will specifically want it. Some bad customers can make enough noise to keep an entire floor awake, but this was temporary. The hotel is very nice in general.

Checked in quickly, the room was in a separate building, warm, clean. I liked that there was a kettle, cups, water, tea and coffee. Water was replenished every day. Breakfasts are good, tasty, it was a pity that there was no toaster. The staff was polite. We were satisfied with the hotel. The area is very expensive (cafes, stores), it is better to move away closer to the trams or walk further away.

The hotel is not new, somewhere cracks, somewhere mold, but we knew about it. The hotel is downhill, so we had to go up and down every time. The parents were tired.

The hotel is in a great location, and also near a Metro station which is a bonus with luggage. My room was small but comfortable and the bathroom was very nice - quite opulent and well appointed. Overall, I was happy staying here.

The staff did not seem very friendly. I've stayed at a few other hotels in this part of the city and usually people are very welcoming and friendly. The man overseeing breakfasts seems rather morose and stood around watching you eating which I found uncomforable, being a solo traveller. There was a slight sense of the staff being just employees without much investment in the place. Otherwise it was nice being there and I don't think this would stop me staying there again.

Excellent location. Great Turkish breakfast included! Kettle, coffee and tea as well as 2 botlles water every day in the room was a big plus. Spacious room with comfortable bed.

A bit noisy, with proximity to mosques, the prayer calls are loud. But this did not bother us too much. The bathroom basin needs work done, as the silicone seal looks a bit nasty and moldy. Be aware that there is a BIG hill outside the hotel to get to Sultanahmed, so of you have mobility problems this is a challenge.

The room was spacious and clean, and while the bathroom was compact, its clever layout prevented it from feeling cramped. Breakfast was great, especially the delicious sausage. The reception staff was helpful and considerate - assisting us with massage and transfer bookings. They also offered luggage storage, albeit without a dedicated room. Despite being located in an alley, the hotel's location was surprisingly convenient, providing easy vehicle access and close proximity to tourist sites, restaurants, and shops.

While I understand that requests for rooms on the same floor cannot always be fulfilled, I was a bit disappointed that my friends' room, booked with the option for two single beds, had a double bed and a sofa bed instead. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. Also, while the luggage assistance at check-in was appreciated, I wish it were also offered at check-out, particularly as there is no lift."

The location was fantastic the exact place to stay for a visit to Istanbul. Lots of bars and restaurants all around the hotel and a short stroll for all the attractions. I loved the traditional Turkish decor of the room and the bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in and we travel very regularly. The breakfast was lovely even though we only made it once, tea coffee hot chocolate cereal cold meats etc.

Our room 3001 was directly above the breakfast room so noisy from about 7am-great if your up early but we like a lay in. I don’t think this would affect any other room in the property.

This hotel exceeded expectations. We were given a much larger room than expected, which included a terrace. There's a nice garden area to eat breakfast in, and water coolers at two points to refill bottles. The price:value ratio is very good. Bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Close to the main tourist attractions and a 10 minute walk to the tram to connect to other parts of the city.

Potential to vary the breakfast options as was the same each morning.

I had the deluxe room which gave me a balcony with a great view of the ocean! It was a nice cosy room with everything i needed. The breakfast was tasty with such a great option for food, especially to try Turkish breakfast. There is a restaurant right across the road that i highly recommend for a great dining and cuisine. The location couldn't be better. Its right near the hagia and blue mosque! all 5 mins walk away! There is a spice market near by if you like sweets and tea as well.

Excellent location only minutes from Topkapi & Saltanhamet. A whole street of restaurants and bars minutes away. Older style building with a lot of character. Rooms had all the usual amenities including a small bar fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities. Small sofa in the room but only one other chair. En suite was fine with a shower cubicle and plenty of hot water. The buffet breakfast was very good with the best scrambled eggs I have had for quite a while.

No glasses in the bathroom or the room. Eventually borrowed one from the breakfast room. Only one bedside table.

The location was amazing, within walking distance of Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern. The breakfast was incredible, so good that I was genuinely excited to wake up in the morning for it. The staff was extremely helpful, arranging a shuttle to the airport for our departures and assisted in receiving the luggage that was lost at the airport.

The WIFI was really not good, always 1 bar, and the network was not protected which I found odd.
