Unfortunately, the staff at the spa were extremely rude, which completely changed my overall impression of Them not just the hotel. I understand staff have to follow rules, but it felt like they were more focused on being overly strict than treating us like paying guests. One staff member actually shouted at my daughter to get out of the pool, even though I was right there supervising her. She was left in tears. Thankfully, Adam (a member of staff) came over to calm her down, and I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism in that moment.

All the staff were helpful and awesome(thank you all). All were clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious.

The air conditioning (hot) was bad, unless I got room changed for better air conditioner. Other guests were complaining the same.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was exceptionally clean, and the variety of facilities exceeded our expectations. The swimming pool was spacious and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the relaxing sauna. The gym was impressively large and equipped with everything we needed, and we had so much fun playing table tennis. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better. The pricing was very reasonable for this time of year, and we appreciated how easy it was to access additional facilities for a great value.

The hotel is nice and very clean, the staff members are really friendly and helpful, especially Rasha, the manager and Ezgi who is always kind and smiling. The hotel facilities are great. We were a bit worried about some of the negative reviews, but I can say that we really enjoyed our stay. The location is a bit of a distance from the centre, but it is not isolated by any means and there is a nearby metro station and we were able to get around easily by Uber for reasonable prices. By the end of our stay, this hotel felt like home, and we are looking forward to staying there again.

The pool is mixed gender; it would be great if they allocated a few hours of the day for women only. Also, there are several visitors who undergo cosmetic medical procedures during their stay, and seeing them with blood and bandages at meal times can put you off your food.

The hotel has all the necessary facilities. A spectacular outdoor pool, a spacious sauna, excellently equipped fitness room. Breakfast was quite varied and for all tastes. Also beds are very comfortable .

The cleaning could be better. Although there were only non-smoking rooms, the hallway and sometimes even in the rooms, smelled of cigarette smoke. The location of the hotel is far from great. An industrial district with a bad appearance and dusty utilities. There were quite a few accessible public transportation, but the distance to the central areas is considerable.

Courtesy Umbrellas – Since we experienced some rainy days, I was surprised that the hotel did not offer complimentary umbrellas for guests. A polite and helpful porter did manage to find a broken one in storage, but I believe the hotel should provide this as a standard amenity. International Plugs – Many international travelers forget or are unaware of plug differences. The hotel offered them for $15 each, which should not have been the case. It would be a great touch to provide complimentary adapters for the duration of a guest’s stay.

The restaurant staff were separate from reception and didn’t honor the discounts we were promised for our stay. They claimed it was a "different area," which was nonsense, since we were calling from our room. The drink prices were completely OVERPRICED, we had to pay $60 USD for 7 beers ( late at night, stores were closed) .The first floor's view is not that good, go for the high floors if you want a good view

Could not get my head around the Waitress,s uniform- why this short don’t think it’s appropriate in such a royal establishment. Staff can do with a bit of English Lessons - times are changing more and more international guests will be arriving- felt sorry for staff who couldn’t understand requests and questions.

decoration is beautiful in marmara suite. reception and food is outstanding. furniture also outstanding in the lobby, restaurant.

clean service was not good. We was 4 days and every day was room service but room and toilet wasn't clean well. hair dresser is fraud for tourist. she said to hair cut 2000 lira and after that she demands 3600 lira. which is more cost than from Sweden. Hotel company must have control of this kind of price. The hair dresser can say first money than start doing job. swimming pool also extra cost for using a cap. If you have this kinds of obligations you can send information after booking.

I had a wonderful stay at Windsor Hotel Istanbul.
