This is the second time we have stayed a this hotel. We were visiting family that live close by. It's very walkable, with a beautiful park nearby and several ice cream shops and cafes. There's an ATM and a post office very close by, as well as a pharmacy. There's a 24 hour kiosk right next door with plenty of snacks and cold drinks. The hotel breakfast is a buffet style and very satisfying, with fresh fruit such as melons and peeled citrus fruit. There's 2 kinds of medialunas and many other pastries. Gluten free pastries are available if you just ask. They have hot coffee, milk, tea, juice and water to drink. There's also scrambled eggs with potatoes, and some salad options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They sent up extra towels quickly. The shower was very warm and the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The king size bed was larger than what we have at home. They also have same day laundry, will call a taxi for you, can assist with tours. One day some family met us for coffee at the hotel restaurant. It was very convenient for us.

The elevators can be slow during peak times. The room was a bit small. The wifi was good but not great.

Ker Recoleta is located on a quiet street, steps from shopping, an excellent meat grill parilla restaurant, a delicious pizza place, several cafes, an ATM machine, a stationary store, a kiosk, a park, and the Colon Theater. The staff is warm and friendly, and the breakfast includes a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was cleaned daily and it was a very thorough cleaning. The pool is refreshing. It was a delightful stay.

The WIFI on the top floors is much weaker than the lobby wifi.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff, most of whom spoke some English. Good breakfast and also a restaurant for lunch and dinner with a set menu as well as a la carte. Room was a adequate if a little dated but had effective air conditioning, a personal safe and a mini bar. The 'view' from the room was bad - closely overlooking other hotel rooms. Other rooms were available with views if required but more expensive.

There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room, which was a huge problem. Hot tea/ coffee should be available 24/7. Dining room staff were not helpful upon request to give us hot water. And also refused to open a bottle of wine ( we were there to celebrate my friend ‘s birthday)

Hotel and a room were very clean. Staff was kind, they were storing our luggage the last day after check-out, they also provided different pillows. The best was a heated swimming pool. Not large, but it was always warm. Good location.

We were missing more variety for breakfast. Croissants were not good. Eggs not always warm. These are small things that can be improved.

Excellent value. We had one king size and one smaller bed for our daughter. The breakfast buffet had many fresh options, including scrambled eggs, melons, cold cuts, Argentine medialunas, and fresh hot coffee. I told them my daughter has celiac and the waitress promptly brought out a basket of gluten free breads and cookies for her. The pool was very warm and comfortable. The hotel helped with calling a cab and luggage storage after checkout.

Elevators were very small.

Very good location, just a few meters away from the main avenue. Rooms were very confortable. Quite and calm despiste receiving severall dozens of clients each day. Interior swimming pool with warm water. Staff was incredibly kind.

When I stayed on floor 4, the room was quite nice and the bathroom was very good. Breakfast was always tasty.

When I stayed on floor 14, the room was very small. The pillows were not that comfy.

it did the job but was a little disappointed with the facility’s as the sauna was on but not hot and the pool was ok. Also very serious about not letting you check in early so a little disappointed if you have to check out at 10
