Location is right down the escalator from the Keisei train line (which goes directly 1 or 2 stops to terminals 1 and 2/3 at Narita airport), and a couple of blocks from the JR Narita station (head to the Keisei station and go down the escalator, otherwise it's a long walk around the hill). Very convenient to the fun Omotesando street of shops and restaurants heading to the great Naritasan temple. Excellent breakfast buffet with both Japanese and Western items, labeled in English! The public (segregated by sex) baths are nice, also have deep tub in each room. Easy do-it-yourself check in and out but staff are there to help. Room is Japan-tiny but there is space for luggage under the bed and in an alcove by the door. Bed was firm and very comfortable. In-room TV has instructions in English for bath, breakfast, etc, and suggestions on things to do. They will accept your luggage if being shipped to them ahead of your trip (pay for the shipping on dropoff at Yamato/takkyubin etc) or hold it afterwards; there are also lockers at both train stations.

Nothing: it was just what I expected!

We have been at this hotel many times. It is extremely convenient to the train and bus stations. Out of the hotel and up the elevator or escalators and you are at the stations. There is a direct bus to the Aeon Mall for Yen220 each way. The local train station is at the top of the escalator and the JR train station is across the street, There is a Lawson convenience store outside of the hotel. Outside of the train/bus station, there is a Ramen shop that is very reasonable and the food is good. Also if you go past the Ramen shop the other corner of the building is McDonalds.

You come off the Keisei-Narita station escalator, turn left and it's right there. Option to use the communal onsen (no tattoos), microwaves every second floor, ice machine, and all the goods that come with an APA hotel. Bed was the comfiest I'd slept on the whole trip and the shuttle bus option was sooooo handy for an early flight. Lawsons is a few metres away for some easy meals. This APA was streets ahead of the Kyoto one but you can't beat their convenient locations.

While the room was clean, the bathroom tap wear still had built up water marks, but I'm really nitpicking here. Oh maybe it was just for that particular night, but there was a busker right below my window until 10pm?

Location right next to Keisei Narita station.The morningliner is an express morning train into Tokyo using the skyliner trains. Comfortable bed and pillow. Good air-conditioning. Window can be opened. Quiet. Front desk staff helped with luggage forwarding. I paid less than 8000 yen including breakfast. Bargain.

Double rooms are minuscule but ok for one person.There is luggage storage under the bed. The only place to open my cabin size shell suitcase was on the bed. Onsen was very average and much too hot.Only an indoor one. Would not recommend breakfast but they did have fresh fruit. The carpet in the corridor is very dirty.On my floor there was a large carpet tear,a potential tripping hazard.

Landed in Narita airport and needed a place to stay overnight for our flight the next day. Chose this hotel because they offer a free bus shuttle to/from airport/hotel. keisei line also is conveniently beside the hotel. Convenience stores and restaurants are also within walking distance. Hotel had good wifi, amenities, good front desk reception. Loved that they had free luggage storage past checkout time. Hotel also has a weigh scale for luggage.

I wished the air conditioning was a little better/stronger. Unfortunately, as someone with tattoos, I was not able to use the spa/ bath to which I understand. It would be nice if they offered bus shuttles to the airport more frequently as my flight was 0510pm and the time we could only choose so we wouldn't be late was 1055am. The next time the bus shuttle was making a run to the airport was 0455pm. There's also the inexpensive option of taking the Keisei line which goes directly to terminal 1/2&3 which was much more convenient (every 15minutes)

very good location if you're looking for a hotel near the airport - there is a supermarket in walking distance, a convenient store in-house and the railway station in just a few min walk. biggest asset is the airport shuttle for free that takes you to the airport within 20-30 min depending on the traffic. It's not the place where you would spend 2 week's holiday, but absolutely top for a short stay before leaving Japan. There are restaurants and coffee shops and a very nice temple nearby which is definitely worth visiting. We always stay here before leaving Japan. And it also offers a japanese spa!

A very small room for 2 people with cases - be[er suited to 1 person with carry on bags only. We checked in online 2 hours before arriving at the hotel and asked reception if they would print a boarding pass. They said no. They said all they could (would) do is send me a pdf [I explained I already had a pdf! I wanted tka paper copy]. I offered to pay but they said no. They sent me to the Lawson's convenience store but it only works with email pdfs when you use a Japanese credit card. This is an airport hotel next to a major international airport. To refuse to print a boarding pass, even when charging a fee for doing this, seems ridiculous.

Nice hotel. We stayed in the "two twin" room. Decent size. Great shower and bath amenities. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had many choices with good mix of traditional Japanese and some American options. Great bath/hot tub area. Water was hot and relaxing. All the staff were very helpful. Perfect location just outside the Keisei Narita train station east gate which is only two stops away from terminal one on the Keisei line.. Lots of restaurants close by.

Good location! very close to Keisei Narita station also free shuttle bus from and to Narita airport. There is a big hot tub on the second floor! Everything I needed for spending a night were there, such as free wifi,toothbrush, shampoo and conditioner, free bottle waters, and more. There is a Lowson ( convenience store) in downstairs. I was able to extend my stay for another 3 hours with extra money which helped me very much!

The room was so small that I was not able to put my luggage down on the floor.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Keisei-Narita train station, one or two stop away from the airport. The bedroom was clean and decently spacious for the price. The hot bath facility was fantastic to get clean and relaxed after a long flight. Each room has all necessary amenities, and even its own WiFi and TV, allowing you to watch YouTube on a big screen from your smartphone.

I regret that the hot bath was closed between 1 and 6AM, as I would have enjoyed using it before my early morning flight. I was asked to check in using a machine even though some employees were seemingly available.
