Amazing location, you are very near all the attractions, excellent neighbourhood, lots of places to have a coffee, staff that work in this hotel are THE BEST. I ever had in any hotel!!! Thank you all!

Very clean! I didn’t mess my room as I always want my room clean and in order but still the cleaning attendant made my sheets, towels and rags all clean! Close to everything and super convenient for walking. Highly recommended. I’m definitely coming back if I’m able!

Convienent to the Aeroport bus stop (1 block away). The individuals at the reception were very friendly and extremely helpful. I wrote to the hotel multiple times before arriving and got a response quickly in each instance. Breakfast was good with some warm items as well as the cold meats and cheeses. Endless coffee :) Great water pressure and hot water was always available. Outlets near each bed. Adequate number of clothes hangers.

Everything was fine.

The hotel is very nice, is very well located. (40 minutes walk to la sagrada familia for example). Very clean! The cleaning people came everyday to change the towels, to make your bed. The breakfest is very good. People fron the reception knows english and spanish and they were very nice. The man in charge with breakfast was very nice with people. In the room you have all what you need: shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, shavings, even a comb. Sincerely the hotel is nice for some days to visit Barcelona.

Staff friendly, great location for me, close to centre etc, but out of it enough to not have lots of tourists around. There's a supermarket right on the corner and a few great brunch places.

Need to purchase more irons. Only had one at the reception, someone took it and didn't bring it back. The staff didn't take a room number when giving out the iron, so they never knew who had it. Just invest in a few more irons and then take the room numbers when people use them.

The Hotel is very good, great room, good location, near the metro and a few restaurants and good breakfast.

The only bad thing is the problem with the bathtub drain, if rain in the city, the smell in the room and bathroom is totally strong!!! It was impossible to remain inside the room with that smell and the staff said this is normal and happen in all rooms (This is because I request to change the room and this was his explanation). The hotel need urgently fix this issue. Therefore the Hotel is almost a 10! Just pray to not rain during your stay there!

It’s convenient! Perfect location, comfortable bed, good water pressure, clean room, crispy sheets, friendly stuff, tasty breakfast. I’m very happy with my stay.

Upgraded to an accessibility room, so it was large with a huge bathroom. Tea/coffee making facilities available. The room was at the rear so very quiet. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment - plenty of breakfast places around the area.

It was very quiet, the rooms were clean and there were fresh towels everyday. The breakfast was good, although there wasn’t much variety.

There was no mini bar or fridge, but if we really needed cold water we cold get it from a fountain in the lobby. But at 3am is a bit of a pain to go down in your pijama

Good location in Eixample, walking distance to other areas of Barcelona, such as Sant Antoni or El Raval. We got a nice twin room facing the street. Beds were comfortable, bathroom spacious, room was quiet and with lots of light. Climatization system worked well, it was super hot outside but we had a nice temperature in the room. This is a 2 stars hotel, so nothing fancy, but a decent comfortable place to stay in Barcelona in a good location for the weekend. I would stay there again.

Towels are bit thin and worn. Having to pay to leave the luggage after checkout, I understand this lockers system is convenient for the hotel stuff, but feels a bit cheap. Also the hotel entrance feels a bit dodgy at night because it is around the corner from a parking entrance, the businesses on the ground floor are closed, it's in front of the garbage containers and feels a bit abandoned.
