Location was amazing, lots of things a short walk away. Our suite was on the top floor which came with a stunning terrace that overlooked the sea. Very comfy bed and decent breakfast selection.

Would have liked a smart TV in the bedroom when we were relaxing - only Italian channels available. Bathroom was a bit dated with a strange smell and the bath plug didn’t work. There were also a number of ants in the room but i expect they were coming in from the terrace when the door was left open. Sad that the pool doesn’t open in May as it was already very warm and would have loved a swim.

Nice but slightly worn down hotel in a quiet corner of the harbour. I got a lovely room with a splendid view of the sea and Capri. In the bathroom, however, there was a strong smell of sewage, probably due to a broken water seal. Incomprehensible why this had not been fixed. Had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times, and going in there was very unpleasant.

Modern rooms, comfortable beds, nice balconies, good breakfast. Staff was friendly. I received a free bottle of bubbles and pastries for my birthday, which was a lovely gesture. The pool area is good, and the location and views are fabulous. The 8slm restaurant is really good and has great staff. The breakfast supervisor was the nicest lady.

We had to bargain quite hard for the late checkout, which is understandable but was still a tad of tricky discussion as we booked three rooms (we got late checkout for 2 out of 3 in the end). The booking system for the pool area is also understandable, but it is a bit of a pain. The aircon in the room is quite strong and needs to be on because the area is quite lively, especially on weekends, so keeping balcony doors open is not really an option for light sleeprs.

Great location and I liked the old world decor which I thought would look dated but actually didn’t and was right for the area. Lovely marina opposite the hotel where we had some delicious food. The bar upstairs was lovely overlooking the sea with the tastiest olives I’ve ever had! Staff were friendly. I asked to book a massage and although they don’t have an onsite therapist they called the lady in on the same day and they have a little massage room just off the gym.

The only thing I’d say is that the pool is quite small so you have to book a 2 hour slot which was fine for me as I went alone while the rest of the group were doing other activities. It wouldn’t have been ideal if I had the kids with me but for a couple or small group of friends it would have been just fine.

All the staff were absolutely wonderful- so friendly and helpful. They let us check in early at no extra charge. Small details made a big impression- we were travelling with our little dog and in the room a clean blanket ans two spotless dog bowls were waiting. The housekeepers also knew about us having a pet and were so accommodating about cleaning the room. I’m some reviews people seemed negative about having to ‘book’ the pool. In fact you only need to ‘book’ loungers . If you haven’t been able to do so the staff give you chairs and still bring you hats and pool towels so it’s no big deal . The location is stunning too. We had a classic double but it was really spacious and we still have a balcony with a side sea view . Will definitely return

Nothing we didn’t like . The food was good - we ordered room service in the evening but I’d say a bit more choice on the menu for that would be a bonus

The location was perfect , our room with the sea view was very comfortable and clean . The rooftop cocktail bar with views over Naples at sunset was the icing on the cake. We did reserve the pool on the first day , although it’s on the small side it’s clean and refreshing. The area surrounding the pool was comfortable with plenty of room to relax. Every staff member I encountered was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The hotel is within a reasonable walking distance to the historic center. It was extremely hot during our stay and our return to the hotel with its comfortable amenities, after some sightseeing, was a welcome relief. There is a taxi stand outside the hotel, so getting to the airport was easy.

Everything was great

This hotel made us a couple of amazing days in Napoli after visiting all the islands of the gulf of this pulsating city. We are pleased to highlight the friendly, sociable and accommodating staff with top service as well as the outstanding kitchen in the restaurants, run from and inside the hotel like Otto and Elements. We further enjoyed fabulous risings of the fullmoon in front of Vesuvio and Capri from our balcony as well as uncomplicated and right away room services. The rooms have lots of space and the breakfast is delightful, especially if you love homemade cornettos and cakes in napoli style :) Catching a taxi right from the hotel to the airport was as easy as possible. Napoli itself is a fantastic city. Many thanks for having us :)

Excellent location with lovely staff, our triple room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast choices! We really loved the rooftop bar!

The pool is pretty much always fully booked whenever we tried to book. We had late evening flight and they wouldn’t let us book pool on day of check out. I understand it’s small pool but very frustrating we were unable to use it with the price we paid for hotel. Next time would try and find hotel that doesn’t have this system.

The hotel is in a great location,easy walking distance to most things. The staff at reception were polite and helpful and we were given an early check in which was amazing and with an upgrade. The room and bathroom are average/ comfortable size for Europe. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great, had a huge variety. Overall a very nice stay.

We were disappointed that we couldn't buy bottled water at the bar and take them to our room, as they were glass bottles, which I thought was a little bit crazy, As we could however get them room service which was an extra fee.

Fantastic location on the lungomare in front of the Castel dell’Ovo. We were a family of 4 (two kids ages 4 & 9) and my mom - had a family room (sleeps 3) and a standard (sleeps 2). Both had beautiful sea views - worth paying more for the view! We loved having the breakfast (with a view of the castle and water) and cappuccinos every morning- staff was really friendly. Beautiful rooftop bar & pizza spot with great views, accessible pool (cold salt water, unique design, reservation required, no hot tub). Love the location right on the water and lots of restaurant option, close to prime shopping streets as well. Rooms are clean and more classic, not updated, but everything was comfortable! Location was worth it. Easy day trips to Capri, Amalfi & Sorrento.

Would have loved a connecting room but it was a busy weekend in September and they weren’t available. Also would have loved if there was a hot tub/jacuzzi.
