Its a proper big chain hotel - which i like when overnighting as no surprises and a good nights sleep. It was great value, location. Staff very friendly. Parking great. Airport shuttle for my daughters. Rooms great size and modern bathrooms. Aircon worked well.

Place is a bit tired and could use a refresh (but I prefer it cheap so no real grumbles from me) We had five beers and 3 sandwiches which came to 60 euro. I was expecting half that. I could have checked first. If budget minded avoid the bar.

Comfortable hotel, nice facilities, clean

We were not able to get a response to our request for a shuttle from Terminal 1 when we arrived in Malpensa. We were forced to take a taxi to the hotel when the reason we booked this hotel was bc of the offer of free shuttle to/from the airport. We do not a voice cell plan-only data, so messaging works to contact the hotel, but not a phone call, which they wanted from us. Unfortunately, this was not possible for us.

Just book this hotel with your eyes closed, it is one of the best options around Malpensa. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel is near to some nice areas for walking, specially when you have some extra hours before your flight.

As soon as the breakfast time was over, the staff switched off the coffee machines first, which I think should be the last things to switch off, as some guests like me could be hoping to have a coffee. Other than this, there is hardly anything else to point out in this beautiful hotel

The staff were all attentive and there was a shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel. The room was comfortable and lovely, and the room service was excellent. We ordered a lasagna and a pizza and they were delicious. The bathroom was plentifully equipped and there was coffee and tea for breakfast available.

We had an issue with the shuttle ride; there had been a reserve made by a big group of people at the same time as us, and we were made to wait for an hour for the next ride. We did not expect these organization issues.

Not so far from Malpensa airport. Hotel has great complementary transfer service to and from airport! Must contact the hotel to pre book. Staff were helpful and my son loved the waffle machine available during breakfast. Family room was very spacious.

The hotel overall is nice, close to the airport and the shuttle service is excellent.

The only thing that I did not like is the food quality in the hotel restaurant it was not good at all, and there were no close by restaurants that I can walk to for a light lunch or Dinner. Also there is no close by convenient store and no public transportation around to use to get to the nearest store.

The hotel was close to the airport which comes in handy. The room is nice, spacious, and clean and the isolation to the outside is very good. The team were really helpful, pleasant and professional. The welcoming muffins were very delicious!

the walls separating the rooms were very thin, and the alarm to the adjacent room woke me up as it felt was ringing in the same room as me. the drivers for the transport vehicle to and from the airport should really turn the engine off when they are waiting to collect or drop off passengers as during the 2 hours I stayed at the outside table I could barely understand myself with my father due to the noise level, not to mention the exhaust smell.

We were about 6 miles from the airport but they provided a free shuttle to pick us up from the airport where we had taken a train from Milan. The shuttle took us back to the airport the next day when we departed. Our flight was early AM, so they accommodated the shuttle time for us and he was on time. We got a regular room for 2 of our kids and a suite for my husband and I which had 2 bedroom, one for my husband and me and one for our other daughter. The hotel was within walking distance to Somme Lombardo, a very small town with a historic castle and some great restaurants, beautiful church, etc. Breakfast at the hotel was great and was included with the cost of our suite.

There was not a pool, which we would've liked. Also, it would've been nice to have all of us (family of 5) on the same floor. The staff when we arrived were 2 girls that were awesome with great recommendations for dinner, etc. They told us about the nearby town that we could walk to. In the morning, the guy working the desk was quite rude to my daughter and son and told them that they'd have to pay for breakfast. He should've looked us up before he spoke, since breakfast was included for all of us.

Elisa on reception was v helpful and showed me printer etc and I got a late check out also Anthony on reception Nothing was too much trouble for her and the other staff Room was v large and I asked for quiet room and I got one All the staff were great housekeeping v good too I work as a tour manager for a travel company and wish all the hotels were like this for service Shuttle bus works if you book it I had a pizza in the bar and that was good 13e Breakfast v good choice Even the black out curtains block out the light and lots of charging points and comfy work chair Oh and no bright lights which keep me awake usually or weird humming noises I was on the 2 nd floor away from the lobby Thank you for making my stay so pleasant it was very much appreciated

Room was cool for the time of year perhaps a blanket in wardrobe I doubled the duvet and that worked Bit of mold on grout but room spotless

The hotel provides excellent conditions. The gentlemen and ladies working at the reception are always smiling and eager to help. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and pleasant. This is truly a great hotel! I especially want to thank Mr. Libasse and Mr. Vasile because they always provided assistance and good advice. Thank you!
