Yeah we first checked in good for our anniversary and birthdays. Got all of my requests filled. We had problems with our Roma. but it did not take long for it to be taken curve very well. The manager of the night took charge got us.Another room and made it feel very comfortable about everything. It was a very pleasant experience that I went through never before. I'm just so happy that the whole facilities and staff, from well-dressed Dorman to service person at. Yes everything was so fantastic. I hope this makes a review.Because it could have been a lot worse but it was perfect in the end. Thanks again for the Management, and it's fine staff for everything.They did can't wait to return.Thank you again.

Lovely hotel with comfy beds and even better staff! I mentioned to Christine at reception that I was bringing my mom for a staycation to make up for missing Mother’s Day with no intention other than to make conversation but she went above and beyond to make my mom feel special. She was so happy when she received a personalized card and dessert after we checked in. It was the so unexpected but so thoughtful and my mom couldn’t stop gushing about how nice the staff were from reception to concierge to all the staff on the Gold Floor. We will absolutely be back!

The hotel was very clean. Each staff member was kind, friendly, and quick to respond to needs- everyone from maintenance, housekeeping, front desk, and valet. One of the valet drivers took the time to remember our names, even learning how to pronounce it correctly. It made us feel welcomed and important.

The shower pressure was terrible. I mentioned it and it was fixed within 10 minutes. They made us feel like we were the only guests, there wasn't anything not to like about this place!

The bedroom was large, and TV has good connection to a variety of shows and comfortable beds. The shower had pump bottles with great quality of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There is a large swimming pool and sauna.

The indoor swimming pool was just okay - for a heated pool, it did not feel that warm. In Manitoba, I have experienced hotels that felt cleaner in the pool area. The room service breakfast was not worth the money spent. It was more for my nieces experience and convenience.

Great location in downtown Winnipeg. Very close to very good restaurants. Parking was reasonable at $14 per day.Cdn. Everything was clean and felt updated.

In the bathroom, they were splashes of something on the glasses, and the makeup mirror had smeary fingerprints on it. It was something so obvious to me that I thought they should have noticed that when cleaning.

It was a nice comfortable place, easy check in and the highlight was honestly the cleaning lady who cleaned my room. I came back in the same time she was there and she was just so polite and kind and we actually had a good conversation and she did an amazing job cleaning it felt so comfortable and safe.

It was a quick stay, can’t comment!

I have stayed at a few Fairmont Hotels in Canada and they all have the same standard of cleanness, care from the staff and great location. At the Fairmont in Winnipeg, the staff were very nice and the room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

We like the swimming pool we're in and everyday with the grandchildren. Service excellent the way you had everybody dressed was like in a fashion show excellent. We are coming back again in April for a longer trip. Thanks again, can't wait to come back and meet new people. Excellent

Our safe did not work, but that's not a problem. Life is too short to worry about the small stuff.

Valet service, friendly check in, decorative lobby, water, nearby to restaurants, lounge.

Breakfast service was dismal. No busy but no coffee or water until we asked, servers slow w orders, kid menu ordered kids smoothie & they brought regular menu smoothie, waited extremely long for bill. I did not lv much tip for that terrible service.

Excellent downtown location, minutes walk from every major attraction and restaurant. The staff, drinks and food at the Blue Velvet lounge (and morning breakfasts) are beyond compare. This is truly a 5-start hotel, with an equally amazing, courteous and helpful team. The bathroom, shower and amenities were amazing!

Our King room was not available when we arrived, likely due to overbooking from ongoing conferences. The "double bed" room provided was less than stellar, but provided us with a spot to sleep during our 4 night stay. Apart from that, the rest of the stay was excellent!
