It was clean and great service

When doing a search it said that it was pet friendly under the search but then when getting there there were no pets allowed. We had a very small dog with us and they would not allow it to stay under no circumstances. He said that he is aware booking.com allows this in its search and has happened before but it’s basically not their problem and we should have called ahead. Just lucky we had someone else to take him. I understand rules but in the same sense if you are aware of the problem either fix it or have a reasonable allowance. They did accommodate a room close to the front door and all other requests making it a great stay.

The location is perfect, right across from the Station Mall. The room (King) was large and comfortable; while the decor is somewhat dated, it does the job. There is a sink and small fridge in the living room and a TV in the bedroom as well. The breakfast was fine - plastic utensils but that's ok. The server (Taylor) was awesome.

It would have been helpful to have a listing of the TV stations to refer to as I had to write them down for reference which was a pain.

It was SO easy to get checked in that I thought something went wrong. It didn't and it was quite refreshing. The staff were awesomeness, quick, understanding of us being on the road all day and needing to just get into our room with no hassle, directed us to the best place to park and enter. The room was immaculate, we ordered a suite which consisted of 2 Queen sized beds and a pullout sofa which is what we needed for the 5 of us. On top of that, the room was still incredibly spacious. The beds were a dream, I can't recall the last time I've had a mattress (aside from my own) where I have just passed out and not woken up sore or stiff or unrested. When available, I will 100% choose this Hotel for all future stayings, especially after the fiasco we had elsewhere on our way home.

We all loved our stay. The room was excellent and had beautiful view. It was a very calm and quite place . Shopping mall was few steps away form us . Board walk was close and viewable from our room. breakfast was excellent Especially kitchen staff was very kind and helpful. Cleaning staff provide great services every day. Over all it was ten on ten for us.

The front desk staff is amazing! Welcoming personable efficient. The room was lovely clean and very comfortable a little dated but very nice!!

Surrounding properties were a bit sketchy so using the back entrance was a bit worrisome but it was fine. I thought a $250 deposit was excessive I am still waiting for it to be released this prevented giving a better score for budget friendly

This hotel was in a pretty good location for the Agawa Tour Train. A mall was just across the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with a shower/bath combination. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant, located on the main floor of the hotel, was very good so we had two dinners there. It was also the location for the free breakfast. This was really good with a couple of hot choices as well as a cereals, yogourt, etc. The staff looking after the breakfast kept items regularly replenished, there was plenty of room to sit and the rush was handled very well. Overall a great stay!

Both afternoon and morning staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean 👌.

The coffee maker was inside a small cabinet and plugged. There's no space to lift the lid to refill the water. Also, when I unplugged and took it out, it was too dirty, so I cleaned it before using it. Please check the creamer. It looks old/expired. Good thing that I always have my own tea and coffee. Thank you.

The accommodations made each visit, sometimes I myself forget but when I arrive I realize, wow I did require for example extra towels and arriving to such accommodations made makes the visit even more heartwarming, kinda like returning home after a long trip and realizing yeah I do enjoy the comfort of your favourite go to towel or blanket at home

Breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I liked that there was a pool. It was a nice walk to the train statiion we took the Algoma train ride) and we didn't have to worry about driving and parking there. It was also a lovely walk to the museum at the Sault locks.

The pool was actuall too warm! I had to stop swimming to cool off. Can't think of any other concerns.

I loved how friendly the staff was. Our room was clean and we got the special instructions we requested, the bed was comfortable and we loved the kitchenette

The pool was down all weekend, the restaurant was closed. A little disappointed that we paid for 5 star and didn't get it. One more lamp or a little more lighting would have made the room perfect
