I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options, fresh ongredients, and something for everyone. Whether your prefer something light or a full meal to start your day, the had it covered . The location was another highlight. It was bery convenient, close to manor attractions, shops, and public transporttation, making it easy to explore the area . Overall, a pleasant experience. I woulf definitely recommend it for anyone looking for comfort , a solid breakfast, and a central location.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There was absolutely nothing i didnt like , everything was excellent from check in until check out .

Room is spacious especially the annexe. Room in main building a bit smaller. Stayed multiple times here due to work. Location is good. Near to Masjid Jamek LRT station. Many eateries nearby. Staff is polite and friemdly. Love having breakfast at the shop infront of the hotel. Cheap and delicious. Tried the buffet breakfast but not to my liking. Overall comfortable stay at this hotel

Feel a bit insecure staying at the annexe building as no security at the lift lobby and anyone can go to any floor. At night the area has many homeless people. The room feel warm even aircond is set at the lowest temp. Fridge in the room not working. Some towels provided has stained. There is no chair provided only stool so not comfortable to do work.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. I am from india my flight time early morning 5am I can Cheq out hotel at 2am I can try to book grab taxi but I can’t book because grab app ask me u can pay 1st of credit card ir debit card cash payment not accept at this time but I cant Any card at this time so I tell us hotel staff to this problem one Malay Girl working in our hotel reception she is very helpful girl she is helping me for booking grab taxi I am very thank full to Malay girl the location as well - it is a walking distance to the places to eat and supermarkets nearby.

1. The price damn suprised for me, just Rm 80+ can get big room + window & bathroom and bed was clean. 2. The FO Staff was respectful, the way served guest was satisfied. The way Morning FO Staff welcome inquiry/C/in guest's was made my day. 3. Management sites was arranged my room for early C/in & fast response. Thank for Grateful Customer Service..

Hi Management, 3 points that wish i stay again² but there have some non - satisfied with Room. It's not mean I didn't like, just abit improvements. 1. Please make lift service, damn slow.. 2. Table, cupboard, Tv and the tables please arrange HK to clean. It's damn worst. 3. Outsider Vehicle sounds it's normal but Besides Room make small voice also it's big impact. If my Negatives review, looks like rudely but Sorry I'm Straight Forward.

Very convenient location, China town 500m away and, for groceries Mydin shop is 250m away. You can catch Free KUL bus service just in-front of the hotel and reached to most tourist attractions easily. 8 floor Suites are much comfortable and spacy room with bath tub and view of Menara towers.There’s a small swimming pool in 11th floor. Breakfast buffet is not bad. It haven’t change for last 4-5 years. Pretty much same menu (my first stay was 2016 in same hotel). Rooms are not perfectly clean, though housekeeping do daily linen changes on request. We have asked for late checkout and asked to downgrade room at 7th floor. That room is (719 & 718) very tiny , no windows, and space is just sufficient for bed and walking to bathroom.

- 7th floor room (i guess standard one) are very small - Buffet could have been improve with variety

I like the bathroom . So comfortable

I dont like the light . They use yellow light , they should use white light at least light at the mirror , so its hard for me if i want to apply makeup . Its alreay said that we should check out 12pm then next cust will be check in around 2pm , I arrived around 3.45 still cannot check in , they said they didn’t even clean up the room yet and tell me to wait around 1hour , so I refused to wait and want they to refund my money back , suddenly my room already clean up 😏

The staff was excellent, Specially the Chinese and Malaysian boys they have a strong bonding with each other I especially need to say them to stay friends with each other, they were so cooperative, soft-spoken, and helpful and gave me the right info for whatever I needed to know, So I wanted t say special thanks to the staff. sorry forget the names I'm not good at remembering names, but never forget the faces. So I will remember their smiley faces and always hope they remember me. Regards salma khan

The bed was not so comfortable,

I love the vibes of room hotel which look premium but still affordable to stay. Others thing I love about this hotel is their bed very comfort and make me like don't want to wake up from sleep 😍 Last but not least, I will make sure to repeat again stay here in future !!

please note to receptionist to update in system when customer have paid or please give payment receipt because I paid by cash but they do not update in the system. then in evening they called me to see if I had paid or not. overall are good .

A bit noise from my room.. i don't know what.. its come from aircond.. disturb my sleep
