Brilliant location. Excellent Asian breakfast options. Western options not so good.

Breakfast options not great for me. I like fresh orange juice, sausages, bacon and/or ham and better muesli.

The reception staff were really service oriented and were super friendly and never hesitating to answer any questions small or big. You can feel the mix of modern furnishings at the same time also seeing the aging tiles and fittings. It's been around since 2006 so it won't be fair to compare to Pavilion Hotel for the overall feel and ambience. And for those who really want accessibility this hotel really ticks it all. It's super near KL Sentral transport node which easily connects you to trains and mainly KLIA Express train and not forgetting the Nu Sentral mall which also serves as a one stop place for all good food and shopping options.

The aged parquet floor in our room had signs of wear and tear and had stains. But the overall cleanliness made us look past it for the room.

I liked the mannerism, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff during my entire visit. Size of the room was amazing, and definitely enjoyed all the full length mirrors in the closets, bed room, and living room. The swimming pool area was probably the best spot of the hotel. I travel often, and visit many brands of hotels/resorts. This location is on my short list of favorites!

It was hard to hear the doorbell, but it wasn't a bad thing. I wanted a quiet room, and got it! My room wasn't ready when I arrived, but I didn't have to wait long prior to receiving the keys to the room. I didn't drive so I can not speak on the parking. Had difficulty using wifi in the common areas (like the lobby), but besides that I really don't have complaints about my visit.

Wonderful stay! We loved everything, especially the people — everyone was so kind and welcoming. Thank you so much for your constant smiles and kindness! The breakfast was absolutely amazing — the best we’ve ever had! There was truly something for everyone: Japanese, Indian, vegetarian, sweet treats… everything was delicious. The swimming pool was great, and the slide was such a hit with the kids. This was truly the perfect hotel to end our wonderful trip across Malaysia ❤️

To be improved : WiFi - luckily we had 4G but for this hotel category I would have expected a much better internet connection

Amazing. Beautiful hotel with all the ammenities. Rooms were large, well equiped. We also had an amazing view of Kuala Lumpar from our window. Breakfast had a tasty and diverse spread. The staff were quick to help and very accomodating. Pick up cars had easy access to the hotel. Beds were comfortable and there was hot water 24/7. Direct access to KL sentral which was invaluable getting to and from the airport as we got to avoid traffic rush hours.

For most tours they do pick ups from hotels located within the golden triangle which the Hilton does not fall within so you would need to take a 10-15 min car ride to the pick up area (usually KL timesquare) but it wasn't that troublesome. A personal opinion maybe but the layout of the bathroom doors did not seem practical as much. Also despite the amazing breakfast we struggled a bit with getting access to hot coffee since there was only 1 coffee machine and it didnt seem to offer rich or hot coffee just a feedback for improvement.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a slow emptying shower which was fixed within an hour just by using whatsapp. Checking in and out was totally painless. For me, no queues. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The room cleaner turned my messy room pristine every day. The breakfast downstairs had a large range of food choices and wasn't too expensive. A mall and the sentral train station was connected to the hotel by an air-conditioned corridor.

Room - clean and comfy, but a bit confusing cause the door and mirror and the little "roundabout" in the room. Breakfast - a lot of choice.. food is good Location - great location as we travel via train. so it reach kl sentral and just walking distance you can reach hotel In room dining - food was superb and even we ordered our food in mid night (I'm would like to apologize to F&B especially chef to prepare the food for our mid night food crave)

Check in and check out at the counter abit confusing. the line for check in and check out sometime just mix up.. if you walk from right to left, you will see check out sign, and if you walk from left to right you will see check in sign. but sometime, front desk will just assist anyone that need help whether or not you are checking in or checking out.

Relatively nice hotel. Spacious rooms. Breakfast with a rich selection and very good (exception is only the coffee). Great location, close to KL Sentral - good access to public transportation and super fast connection to the airport.

The biggest problem we had was at check-in. Despite the fact that check-in was supposed to be from 3pm and we didn't get to the hotel until 3.30pm, we had to wait for almost another hour because the rooms simply weren't ready. The furnishings are not the most modern. For example, there are no adapters in the room (which are available elsewhere). Sometimes a long time at the elevators, the signaling unclear. The executive lounge was usually very full, several times we had to go back to the room and wait for a free seat at the table.

The staffs were all very friendly and full of smiles. Though check-in did take slightly longer than expected and the facilities were not brief in that time but they're pretty responsive on WhatsApp so that had made up for it. Location wise, it's practically the at the center of the KL transportation hub so you can get to anywhere or get anything within walking distance. The outside view from the hotel was beautiful too. The housekeeping team did a really good job at keeping the place tidy. They even threw in an extra sachet of our favourite tea. Plus point for being considerate and observant. I had asked for extra drinking water and they acted right away too! Overall love the vibes and the room, though the lighting is dimmer than what I'm used to but it was fine, as most corners were well litted especially the bathroom.

There was a foul smell of paint/varnish coming out from the aircond vent during our stay but it went off after a few hours. Also, bathtub drain cover couldn't close completely water slowly leaks away.

The location is ideal right opposite the main train station in KL and the best thing is you don't even need to walk outside to reach the hotel because the buildings are connected by a walk bridge/corridor...great when you are lugging around big suitcases. Customer service is excellent especially the concierge team... please pass on our appreciation to them! We also enjoyed the room very much; comfy bed, bathroom with lots of space on the vanity, bathtub and big shower. The pool and jacuzzi on the 8th floor are fantastic too. We will definitely stay here again and plan to try the onsite restaurants as well which we didn't get to do this time due to time constraints.

If I were to be picky, I wished the room was bigger. Being on the smaller size perhaps not placing a round table in the room; a small desk may be more ideal to create more floor space.
