It was great. Location is very safe, unlike in any other city where a hotel at a station screams danger. Since it's not only a hotel there were an immense amount of facilities. Everything you ever want to do was there. You could also leave your bag on the day you checked out which was great.

I lost my key and called twice in the morning. they just said they didn't find anything right off the bat. I knew I left it there so I fysically went back and a new guy said: 'Yes ofc let me look in the lost & found' 2 sec later he came with my key. Sad that the personnel didn't want to check the box in the morning. It would've saved me a lot of stress.

The Social Hub is a very lively place with a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Rooms are well decorated, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Reception staff friendly and supportive. Keep it like this.

I really like the social hub and I have given it very good reviews in the past, but this time there were a couple of things I need to comment on. First, our room was not cleaned on the second day of our stay, someone passed by and sort of fixed the bed (not completely) and nothing else. I had to ask them the next day to come and fix it, not sure if they would have come. Also, one detail in the room (1003) is that the ceiling has stains, like from humidity or something and this does not look good, given that the rest of the room feels modern, clean and cozy.

I had an amazing corner room on the 6th floor with a great view over a magnificent red brick church amidst the "volks" neighbourhood the Hof van Delft in the distance. The landscaping around the hotel is beautiful too, right next to the beautiful Delft Central Station by Mecanoo architects. Some details in the room were welcome like coffee, water, tea and even a note pad and pen to work with. I was happy with the friendliness of the staff and very thankful for the help when I arrived. Even though I was feeling asocial they were very kind to me.

There were some guests three doors up that were quiet noisy. I heard them banging on their hotel room door at 1.30 and then 2 am. I don't know how many people were staying there, the rooms are small. I also prefer to have some easy access to outdoor space, you have to go downstairs by lift to get outside. I stayed in the cafe the next day to work. Twice my order was forgotten but I realized later I was still charged... I think it might be less a social hub and more of a commercial hub haha.But there are things that are special too that you don't get everywhere else and an effort is made to rise above the standard, also with the food quality.

- spacious room with nice view of the city - coffeemaker with coffee capsules (including decaf) - decent size flatscreen TV - great location right next to the trainstation with easy access to the city center - friendly staff

- the "reception" area is confusing; we missed it when we first arrived - breakfast is very basic for 15 eur - I know it's a student hotel, but I think it would be beneficial to separate a bit the event area from the hotel access area

Convenient, modern and well located hotel. operating since 2020, so still very new. Location very close to the charming Delft old town and the railway station with good connection to Amsterdam/Schiphol, so perfect for those without the car.

Everything got pricier recently, but with TSH it went too far. It would be an excellent offer at the previous price range of 100-120 euro per night for a double room without breakfast, but with the prices reaching 180-200 euro nowadays it is not attractive anymore. Second, parking is a problem in downtown Delft and TSH does not have any answer to that. Some deal with one of the private/public parkings nearby with discounts for the TSH guests would be nice. Breakfasts used to be better value for money at the beginning (2020/21).

I really like the concept of this hotel chain, it was cool to read their book where they explain their vision and journey The room was quite large, with a nice bed and large bathroom The staff was friendly and it was nice to get a drink and play fussball downstairs The free (!) washers and dryers were a nice perk The hotel was located very central next to bus/train and walking distance to city centre

The breakfast wasn't good value for money, we tried it once but not again There was only one elevator and we often had to wait for it The shower was sometimes hot and cold

We discovered this place during our recent trip and are quite intrigued by the concept. Combo hotel, student dorm, and co-working space - it had a really interesting vibe. The location was super convenient, across from the train station, and the room was good enough of our one night stay. I'd stay here again, especially at the price point.

(Don't expect anything fancy - and don't be shocked by the condoms left bedside...my kids were so embarrassed.).

The hotel is comfortable and clean and has wonderfully arranged social space. In your spare time, you can sit and have a look at interesting books available for the guests. You can also go to the gym, play foosball or table tennis. Laundry is an additional plus :-). It's a perfect place to stay with family. Breakfast was very nice and good value for money (for kids it was for free ). And there is always smiling staff around to help :-). We'll be definitely looking for the Social Hub hotels in other locations!

The room had black-out curtains and comfy beds so I slept amazingly well. The building is clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Located near bus/train. Quiet at night. Great restaurants and bike rental within walking distance. Free laundry, decent work-out room. Very nice common spaces.

The building is big and has a confusing layout. There were no features in the hallway to help trigger my memory for which way I had to go to get to my room. I always just had to guess which door to open or which hallway to take. My kids were on another floor, so I had two room locations to memorize. It felt like a labyrinth and a bit overwhelming at times, especially if I was in a hurry.

The Social Hub Delft exceeded all my expectations, providing an exceptional experience that I'll cherish. The ambiance is inviting, with modern and comfortable décor that encourages relaxation and socializing. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my visit. Furthermore, the Hub's commitment to sustainability, evident in their eco-friendly practices, adds an extra touch of appreciation. From the delightful food to the warm atmosphere, The Social Hub Delft is undoubtedly a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable time.

To further enhance the experience, I would suggest enriching the breakfast offerings with a wider selection of delectable choices and perhaps some regional specialties.
