Hotel was ok, nothing stood out

Our Pyjamas got „lost“ on day one - I believe the cleaners took it accidentally with the towels - both on the towel hook. Unfortunately it could not be retrieved as the hotel sends towels externally. However it has not turned up. The hotel wanted to send it to my home - it has not come and I had no word. This is not good enough for a hilton

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. There were lots of options for breakfast, something to suit everyone. The location is perfect for a trip to Berlin.

The hotel pool was nice but they charge extra if you want to use the sauna/ steam facilities - almost 15 Euro per person per day. This seems unnecessary when you're already paying quite a lot for the room. Also, these facilities are nudist areas which is not mentioned anywhere on the hotel website or Booking.com. This also seems unnecessary as not everyone is comfortable with this.

My stay was wonderful. Staff at the reception were accomodating and multi-lingual. They helped me with my luggage and provided assistance when I had questions. I also met a Ukranian staff member who spoke my language, and this lady helped me with all of my inquiries which helped me have a great stay because I was able to get my room earlier and leave my bags to tour the city. When it comes to the rooms, the hotel room itself was quite spacious, luxurious and great for doing business work when I had my conferences to attend. Breakfast was lovely and varied from so many foods to choose from, it was hot and fresh and the different types of foods left me speechless because there was too many foods to choose from. It was a luxury! The location of the hotel was also great and provided easy access to Humboldt university for my seminars. It was also close to the Berlin Gates and other tourist attractions and even the embassies. Overall, I loved this hotel and shall be staying here again next year. (This is my second time at this hotel, and it always amazes me how great this hotel is. I highly recommend it to anyone reading this)

Very good location in the city center but still outside the crowded touristic zone. Clean and tidy room, comfortable beds. Taxi is always available at the entrance. We made two bookings for three nights, so the reception arranged our stay in the same room for both bookings.

Only one!!! free bottle of water in the room with two guests for three days - this is ridiculous for this level of hotel. Even much cheaper hotels have either free bottled water in the room or a water cooler on each floor. Very slow registration and payment at the reception. On top of that, without any explanation or reason the hotel blocked and then unblocked money on our bank card multiple times even after we paid at check-in. Breakfast 38EUR - it's too much for that relatively narrow variety of food you offer. For free Wi-Fi you have to go through long registration which is also inconvenient. In the end, the invoice consists of three full pages with unnecessary information and some strange calculations of cost which also caused some confusion of our accountant.

We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist on Thursday 2 January and she ensured we were informed of all information. Our room was on the 4th floor facing an office building, which when we stay here again we will ask for a room facing the Gendermarkt. The room was very clean and comfortable with a huge tv, desk and small table and chair, floor was also carpeted, which I prefer rather than a cold bare floor..The bar area is very comfortable with nice dimmed lights giving off a lovely ambience. The bar staff were great and even went out of their way to make me a French Martini, which wasn't on the menu. My favourite cocktail was the Espresso Martini, just lovely. We tried the swimming pool and again the male staff member was really friendly and welcoming. Pool area is quite small. We didn't have a problem obtaining a bed, however not sure what it would be like in high season? The hotel is located in a very good spot Stadmitte, which isn't far from Friedrichstrase, Unter den Linden and Brandenburg Gate. The Ubahn is right outside the hotel, which if you don't want to walk then these places and many more can be easily travelled to via the underground train. Ensure you validate your ticket once purchased on the wee yellow box, which are situated beside the ticket machines.in the stations or you can buy a city pass, which also includes a booklet with loads of discounts to many attractions. The city pass can be bought from Tourist Informations, one is situated at the Brandenburg gate or just use Google map to see where the nearest tourist info is. to you. On the day of leaving we were able to leave our luggage in a room by asking the concierge which is situated to the left of the main doors.

Location was great just on the U2 line. City was easy to get round.

Pool was very cold couldn’t stay long wasn’t the only one who mentioned it

The hotel location is great! It's close to many restaurants, malls, and the highlights of Berlin. The room was nice and comfortable. Also, the breakfast was terrific and the dining room was very spacious. Likewise, the staff was very attentive and the pool area was nice. It's the fourth time I've stayed at this hotel in Berlin. I've always enjoyed the room and hotel facilities.

The hotel is kind of pricey but I think it's worth it. It would be great if they provide a couple of bottles of water for free.

Breakfast was lovely but busy . Most staff are friendly. Room comfortable but doors slam automatically and need not if adjusted correctly so nest door will wake you if they leave early. Carpets are very tired. Room had a mosquito in that bit me unexpectedly in November , I guess it was residing but luckily killed it&

The spar area was dirty , nobody was cleaning the floors and also the shower. My only major upset was the attitude of the young lady on the spa reception, she clearly didn’t enjoy her job. She was very rude to us on both Saturday and Sunday, on asking why she was unfriendly we had the towels thrown at us! On reflection she might have not been in a good place mentally but this is an upmarket hotel and not good behaviour regardless. Luckily the other staff made up for her. Finally it is a bit grim having to pay 16 euros each for a sauna that is empty because of this, a waist of energy.

Excellent location , nice pool , good breakfast

The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious. The view and atmosphere in the breakfast lounge are wonderful. Our room was clean and very spacious overlooking the Dome. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive.

Our first room overlooked an empty office building mid renovation. That was not so pleasant, because it felt a bit more like an Airbnb apartment, which I could have booked elsewhere. However, it was still extremely comfortable and offered us the option to enjoy our stay in berlin while still able to cook for the baby, wash clothing, and separate rooms when needed. As soon as a different room became available, we were moved and the second half of the stay was in the north viewing room, which was absolutely wonderful.
