Fantastic hotel, clean comfortable and good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle bus that runs between terminal 3 and the hotel. Terminal 1 and the metro is walkable from the hotel and easy to navigate. Would recommend and stay again.

Not my first time in Aloft. Ceetainly not the last one. My previous stays were all very pleasant, but this time even better than before. Super comfy, super clean, thanks the cleaning team and Nazir for taking care of our room cleaning. Same goes for all the hotel staff in the reception. They've been so very attentive and super fast in responding to our requests wherever I had to address for some improvements. Just don't hesitate to ask if you need anything in this place. The people operating the hotel are very professionals and ready to materialise your requests, making your stay as comfy as it gets. Everything at the hotel was excellent

The airport shuttle didn't show up for over 1 hour, so I had to call an Uber

Very good Hotel and a convenient location for a few nights away from the airport for connecting flights. Convenient shuttle service all night and day. You will need a rental car or careem all the time or you can walk to Terminal 1. The size of the rooms and high seelings is amazing especially the junior suite

The isolation in the rooms can be improved. There is very loud music in the lobby all day and night, which must be challenging for employees and was definitely challenging for me. (to clarify its only the lobby and cannot be heard on the floors)

Nice breakfast buffet with a good range of options including fresh dosas. Rooftop pool and bar is a nice place to relax. Friendly staff. A short walk to the airport Terminal 1 and the metro station. Free hourly shuttle to the airport (Terminal 3 is a little further away so a little too far if you have luggage or short of time).

A minor thing - I asked reception the shortest route on foot to the airport, as it wasn't obvious and Google Maps suggests it's 16 minutes away on foot. Two of the staff insisted it was only 7 minutes walk but they could not show me the route on a map. Perhaps they were new to the job but it's the kind of basic question you'd hope reception would be able to answer. Eventually they found someone who did know and pointed us in the right direction (You turn right out of the entrance, walk ahead one block, cross the road, go through a tunnel, pass the mosque, turn right, and Arrivals is straight ahead).

Perfect location if the airport proximity is your priority .. downtown and souk were about 15 to 20 mins away. Shuttle to / from the airport is on time, and 3 minutes walk from terminal (I used T3), very helpful. The room was spacious with large windows to the celling, excellent washroom/ shower. Water. Coffee. Toiletries. Overall good value for money and would repeat for a DXB stopover or if visiting Dubai for a short period.

The room was non-smoking. Signage is everywhere in the room, indicating so, but the room had some cigarette odor, not that a big of a problem it was not very strong. The room was clean, including furniture's. I don't blame the hotel for this.

As I had to stay Dubai in 20 hours for changing, I decided to have a shirt trip in Dubai and take a rest in hotel. Compared to hotels in airports and airport Lounges, the price is super good! In addition to that, staffs are very kind! Every hour we can use shatter bus! If you have long time before taking next flight, even if you don’t want to have trip to Dubai, I recommend you to use this hotel. (Some people say this hotel is so close to the airport that we can reach here 5 minutes on foot. But it is the case in the terminal 1. As I used terminal 3 such comments were confusing. It is difficult to go to the hotel from terminal 3 but you can use the shuttle bus.

It took very long time to get replies in the chat box of the booking.com. (6 hours or so?) If you have any questions, it is practical to call directly or, maybe, book in another site.

The room was very comfortable, although at times we could hear the planes taking off from the airport. We were looking for a place to get some rest during an overnight transit at Dubai, so convenience is very important. This hotel is extremely close to the airport, and there is a shuttle. Breakfast was very nice, but we didn't have time for it.

This hotel has only 1 shuttle per hour, which made us waste a lot of time waiting to get to the hotel. It would be possible, but not great, even to walk to the hotel. This would have been a better choice as we wanted to get more time to sleep.

The attention the receptionist that checked me in on the 07/ 02/ 25 offered was fantastic . i was given an upgrade . Thé gentlmen that Checked me in deserves a recognition he smiled and felt delighted and pampered with his help and friendliness ! Amine the Tunisian gentlmen made excellent recomedations and had an exquisite guest attention he went out of the hotel to direct me and made me feel special ! Lastly I want to personally thank the lady security that helped me on the morning of the 08/02/25 at 08h12 without her I would have lost my plane ! Mr GM / management please thank them for the exceptional service they give ! Without them no experience would be possible ! They are superstars !

We really like the quality of the pillows, bed and beddings, the room has a simple but practical and nice design. We enjoyed the common areas like billiard area, lounge and the staff service was nice. The place is very chill in ambiance and calm. Items are also complete in the rooms ie. Bath items, clothing iron and hair blow drier, and they had complimentary water, coffee and tea as part of the service which is great. They also offered happy hour for the bar, which also included the pool bar. So we had a dip and drank beer while relaxing.

Limited cable channels and plumbing kind of had a bit of smell but surfaces were clean and fixtures worked well.
