Breakfast was amazing, a lot of choices and different things every day. Staff were super kind and friendly. Very comfortable beds. Super location, close by metro and just next to Al Seef walking area next to creek. Old Dubai, hold and spice souq is close by. Clean (regular towels and sheets change), fresh and modern design. Affordable and value for price!

Internet was not free, you pay by leaving your information and registering for their membership, and you get it for limited number of days. Even though we loved the interior design and super cool ideas, some of the things were not as practical as they were supposed to.

The location by the creek is lovely, perfect for a walk when the weather is pleasant. I really enjoyed the room and found the pillows to be great. The bed was very comfortable. They only provide dental kits and slippers upon request, but that’s fine. The staff were nice and friendly.

The soundproofing in the room was an issue. We kept waking up at night whenever someone closed a door a little too hard. One night, there were even people shouting in the corridor at 4 am. The second night was quieter, but it was a weekday, so I can only imagine how noisy it might get on weekends. Another thing—having club music playing during breakfast felt a bit out of place.

Overall, our stay was pleasant — the facilities were clean and the general service was good. However, our experience was significantly marred by the attitude of the sales manager, Dilawer. When we requested to extend our stay for one more day, he unexpectedly raised the price by 1.5 times, even though the rate on Booking.com was clearly lower. This behavior felt discriminatory, as we couldn’t help but sense a biased attitude toward us as Asians. It was disappointing and left a negative impression. We hope the management takes this seriously and ensures fair treatment for all guests in the future.

On the last morning the breakfast was poor... Eggs.. Beans.. Turkey Bacon all cold... I had stomach issues afterwards and went 3 times to the toilet... I did raise this with the kitchen staff..

Hampton by Hilton in Dubai left a great impression! The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms are cleaned daily upon request, adding to the overall comfort. The lobby is modern and well-equipped, designed as a coworking space, making it perfect for both work and relaxation. Plus, within just a five-minute walk, you can enjoy a pleasant stroll in the surrounding area. A fantastic choice for travelers seeking quality and comfort!

The property is very nice and is located right beside creek, very safe and calm area. The rooms are spacious, has clean and tidy washroom. Living area also consist of a table, chair and little sofa chair. It does justify the price you have paid for. The hotel team allow you to take outside food to rooms. They were kind enought to allow us to use the cutlery from their restaurant. The cleaning staff comes daily to have your room cleaned up on daily basis. Comparing to other hotels in bur dubai, this hotel is perfect for families couples and even for solo travellers. You can have a quick walk around creek and explore the old town and market. Also bur dubai is walkable if you are active enough as its just 2km from the property. Staff is polite, prompt and helping. The breakfast served here has wide variety and tastes good.

We loved this hotel. We arrived an hour before check-in time, and the staff were able to let us check in to one of our two rooms early - the other one was not ready yet - so that we didn't have to wait in the lobby. The rooms were great, we loved the style, and had everything that you needed in them including a great bathroom with a good shower. The food options were good in the hotel and we loved the breakfast, there is also a restaurant at night - you can pick to eat in the courtyard (which was very busy) or in the breakfast room, which we did as it was quiet. It's in a convenient location for the airport too, I think only 10 minutes away by taxi, and very close to the creek.

The only negative point about the hotel is that it's a 15-20 minutes walk from the metro. Given how hot Dubai can be, this was a struggle and so we ended up using taxis more than public transport, but we were aware of this in advance and in fact swapped to this hotel after cancelling our original booking at another hotel which was next to a metro station, because we liked the look of this hotel.

Our 5 days experience in Hampton Al Seef is very comfortable. Room is excellent with different team design its more on retro with modern version. Washroom is excellent, water supply is strong. Just for a little improvement need to have more bigger and bulky pillow. We requested for 2 more because its to soft and to make us more comfortable. Food during breakfast is good, need more variety. Location is superb and accessible to taxi and bus. Near to malls and can have an early jogging outside al seef.

The parking facility, housekeeping, cleanliness, front desk, and overall ambience are great. Although the room is very small but is elegant. The internet connectivity is awesome.

The food options regarding Vegetarians especially for your Indian guests could have been improved much better. In my earlier stays too I noticed. No great Indian vegetarian food options are offered especially, in your breakfast menu and your kitchen menu design generally looks like you made it by keeping your Western guest in mind. The rooms are not soundproof, and can hear people's chat from the corridor which affects deep sleep.

I was a little sad when we checked in and no birthday decor was there even just 1pc or towel cake decor but they surprised us during breakfast when they served a slice of happy birthday cake! I was planning of surprising my husband and the staff did it for me so i was extremely happy. We also went around and tried Mogiya, Skafos and it was all very good. Hampton al seef is always out go-to place now whenever we are celebrating something or just wanna be away for a quiet weekend. Weve been here for the nth time and we always get excellent service every time.

Weve booked king room before and this one seemed a little small. Also, it could have been better if the tv didnt stop working mid-stay but other than that everything was great.
