The apartment was nice clean just has a little smell when you enter

My reservation was with high speed internet and it says included high speed internet. Now when i tried to use the internet it shows that there is free one good for the emails and web browsing the other one you have to pay 90AED when i called the reception about the internet he sent someone that he connected me to the normal one and when we checked the speed it was 9Mbps, when i asked him to recheck he called the it guy and what he told him that this is the high speed internet so the 9Mbps is the high speed internet so i decided not to use their internet as their it guy was a lier doesn’t want to do his job.

Good location. Nice and clean rooms

Most of the staff is rude and unfriendly, specially a few people at the front desk. Some of them are really nice it’s honestly a hit or miss. I had a coupon for food which I forgot to use while ordering food. On check out I requested front desk to apply that coupon and give me a refund, they said sorry the tills are now closed. Excuse me? I work in retail I know how tills work. It’s not about the refund it was more about being helpful which the front staff failed in. The staff in food lounge is great and very helpful!

Excellent location, 1minute walk to financial center metro station. Staff are friendly particularly the porters are very helpful. The free buffet breakfast is good. Excellent room size with open kitchen , big fridge. Surprisingly there is a washer/dryer. Very convenient.

The staff didn't clean up tables in time after patrons finished breakfast.

Very close to metro station. Very good appart number, also staff who clean room was cool! Always water and clean towels. Breakfast very good and stuff also take care of you.

1. When u book “nice city view” - be prepared to get windows on parking buildings. If u rent it for view or spend money for that, be careful 2. Stupid and idiotic elevator systems. You can wait and spend a lot of time to wait wlevator from last floor even if another one is on ground floor but u cannot use it, Couse system chose for u what u do. 3. We find beetle (cucaracha) in first day of stay. Its shocking. However hope is just 1 case.

I stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott Sheikh Zayed Road for 7 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect — right on Sheikh Zayed Road and just a short walk to the Metro, which made it very easy to explore Dubai. The room was large, clean, and had everything I needed for a longer stay, including a kitchen and washing machine. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated the city views from the higher floors. Breakfast had a great selection and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job daily.

Nothing major — if anything, the elevators can get busy during peak times, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Everything, everyone was soooo nice and welcoming. They helped us with whatever we needed. We always came back to our rooms exceptionally clean and tidy, the valet staff were amazing as always and they have gotten familiar with my husband and went above and beyond for us. Food quality was great overall all services provided by the hotel from spa to salon to late night food was absolutley amazing!

The only issue I had was the view. We booked a city view and I wish we had the same view as our last stay which was of the main Sheikh Zayed Road. Also the lift theory was a little annoying

Everything and everyone! The place was so lovely and every staff member from valet guys to cleaners everyone was sooooooo nice, we stayed during my 30th birthday and everyone seemed to know it was my birthday and when I walked out of my room I was greeted with “happy birthday” up until I went into the car. It was so wholesome and honestly I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Everything was great to be honest, just the lifts sometimes took longer than usual and the system of the lift was abit annoying but it wasn’t something that frustrated me to the core as some people experienced worse with the lifts

Residence inn by Mariott, is a hotel in really nice location if you want to combine different types of trafic (metro station is 50m away). The room is super large and has everything you might need (from iron, hairdryer and even washing maschine). Our room was located in 25th floor with nice view, sometimes in rush hours lifts can be waited few moments but nothing critical! The staff is super nice and accomodates every need you might have concerning your stay. There is a lot of fresh options for breakfast, we did not use the pool and the gym but as seen everything was perfect. Definetelly good value for money and will be coming back

Everything! My flight landed early in the morning, and I took my luggage to the hotel to be stored there before I could check in. They immediately started working on trying to get a room available for me before check-in time and in the meantime let me use the shower facilities in the gym, which included a clean towel and bottle of water. I got a better room with a lounge area. The kitchen was great - the fridge/freezer combi was very useful as I could freeze bottles of water for use on daily excursions. Very comfortable bed and convenient light switches, which allow you to switch on/off certain lights from the comfort of your bed. There is even a pull-out washing line in the shower. Breakfast was great - if you go to the restaurant on the higher floor, you get great views while enjoying the fantastic spread (including the creamiest hummus I ever had!). Stunning roof-top setting with a view of the Burj Khalifa. Even though the room was close to the metro rail, the passing trains didn't bother me as the room was relatively sound-proof and one could hardly hear it. Which brings me to the location. Easy-walking distance to the metro station, which was extremely convenient. I didn't bother to get a taxi to and from the airport, I used the metro. The staff were always super friendly and helpful and even helped by exchanging some of my larger notes for smaller denominations that I needed for one of my outings. After I checked out, I stored my luggage there again as I had a very late flight out. I went on a day trip and returned late that evening, and yet again I was allowed to take a shower in the gym facilities after which I relaxed on a deckchair next to the pool on the rooftop before leaving for the airport. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a hotel/self-catering combo in Dubai!

Shared facilities are a bit outdated, however, the suite room is super spacious, it included a kitchen and a washing machine that worked perfect. A few minutes away from Dubai Mall in taxi and a few minutes walking distance to metro station. Surrounded by multiple places to eat and pharmacies. Its a good place to explore Dubai main sites. Personnel from breakfast was nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Personnel in the check-in was not kind/helpful, this could be improved. They did not let me use my Marriott Bonvoy member user, because "booking was done through booking.com", which I have done before with no issue.
