If the room is not ready, guests waiting in the lounge should be informed when it becomes available, without having to go through the queue multiple times. The hotel staff should update them directly once the room is ready, as they have already gone through the queue. I was told the room would be ready in 30 minutes, but I had to go through the queue three times to get the key. Additionally, the reception staff could benefit from training in politeness.

We booked 2 rooms, one room was fine however the other room was very outdated and the quality wasn’t great. After requesting around 4 times, we were able to be shifted to the more renovated tower and from then the experience was great! Within walking distance to masjid e nabawi and all food options! Rooms cleaning was daily and really good

Reciption lady who checked me in, was very nice, then her college was very tough and unfriendly, if I decided not to go ever to same hote will be because of him.....they must choose their crew....

Reciption staff...guy was upset that the young lady assigned me a big room... that is why he insists not to let me checked in till 1700hrs, everytime trying asking g if room is ready, never answer...he let me wait from 9:30 am till 17:00 hr sleeping on chair, missing salawat... when starts complain through All Accor Clustom relation, I recieved the key at same moment he told me room is not ready....he made me upsets....

The location and the house keeping staff who clean the room. The checkout process & response is easy and fast.

The espresso machine at the room without coffee capsules. The shampoo and condition are not good quality. The bath room towels need to be checked and changed for the over-used ones.

It took me 1.5 hours to check it. The men who manned the check in counter were very slow. This is below by any standard for even a 3-star hotel. What more for Movenpick - a 5-star hotel.

Excellent breakfast and very near haram mosque

We were disappointed as we had booked for 3nights but we needed to go to Makkah after 2 nights. We asked if we could refund one night or give us a credit note- but no one gave us a positive reply when we left the hotel. We were very disappointed with this response. We are coming back in November to stay in your hotel if you can recompensed the missing night for our next visit- we would appreciate it. The movenpick anwar al madinah is an excellent hotel for everyone coming to Madinah! Its right in front of one of the gates of the Masjid Nabawi so we were able to rush to prayers at the last minute and still easily find a spot. The breakfast is extensive and really good too. The service is perfect! A special thank you to Rayan Fawaz at the reception desk for making us feel so welcome and taking such good care of us! He immediately put us at ease, was able to upgrade us and offered advice on places to eat and sites to see. I would highly recommend looking out for Rayan as he was amazing! Thank you!

Location was very close to Haram Breakfast is one of best of my hotel bookings The room that was changed after I complained at arrival was very good and spacious.

At arrival it took ages to finish check in there were only 2 staff at front desk which should not be the case at peak times and the staff were a bit slow. At arrival they gave me a 4 bed room which was not at at all like pictures in booking it was very very small we hardly could walk in room with 4 beds ( at booking it is starting that room size was 39 m2 which was not! ) room was very dirty I was very shocked! And furniture was broken and very old it did not look like a hotel room at all ! When I went to front desk to complain they said no available rooms to exchange so I had to stay a whole night and day in that room with my family with no compensation! The front desk lady promised to give another room next day and I waited till night to receive the other room.

I loved absolutely everything about the hotel. From the location which was literally a one minute walk to the masjid, to the facilities and most importantly, the impeccable service I received from staff. A special shout out goes to AbdulAziz Al Juwayni (forgive me if I've got the name slightly wrong). He was exceptional and so welcoming and friendly. May Allah preserve him! I will DEFINITELY be returning to this hotel in the foreseeable future for all of my trips to Madinah in sha Allah!

A special thanks to Mehsal at reception—he was incredibly kind, always greeted us with a warm smile, and went above and beyond to assist us. The entire team was exceptionally helpfull and attentive, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and provided excellent service in every aspect. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
