The front desk staff is truly amazing. You’re offered Champagne ion check in. The one bedroom suite was also spacious with a balcony. You have your own concierge to text if anything is needed.

Tvs we’re a tad outdated for the price of the room, no wash clothes only hand towels. Pool security and staff was a bit rude. While sitting on the beds by the pool we were rudely approached by a staff member who told us we must spend $750 to sit there. several other families were utilizing them but no one else was approached. The manager came over to make things better! the manager was great and took the price down to $250 & understood we had spent money at the bar already so allowed us to stay. It was pretty empty on a Tuesday so we were upset that we were being asked to move. after that security kept bothering us by asking where did we get drinks from after even seeing us leaving the bar.

Place was clean, elegant and the staff was helpful, the pool amazing

The guess next door were extremely loud all night music, conversation and screaming, 2 days in a row could not sleep, we called front desk and they sent a security that told them that we complained so they went to our door to scream saying that they will come back soon.

Large room with nice balcony view and comfy large bed. Nice pool area with lots of beds and pool attendants. Food and drinks good but expensive.

Given the size of our room there was a distinct lack of storage space. Small wardrobe and most importantly no drawers for clothes storage. Mini bar prices are some of the highest I’ve ever seen. Pool area is overrun with weekend party scene guests when the vibe of the hotel is more club-like.

Nice spa at the hotel, with amazing staff. I accidentally left my necklace in the spa robe and I was contacted by them to say they had found it, I hadn't even realised it was missing! I am very grateful for that. Easy check in, glass of prosecco and bottle of water on arrival. Large room with great city views. I told them when booking it was for my birthday and I arrived to a bottle of prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries in the room. Nice pool area but it does get busy quickly, arrive early. Cafe and shops in walking distance

Room is a little dated for my taste, but it is still comfortable and clean.

This place is super confortable for families because of the spacious rooms and kitchen facilities Most of the staff are nice and helpfull, very welcoming and good service

If you have kids they are bot always welcome around the pool since the pool managers wants to keep the adults “happy” and without the playfulness of the kids. I love this place but that part ruind most of my experience

Spa, size of the room, pool, friendly staff

The room was not very clean, lots of dust, mildew in the bathroom, broken closet handle, lightbulb in the kitchen was out, phone was not working.

Location, layout, waterfront pool. Definitely a younger adult party crowd at the pool on a Saturday afternoon. Food and drinks were very good, waitresses and pool attendants accessible and helpful. Hotel served its purpose of a night before cruise stay.

Nothing - all was enjoyable. Room was perhaps a bit dated but it still had a good vibe to it.

I have been coming to this hotel for many years and it feels luke its going downhill as far as hotel quality, they dont clean the room every day and missing the charm they had a year ago. The staff is super nice and helpful and the pool people are very friendly.

Not cleaning the room every day

Great service. Nice pool area. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good. Kitchen was great.

Couch was stained and disgusting. Had to get two blankets to cover it. The guests on the upper floor were fighting all night and into the early morning. They had screaming matches and throwing furniture. Kept me up for two nights. I called the front desk twice, eventually went to the front desk to complain. I almost called the police myself as I sounded like someone was being attacked. They don't secure the property as guests were bringing large parties of people into their rooms.

Not enough chairs at pool. Some guests had to sit on ground. I paid $100 for day bed (originally $300 but I talked them down bc there were no chairs and I’d already paid the $50 resort fee.) They participate in Resort Pass which adds to the pool mayhem and chaos.
