I did not take advantage of the breakfast, except once. My daughter enjoyed the French Toast. I am a vegan, so there was not much for me, but fruits of which I partook of once. The receptionists were awesome. The room was clean. The courtyards were beautiful to sit and relax. It is in very close proximity to what is left of the mall :) It is within walking distance of food places, also.

This may not be in your circle of influence, but there were a few times when I entered the elevators and they stunk with marijuana. I would like to see the meals catering to all diets including a total plant-based diet.

The front desk officer was amazing! Johnathan provided top tier customer service. He checked in throughout the duration of our stay. The Queen Bartender on Friday night was dynamic. I’ll be back again.

The ironing board section was dirty. It had not been clean it weeks. That was a lot of dust.

The staff were very friendly. The facilities were very clean and the bed was super comfy. On the day of checkout, I lost my earrings, but Ms. Dee Crowgey ensured that this was found and kept until a family member collected it for me. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Lithonia

EVERYTHING ,I would like to say Ms. Tasha at the front desk is amazing from the time we arrived she made sure we were ok. she always kept a big smile. When we do visit again it would be because of her outstanding customer service. the food was good and the chef lady was very efficient as well.

The hotel staff was awesome. We were there because we had water damage to our house so we just wanted a quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay for a week that was close to work. ADJIA, JONATHAN AND JO (frontdesk assoc.) were great. They were always smiling and made us feel welcome! Very hard to find these days. Thanks guys for the great customer service!

No black out curtains! Our room faced another hotel and the exterior lights shined into the room all night.

The hotel was very inviting for guests. It gave you a feeling of a home away from home.

It would be nice to have the option of paying cash for services in the lobby ie. breakfast, snacks.

The last two times at this hotel. The staff was great. They never get my booking.com payment. I have the confirmation number and show where it's paid. They still overcharged me again even though I showed both times it was pre paid.

The sad part is that the overcharge took my gas money to get home. I booked with booking.com at least twice a month.

I liked everything. Location is good, walkable to shops and food. Quiet. Employees very nice and helpful.

No tea selection in room just coffee. Shower door didn't stay closed. The snacks and prepared food could be better selection.

The receptionist greeted me at 3:00 AM. She was so pleasant and helpful. I was really tired and she made me feel like she totally understood and wanted to get me to my room as quickly as possible. She had my room key etc ready. It was a wonderful experience.
