Hands down the best thing about this place is their 'Oasis' patio. The jacuzzi tub and waterfall feature are in a completely separate area from the swimming pool with basketball hoop so that the kids could splash in one zone and the adults could relax in the other. The fish tank in the lobby is incredible and the kids were mesmerized by Nemo! They even have a billiards table with kid sized cues! : ) We were bummed to miss out on the free limo service, but it is enough for us to book again this summer so the kids can have fun with that too. Staff was kind and rooms were clean.

We stayed in the two adjoined rooms and there is a cable/cord that goes under the door when it is shut, but open it was a hazard that we kept trying not to trip on. This was especially tricky with the kiddos, but we managed fine. I would recommend running that over the door frame maybe. : )

Everything exceeded my expectations; the room was clean, and the breakfast was great! The star of the show was the Oasis area. I thought it was really unique for a property to have something like that; it’s actually the reason I chose this hotel over others. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful whenever we needed something, and we even exchanged some small talk which was appreciated (not necessary for sure, but it was a really nice surprise). If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll definitely stay here again; I want to see the beaches that are close by!

The only thing that could’ve been better was the bathroom. It wasn’t an issue with cleanliness; our shower was having a little trouble draining. It eventually did, but I was surprised because I’ve honestly never had that issue in a hotel before. It’s a very minor issue to me; it just needed some drain cleaner haha. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

The property was super clean and always staffed. The pool and hot tub area was the best and the ho tub is huge and deep. It was basically the best part for us. The pillows on our bed were perfect which is a big deal for me because some places have really small pillows. The staff was friendly and even though the waterfall in the hot tub wasn’t schedule to come until evening g they were happy to turn it on for us so we had “the experience” Definitely recommend this place!

The parking was hard because they were so full but we always had a spot right in front of our room.

Very well maintained property with comfortable beds. Their breakfast includes real eggs and potatoes, as well as other continental choices.

We had a problem with the lock on our door not working- possibly no battery, so we got moved to a different room that was ground level and faced the large street. We did not feel safe in this room, so we asked to move and they moved us to a room that was adequate, but was not very private because our windows faced the top of a frequented staircase near the custodial office and across from the lobby.

The best thing about this hotel is it's hot tub and relaxation area. It is very large and well maintained, there's also a big pool, fire pits etc. Very nice for adults and kids alike. It is located in a rather central place in town. Ample parking. The hotel also provides complimentary Limo service, though we didn't find a time to use it.

The hotel didn't provide room cleaning services, even though we stayed for 3 nights. Honestly this is not reasonable (maybe it a relic from covid times?) The person at the lobby did mention we could of course ask for clean towels etc., but asking each time you need something is very tedious. The room was ok, but nothing special. The breakfast had a somewhat decent selection, though the quality was a bit lacking. For example, egg and sausages were barely eatable.

As someone who travels a lot on my Motorcycle, the covered parking right next to my room was nice. I also like that it has a gate to enter parking that required a gate code to open. Room was good size and TV was excellent. They didn't even question me being an hour early for check in. That was appreciated since I was on a motorcycle.

The towel provide for when you step out of the shower was dirty. It looked like someone used it to wipe down a dirty counter or floor. It was 2pm and had a woman verify my reservation and then had to video chat with a gentlemen through a kiosk in the lobby. If you are looking for that personable interaction, you will find it a different experience. I didn't mind much as I have used these kiosks before.

The breakfast bar was great. The room was very clean and everything was functional and modern. The pool area beautiful and thw fitness center was fantastic.

The water bottle fill station was barely more than trickle, and the pillows were WAY too thick. They hurt my wife's neck and mine. We had to sleep most of the night without them. Please let your properties have some thinner pillows available, Best Western!

Good location within walking distance of the Old Town Boardwalk. The pool and hot tub area were nice, but a bit crowded, and there were no staff, so you have to bring all your own water. Breakfast was decent. Parking was good!

Minor maintenance issues such as broken electrical outlet in the bathroom. Pillows were short and high. No blanket, just a duvet pad wrapped in sheets.

This was a nice place. It was a little pricey but I thought everything was as good as it could have been. The parking was good, the room was clean, comfortable, and had basic modern amenities. Quiet place and felt very safe. The breakfast was excellent and the pool area was unusually nice. Overall, I thought they outdid themselves for a Best Western. At least the ones I am used to going to.

This place has amazing amenities. They provide a free limo service to get around town. The pool, spa area is out of this world. The breakfast was really good.

The room was tiny. You are paying for the amenities and not for the room.
