I asked for a room on a higher floor and they gave me one.

Room was a little warn out. Old, not neccesarily dirty. Pool was small with stale water and dust and dirt in it. They did not run the recirculation filter. The airport shuttle did not run at regular times. I had to wait for almost an hour before I got picked up: 30 min wait + another 15min phone on hold until they answered + another 25 min until the shuttle came to pick me up - and I felt obligated to tip. Qould have been much faster, easier and cheaper to call an Uber. Too bad. The shuttle was the maim reason I picked the hotel.

Friendly staff, great location from the airport. Great view of the mountains. Breakfast was good.

The first room that was assigned was dirty, the sofa couch had dirty linen and a bag of chips under it and the sofa bed should be updated to something a little more comfortable it was also the size of a twin. I asked to be moved. Was immediately moved to a different room. Both room need a little cosmetic fixing. Sofa table in first room was scratched up pretty bad on the side. Second room the bath tub was peeling and the shower metal drain was not sealed to the tub when I pulled on it to open the drain to shower. Also the fan in the elevator was caked with dust.

24 hour hot coffee/water and iced water in the lobby was great. Staff was very helpful, but did seem understaffed. Breakfast was very good, the lobby was clean and comfortable. I was a nice stay and we would stay again.

No housekeeping ( trash removal, fresh towels was unexpected - maybe a CA/green effort? or maybe just understaffed. We set the trash in the hall to be picked up, as others did which was not pleasant to look at. We set our bundle of towels in the hall and got fresh ones from the desk. It is uncomfortable to put your dirty laundry in the hall and to see others dirty laundry.

How nice and neat the rooms were and clean even around the baseboards and behind the beds were most dust and dirt filled up but however this hotel the La Quinta dispose of the one in Pomona it really go beyond and above the call of keeping the rooms clean if you need extra linen a blanket to accommodate you in any aspects that is needed extra they have no problem and do not charge you for parking the one in Pomona charges you $9 for parking and other expenses they also charge the one in Pomona also charges you for their something that you did not buy in their food section they're hot and cold food sections that you can buy and purchase they overcharged my card then they took them forever to refund my deposit the La Quinta in Ontario does not charge you the $100 deposit to get the room and they want $300 deposit in cash or on the card then what the La Quinta in Ontario does not charge you $100 plus they have a real clean pool and their staff in the evening early morning is absolutely wonderful so if there's a problem early in the morning or accept your say do not have a problem immediately commenting their Day stuff is morning stuff is really busy so you don't get as much but when it becomes afternoon or evening time or e m early morning they are really eager to help you and go out their way as well as they are eager to help and go out their way for their own coworkers even when they're getting off of work and I've already clocked out this facility this hotel excuse me not facility in Ontario is absolutely Grand it has a nice little garden area like a picnic area that you can sit at with your family next to the pool their pool is very clean and so is there jacuzzi the one in Pomona is not off of Temple

I love how hot and clean their bathrooms work and they're complimentary shampoo conditioner and body wash by Dove was absolutely great they're just they're all around the room is wonderful I thank you I can't tell a hotel in Ontario California it is absolutely Grand it is absolutely beautiful it is the most wonderful thing that can happen thank you very much for your time and effort

It was pretty clean. The staff was really nice.

You could smell marijuana literally everywhere on the property even though there are no smoking signs everywhere. In the lobby, the hallways even outside by the pool. Everywhere. It was pretty annoying because I have small children and I don’t want them breathing in that stuff and I can’t stand the smell of it myself.

The woman managing the front desk when I arrived was incredible. She was so lovely and kind to me. This would have been something worth calling out on its own, but she did so in a challenging situation. A man was causing trouble and bothering guests. So she was not only kind and lovely to me, but also calmly managed a difficult situation in the middle of it. Many thanks to her. But also I hope she's ok after all that.

The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The mattress on the bed was okay but it does need to be replaced. My favorite part of the stay was the Dove bathroom products! They were so much better for my hair and skin than brands used by other hotels I've been to. There were a number of standard choices to eat for breakfast and I was really happy to see the wafflemakers!

While the bathroom was very clean, the paint outside the tub was peeling so a little cosmetic work would help a lot. Also would help to replace the bed mattress as I could feel the indentations on the mattress.

Breakfast: it was amazing. Everything taste amazing. Room: I liked the room it was clean. I loved the hot tub and the pool. Staff members were so friendly.

I was a bit disappointed to find out there was no refrigerator or microwave. Also, I run in to some baby roaches. Not a big deal for me, but future costumers will not appreciate it.

I had a fantastic stay at LA Quinta inn From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Can’t wait to come again

Love the location. Our room was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, they had everything. The girl Natalie at the front desk was so so very helpful and answered all my questions. She was super sweet and always giving great customer service with a smile. She went out of her way to grant my requests. By far the best employee there. Juliana can learn from her.

I checked in on Saturday 9/3/22 about 10 minutes before actual check in time. The reception girl named juliana was very unprofessional, didn't tell us the pool time hours, or what time breakfast begins and ends. Just gave me the room key, she was not nice or pleasant. A few minutes later I came back inside with my luggage and the same girl Juliana was on her phone taking pictures of herself and talking to another employee using foul language. So so disappointing that they would have people like that working at your hotel.
