The place was cozy, very clean, I love the location where it is closed to everything, location was convenient.

No microwave in the room, if you request for one, there is an extra charge. We requested for spoon and fork, we were asked to walk or go down stairs at the restaurant to get those, so we went into their fancy restaurant wearing our PJ's while other people were on their elegant clothing, and we asked for spoon and fork lol people were looking at us

Friendly staff! Everyone was attentive and helpful, but not overdone or intrusive. I really loved the location and walkability around town and to public transportation systems. The lobby was an inviting place to relax and have a drink from the bar. Cozy enough for solo work or conversations. Coffee in the morning and water in the afternoon were nice as well. Room was spacious and clean. We took advantage of the hot tub after a day of walking around town. The attention to detail stood out and made the stay more enjoyable.

Nice staff at desk, very fast. However, issues, special requests - only marginally helpful. Asked if someone could find me a bag to ice my foot and two clerks said they could not help - then one night later found a supply closet about 50 feet from front desk where a housekeeper gave me a stack. Not a deal breaker. My only real issue was that I had a noon check out (could have had up until 2 as IHG member) and at 12:05 Housekeeping was pounding on the door. I was out at 12:15, so...maybe just a slightly longer grace period?

Nice business hotel. Clean, great services, valet parking (better use it because regular street parking could not be safe for your car in SF). Safe district, restaurants, and Target in 5 minutes. Better avoid Tenderloin and Theater district in the nighttime.

A little bit of a pricey breakfast, $40 per adult. But it's delicious and fresh. Anyway, you can find something more inexpensive within walking distance.

I was here for 7 days in a Junior Suite, which had an incredible view at both the skyline and the ocean. Top to bottom windows all around the main room and the bathroom around the corner. All window sheers could be opened and closed electrically. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room had a lounge area, a desk and a large TV. Storage space was sufficient for one person, could be a bit tight for 2. I enjoyed the space in this room. I didn't use the breakfast downstairs, but rather used the room service. I would choose this hotel again.

While the staff was friendly all around, there are some weaknesses in the service at times. There have been instances where the breakfast order was not collected from the door knob and where the room was not cleaned after informing the reception that the room is ready to be cleaned. But it was cleaned nicely in the evening after I told them again. This is complaining on a high level. I think a hotel of this caliber should offer their guests a couple of water bottles in their rooms. Nothing is provided here.

As part of large international hotel chain, this was a tasteful, luxurious and very comfortable place to stay, with more individuality than many such hotels. Very large room and amazingly comfortable bed, with excellent bedlinen. Lovely bar staff. Appreciated the pool and fitness centre. This part of San Francisco seemed very quiet - dominated by large hotels, but the Yerba Buena Gardens nearby were a delight.

Food offering was very mediocre - a disappointing burger, and a pizza that seemed to come straight from a supermarket freezer.

Great view from 29th floor. Great onsite restaurant. My daughter loves pools so having an indoor pool and spa here is amazing. Didn't use it, but the gym looks amazing and has all the right equipment for a great workout. Location of the hotel is amazing. WONDERFUL staff. My daughter was a little antsy at check in so they provided her a little stuffed animal and coloring kit. AMAZING!!

Room service is really expensive - 70 bucks in total incl tip for 2 pancakes and a coffee. Most expensive pancakes in my life lol.

The bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the view. Another thing I liked was the location. The hotel was in walking distance to Moscone center.

It wouldn't been nice to have a microwave in the room and a heat lamp fan in the bathroom.

Loud doors banging in middle of the night. Disturbing and lost sleep. View wasn’t what we expected.

They gave me a late checkout of 4 pm without me asking for it. This is a big deal. I am a returning customer for Intercontinental and I stayed for a week so I liked that they did this for me and I am likely to recommend and stay at this hotel for years to come. All these little things make a lot of difference and I hope other hotels understand this and take proactive steps for their customers. It made me enjoy the last day morning much better.
