Surprisingly good value, this was the second cheapest hotel at JFK when I booked it. Was not expecting much based on the prices charged by the other hotels on booking.com. The hotel was more than adequate and every facility to make my stay trouble free. Breakfast was included...make your own waffles juice and yogurts. Paid extra to hold the room for an extra three hours, well worth it. Would definitely return as this hotel represents great value.

Honestly there was nothing to complain about. Its a great value budget hotel close to JFK with hourly shuttle.

The lady at the front desk was very sweet, the lobby was clean and the room was too. The room was on the third floor, likely away from the shelter rooms, so I appreciated that.

What was advertised as a room with 2 queen sized beds were full at best. Personal preference would have been one queen sized bed for 2 adults rather than 2 full/doubles. The labyrinth thru the breakfast area to the elevator was weird but they can't help architecture.

Free breakfast was pretty thoughful. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff were polite and helpful. And the free drop-off to the airport was pretty thoughtful as well. Will definitely be staying on my next trip to New York when I have to catch an early flight.

Most things were perfect but the free breakfast did run out at some point and had to make do with what was left so if you are gonna offer free breakfast, it would be ideal to make it sufficient.

All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room we stayed got some traffic sound, which obstructed my sleep. I hope my next stay, that will be next month, I can stay in a quiet room like room 220, 222. Very convenient to the airport, got free shuttle and free b/fast. Very satisfied, value for money. But travel to city is far.

The staff were so kind especially the receptionist. I was very unwell when I arrived and they brought me some water and checked on me a couple of times.

My room 101 was beside the communal area and people, staff I think, we're talking loudly and clattering about all night. I did ask politely if they could be quieter as it was 3am and I felt unwell but the noise continued.

My recent stay at this hotel in New York City was a great experience. The hotel's free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel via air train station was a huge convenience for us. It made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we wanted to stay near the airport. The hotel was easily accessible and located close to many restaurants and shops. The quality of the hotel was top-notch. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the linens were soft and fresh. The amenities provided in the room were excellent, including a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. They were always available to assist us with any queries or requests we had. The hospitality provided by the staff was exceptional, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near the airport. The Hotel is kool and the staff are very friendly

1. Hotel should improve on the complimentary breakfast 2. Restrict the smoke of MARIJUANA inside the Hotel and lobby. Create a designated space for people to smoke MARIJUANA if they chose to.. 3. I don't smoke at all not even cigarettes but the smell of MARIJUANA that I perceived both in the Hotel and on the street of New York also made me a second degree smoker

I enjoyed my stay. It was clean and close to the aieport. The only thing was that breakfast was not at 6am as per the schedule, lady putting up the food was late, so I couldn’t enjoy the breakfast cause I had to leave. But overall is was good place for the price and location.

Hey we book a JFK hotel for late arrival and/or early departure, isn't it? Ask yourself what do we need? Clean room, private shower, comfy bed, free shuttle 24 hours restaurant and 7-11 walk in 1 min? Bonus Extremely nice staff? Bonus Good coffee and free basic breakfast? Wow and they are free This hotel is the JFK best deal !!! Want sth more? Put up your budget for the international branded, maybe a double-up on the price tag?

The design of the hotel itself is really a bit fussy since there's a few steps from lobby to room. The security setting of reception made me feel a bit scared (sorry I'm from Hong Kong, maybe that's American standard idk).

The vending machines didnt accept cards and it wanted exact change to make a purchase. The hotel didnt have and cash change to help either.
