The staff. The cleanliness, the kindness. It was one of the most amazing experiences we have ever had. The front desk woman Clarissa gave us a chance to go into the hot tub after hours because it had been packed all day and let us enjoy the end of valentines day. She went out of her way to make it so special. I give this a 10 out of 10 stay. We just booked our next stay in May for the jacuzzi room for our 4 year wedding anniversary. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

Everything was perfect

Breakfast was great, availability of drinks warm and cold, amenities in the bathroom were great. The staff were friendly and forthcoming. The guy at reception (Sunday night Feb 23rd, 2025) stood out specifically. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me and helping me plan my trip the next day.

The fridge in the room was loud. There was no hanger and no hook in the room to hang coats, jackets, or blouses.

It’s a perfect location for us as we have friends who live nearby. I also love all the shopping is so close. I love the free breakfast also.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and I have the same issue. The bed sheets always come off the bed. It’s as if they are a bit too small.

Everything was great for the most part, quiet ,no major issues.

The room had a little smell like wet dog or something but once I sprayed it went away, the tv only stay on one channel even though the remote powered on and off and in the hallway lights were hanging out of the ceiling which was dangerous but by the next morning it was fixed so no real big issues to be honest

We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The staff was very friendly, the room and facilities were clean, and the location was perfect!

Breakfast not good. No fresh food options. Mostly sugar. Also, I’m allergic to cars and dogs and was not informed by hotel that animals could stay there. I had trouble with my allergies and would have strongly preferred to have known. Didn’t sleep because of it.

The king suite, I expected a pull out bed, couch or even a separated space of living. This was just a room with a king bed. It worked for us (my hubby and I ) But did force us to get a 3rd (which is not cheap) room for our kids to stay in.

Staff was extremely helpful , Ian manager on duty was extremely helpful, and made sure everything was running smoothly, even when the hot tub wasn't working he was right there without even having to be called , just saw there was an issue , and was right there working, the issue out !!

the beds and pillows are great .. room clean and large ... we always stay at this location. close to several stores and not that far from destiny u,s.a.

I am surprised by the rate ,... almost 250 per night .,.. i find this a bit pricey for location

We chose this hotel for the hot tub and pool. It did not disappoint! We were there for the death of a family member, and it offered us the mental and emotional relief we needed. I am forever grateful!
