Pristine and ship-shape maintained. A 5 star hotel rating! Love the filtered drinking water faucet in the bathroom. The General Manager and Kayla (Front desk) were very accommodating. My top floor room was very quiet. Rooms 339/340/341 are quiet rooms. Door Dash deliveries were superb. 2 annoyances: Slamming doors day and night. Food deliveries had to be picked up at the front desk even tho’ camera monitors were in the hallways etc. Food deliveries by a reputable company dropped off at the room door and leave should be no issue. Will definitely stay at this Best Western Plus during major storms evacuations bar none.

Staff were incredibly friendly, the Manager named Tuesday, especially. The facility was very well kept, the pool was up and running which was so nice, since I've had bad experiences in the past. The hotel was very clean and all around just a wonderful place to stay. A lot of hotels will say they provide many things, but this place not only provided what we wanted, but it was all available and accessible while we were there, so the following through was really wonderful!!

I'm honestly not sure that there was anything that we didn't like. Me and my partner were really pleased with our stay.

The room was clean. Had a good Hot Breakfast including cooked oatmeal with topping choices. Had turkey sausages and eggs and potatoes. Waffles-cereals-GF cereal and almond milk and fruit choices and coffee/tea/juices and yogurt. Blueberry muffins-toast etcetc…Nice choices! The Pool was clean and stayed open to 10 pm— temperature wasn’t too cold -1 or 2 degrees warmer would of been nice. Had towels at the pool and deck chairs and tables. Was warm sitting around the pool. Staff were friendly …gave room towels/toiletries at front desk when asked. Liked how staff cleaned the hallways floors and windows. Beds were clean and comfortable and has fridge and microwave. AC worked well. Nice closet to hang coats Liked had a luggage rack to keep suitcase off the floor Would stay here again and the price was reasonable.

The only thing that was disappointing was the shower curtain was thin cloth and the floor got wet. We put down towels before showering and staff gave us extra towels —so that helped. Loved the adjustable shower head and had a massage :) Would stay here again!

This has been our go to hotel every summer that we come to town for CountryFest and Neon Nights. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are all friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff and breakfast attendant. I needed towels and when they were out, a very friendly young lady from the laundry room personally brought them to my room. They are what makes it a great stay!!!

Everyone was friendly, the only thing I didn't like was that there seemed to be who I'm guessing is the new manager. Every time I'd ask the front desk person a question, he'd jump in and talk over them to answer. Also, at breakfast instead of individual milk cartons, there was half gallons of milk to fill cups from. Otherwise, as always it was a great stay!!! And we'll be back for 2 more stays next summer.

Location was great. Facility was clean and fairly modern. Room and bath exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great. One note about breakfast is that it closed down at the exact time they indicated. Don't be late! We would certainly stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone else.

The elevator was oddly placed way down near the end of the first floor. Be prepared for a bit of a walk from check in desk to the elevator.

The location for our stay was perfect. Our main reason for going to Canton was the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The hotel was clean and everyone was very kind. They had a good breakfast and it was nice that their menu would change. They had a menu board up so you would know what would be served each morning.

The only thing I thought that was odd was the lady who checked us in repeated several times the quiet hours and we needed to make sure to follow them. She made it sound as if she was worried I was going to have a big party or something.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful! The room was a nice size and very clean!

There was a huge group of guests sitting in the front entrance (outside) with coolers and food as well as alcohol and music. I'm not against a good time but I feel a member of the staff should've asked them to move their party to another area such as the parking lot or contacted police. The free breakfast wasn't accessible due to the huge party taking over the entire eating area for a long period of time.

The staff was great-kind and helpful with questions and anything I needed. My bed was very comfortable, which is important to me. The air conditioner was great! My room temperature stayed very cool and comfortable. My room was very clean, which is also important to me.

Everything was good. I think the hotel is a little older-the carpet seemed a bit worn, but no complaints. The price was right and it was very clean and comfortable.

The water has a very poor taste. Do yourself a favor and buy bottled water. Person knocked at our door and pretended to have the wrong room and I believe he was trying to burglarize our room. I reported him to the desk. Guests above us were having a very bad fight at 1:00-2:15am. Screaming and slamming doors. We realize that those things are difficult for the hotel staff to deal with.

Staff was very accommodating and apologetic when the AC in the room stopped working. They were able to upgrade us to a suite and assist us with anything we needed.

Some of the other patrons were causing a disturbance and the pool had to be shut down due to unsupervised kids from a football team.
