This hotel is in a fantastic location - North Main Street. You are in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The room was very comfortable, with exceptional mattress and pillows. It was very roomy and had a small refrigerator and coffee set up. The room was very clean and housekeeping did a great job each day. All of the staff the we interacted with were very professional, welcoming, and intent on making sure our needs were met.

The only complaint was that due to the restaurant undergoing renovations, the in room dining menu was quite small. I think this will correct itself once the restaurant is back up to full speed.

Employees were exceptional. Very helpful when needed. I requested a room close to an elevator. We were assigned a room as far away as you could get. Mitchell was escorting us with our luggage and he was very helpful in moving us to a room close to an elevator.

It was very difficult to find the main check in entrance. GPS took us to Main St entrance which is a pedestrian entrance only. We had to drive around several blocks to get to the vehicle entrance, not on Main Street. Mitchell was helpful with us again.,

I arrived after booking an inside view of garden. Was placed into a room literally over hvac system. We told front desk and gave reservation and details we were given. She insisted I was wrong still. Another woman came up however and saw same and said you are correct and we are sorry. We were moved and given a discount. That said we were moved to a corner room and barely could see inside lol It was beautiful inside room however and comfortable. Entire place was so it worked out.

Staff at front desk only needs a little help, they seemed to be over worked or simply not happy.

Location was perfect and rooms were nice!

Bought the package with breakfast included. Then went to order the breakfast from the door hanger (only said I would be charged $5 for delivery) no charges listed on the "menu". I assumed this was the included breakfast as everywhere else I have stayed the menu stated the charges next to menu items and it only said on hanger that there was a delivery charge. Spoke with the manager who was not helpful at all. Just confirmed I bought the breakfast package but denied that this was the same service and breakfast. HIGHLY DOUBT they make 2 different breakfasts for people who order to room vs go down but that's what he insisted was the difference. So essentially I paid $50 for breakfast and then also the breakfast package when I booked the room.

Location, easy check in/out, lots of elevators, comfortable bed, and close to restraunts and shopping.

The shower wasn't clean when we checked in or the hallway. Don't get a room with a column, it takes up so much of the room. Valet was also rude to us about unloading and parking but if you want people use vallet it should cost the same or less than self park. Also room key stopped working and engineering said they weren't sure when could fix. Was fixed within the hour of us eating dinner but we couldn't change clothes or shower before hand because of the key situation.

This Hyatt is in a great location in Greenville. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and eager to make my stay great. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were perfect! Very comfortable. Overall, I was very pleased.

I would have liked a bigger in room dining menu, but I understand the restaurant here is undergoing renovations.

Great location and a beautiful hotel overall. The room was spacious, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the panoramic elevator. The central bar and Roost restaurant served an excellent breakfast as well.

I was charged an additional $12.72 after I left, which was not listed on the invoice I received by email. This is quite concerning, as there was no explanation provided for the charge.

The convenience of the hotel. The staff being helpful about where to find things, places etc. The food in The Roost was great, and so was the server.

The show we bought tickets for was advertised at a Broadway Cabaret show, and it was not. We drove 4 hours and were mistaken. We still had fun, it was a mother/daughters trip. Good time either way.

The hotel was very nice & the staff were all very friendly & accommodating. The room was clean & the bed comfortable. Really enjoyed the live music & street festival right outside the hotel doors.

Our room overlooked all roofs of other buildings, so not a great view. Also, we had thought the hotel would be closer to the river.

The hotel its self was beautiful the location was outstanding the staff was very friendly lots of nearby restaurants /bar/rooftop. The people's great atmosphere was just wonderful.

No microwave in the room it was where the ice machine was and our room was a good little walk from it did like the bathroom door.
