Staff handled our stay very well!

Rooms are a bit dated.

The size of the room and all that was included in my room was perfect. We had plenty of room for all our things and room to spread out and relax without tripping over anything. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Water pressure was amazing. Loved the patio area with the fire pits and furniture.

How expensive it was to eat there and the bottle drinks were outrageous ($5). No where there took cash and they still charged you taxes and fees on top of the expensive items. $62 for a steak. Closing the bar at 11 was not good either. Couldn't get the spa to answer to schedule anything. The elevators were unreliable due to them getting stuck with people in them. The beds were ok but the pillows were terrible. There wasn't enough lighting in the room. My key card kept messing up and wouldn't open my room.

I loved that there were options for food and drinks on site. The restaurant and bar was serving a limited menu during our stay when a large scale horror convention was being hosted, otherwise their menu typically would have been more well rounded. There is also a gift shop with a Starbucks inside; again the Starbucks didn’t offer a full menu.

The price I paid seemed a bit steep for a one night stay, but our room was rather large and comfortable for my family of four.

All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really great. Our room was very comfortable and clean. When we requested for more pillows and towels we received them promptly. We would definitely return.

Not much we didn’t like. There was just one small thing. The door handle to one of the bedrooms needs fixing. It kept falling off and was like that when we arrived. It was the room with the double beds in Rm 432. Other than that our rooms were very comfortable.

The food wasn't as up to par as it was when we stayed there before, but it was filling and got us on our way! The breakfast offered an extensive variety of items on the buffet so choosing what to eat was easy! And mattress was wonderful! Wish I could have taken it home!!

Not fond of the $8.00 charge for parking...that should be complimentary for paying guests. Kind of a rip off. The elevators were on the opposite side of the building, which made it difficult for guests like us who are older.

From entering the Embassy site, I was amazed by the cleanliness. The professional check-in experience was amazing. The suite was clean and when asking for extra bed linen , thatwas delivered promptly in a timely manner with a warm welcome and smile. The staff that provided around the around the clock cleaning detail services did an top notch job. I Never saw anything dirty, no spills went unattended. No matter which bathroom I utilized , I found them to be clean and odorless of no foul smells, clean and fully stocked. The bar, buffet and break out rooms were beyond exceptional. Ordering food was always fresh, hot and delivered in a timely manner. Menu selections were awesome too, to include pricing. My best and most exciting moment was the hot Breakfast attendance. When entering the breakfast area greeted with a smile and a good morning greeting. Food was prepared Hot,and fresh . Cleaning staff on hand to clean and sanitize immediately as needed. The entire staff that serviced the guest over the weekend did their jobs from the heart while treating all guest special. Some staff that stood out that made my grand daughter and I visit special were Aniyah. At check- in amazing warm welcome with a smile &. Desiree. Marquel. Exceptional was always cleaning each time that I saw him. He was even outside cleaning when I was sitting in my car. Shakur was awesome to me as well. Asking for bottled water was always presented in such an professional delivery. Ian , gave me a new outlook on noodles. He was very patient and did a wonderful job filling our stomachs at an affordable rate. Althea, wonderful in spirit and gave good menu suggestion when we ordered food from the bar. She even returned back to work earky the next morning and prepared a tasty omelet that warmed my stomach with joy. Lastly Mr Sullivan, he was very helpful. He shared good traveling / tips and and information for future tripsl. Overall the best lodging experience ever.

The parking was overwhelming.not enough handicap parking spaces for such an large event/convention.

Lobby and bath very, very clean. Staff friendly... dining on site... view... suite was a great size.

Sofa was quite worn. When my husband pulled back the sheet, I noticed a stain on the side of the mattress pad, not the actual sheet... that was gross, but everything else was so clean we chalked it up to an oversight and slept in the other bed.. I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was great and even had a chef to make omelets however you wanted them., The hotel is huge and i went for christmas and the decor was just so gorgeous,, the pool was nice and clean, the gym was nice, spa was excellent, and there was even a starbucks/gift store with everything you needed or things you forgot at home.

The bath tube were a liiiiitle stained, nothing serious

I loved the two room suite and the breakfast buffet. The hotel is clean and elegant. First class. I went there for a training and graduation ceremony.

The hours of the breakfast buffet are 6:30-9:30 am Monday through Friday but the weekend hours are 7:30-10:30 am. The one hour adjustment was unexpected.

We did not take advantage of the breakfast but I know that in the past, it was excellent.
