The staff is very helpful and friendly especially the ladies at the front desk. the property was clean, room was clean ,comfortable bed and pillows. cold a/c . breakfast was hot with little choices they offer. Good safe area easy access to quite a bit of shopping and attractions. showers are hot with good water pressure. Hats off to the good employees here who try to keep up and make looking good those run down old outdated furnishings.

breakfast could offer more choices if its a buffet breakfast. if its continental then its ok. the place needs upgrade badly. the don't have usb ports in the room. still the same old out dated lamps with the out that's too big to plug charger into. the furniture is horrible they're out dated and badly chipped. the chairs in the lobby is a disgrace. you would think they'd have good looking clean furnishing in the lobby for a good presentation of the hotel. the bathroom had no exhaust fan. i wont post photos because the staff here is good and needs a job because they really work hard

Comfortable beds, nice breakfast. Loved the Mexican restaurant on premises, with reasonable prices and good food. overall, the staff was ready with a smile.

1Wasnt told to call for shuttle 2 hours ahead. Caused a little stress. We were told it would come on the hour and be there 15 minutes ahead. Apparently, a small printed sign on the large desk did mention the 2 hour deal, but wasn't pointed out to us and we missed reading the sign. .2 No hot water available the first night and second day we were there. Alittle uncomfortable, but were had our overall price slightly reduced for the inconvenience.

Very clean and the employees were great. Breakfast was good. Layout of the room was good with the sink outside of the rest of the bathroom allowing others to get ready while someone is showering or using the bathroom. Parking was easy.

The curtains don’t close. There are sheers and then a little curtain on the side but it does not close to block the light. Butter is in the fridge, not out with the waffles, etc. This was not specific to this hotel but something we noticed.

I appreciated the value and proximity to things in the area I wanted to do. Beds were comfortable.

Hotel room was not clean. There were visible foundation stains on countertop as well as plenty of dust on all surfaces. I had to clean off everything myself. I also did not like that employees seemed to be giving forced "good service" and took over at the breakfast counter, not only touching my food which I did not appreciate, but also making me feel uncomfortable.

Every morning, the breakfast was excellent. The staff is highly attentive and friendly. Any time we had a request, they addressed it right away a it was like home away from home and the restaurant Las Parilla connected to the hotel is delicious! If you are traveling, definitely stop here.

I would say the only thing I did not like was the washing machine and dryer. The dryer did not get my clothes dry even after $6 of quarters. That was the only drawback and one of the tv remotes did not work for the suite tv.

Breakfast was always fresh and on point. Hotel very clean, and quiet. Staff very friendly and professional. We will book this hotel again.

The only shortcoming was that our room phone did not work. The staff did come to try to address it. When that did not work, they offered to allow us to use the lobby phone if we needed it. They went out of their way to help! We appreciated that so much.

It was very clean and the rooms are amazing. The three story building with a see-through elevator with amazing breakfast. The young lady that checked me in really helped me out.

I didn’t like that I got charged a different price on the same item that I purchased the night before. All staff should be nice and as accommodating as the young lady that checked me in on Sunday.

The breakfast was bit to be desired could have had more choices , The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfy one of the best beds for a Hotel . The show was clean and had great water pressure !

We wish we would have been told that the pool was not going to be open while we were there ! And few of the staff was hard to under stand and some I dont think could speak English or understand it . But there was a young Girl at the front desk on Sat the 24th for the evening shift sorry dont know her name but she was Very helpful and a joy to talk to she was the Best of all of the staff we came in contact with while we were there hope you commend her for a job well done Please !!!

Pleasant staff, spacious and well appointed room, very hearty breakfast (biscuits, eggs, bacon/sausage, etc), restaurant right off the lobby (I ordered a margarita to go, and took it to my room!).

The shuttle does not run after 11 PM!!! I emailed the hotel several times to confirm that I could use the shuttle because my flight was arriving after midnight. The hotel never responded. The hotel left reviews on booking.com that indicated that the shuttle picked up after midnight. On the day of my flight, I called the hotel to confirm and was told that the shuttle did not run that late. In addition, there were two huge gashes in the carpet in my room, right near the door.

Location and comfort of rooms.

Parking was a problem because of a Mexican restaurant's customers using all the good spaces that should be reserved for hotel guests. Very poor breakfast offerings. Waffle maker was broken. 😞. Person who put plastic utensils put them in holder with tines up instead of handles up. Very unsanitary given COVID protocol.
