The location of the hotel is great. It is in walking distance of various tourist attractions and close to downtown. The room and bathroom are very nice and modern. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and great view from the rooftop. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The coffee bar and snack market in the lobby are awesome amenities. The valets were very quick with parking and bringing the car around.

The mattress was very uncomfortable and the bedding was very cheap. The mattress cover was too small for the king size bed and kept coming off the mattress. We had to request to get the room cleaned and the trash emptied after two days, because the cleaning crew didn’t clean the room. The breakfast was not very good and not worth the money that the hotel is charging for it. The food at the breakfast buffet was covered with fruit flies. The dinner menu at the restaurant is very limited and does not have a lot of good options. We only ate there one time during our four day stay. I find $60 per day for parking for hotel guests quite expensive.

Although the breakfast was limited, every single item was delicious. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location was amazing, the hotel was new and beds were comfortable. Less than 5 minutes walk to 2 metro lines (Silver and green); with the silver line an hour trip directly to the Dulles Airport.

Nothing! Perhaps I overlooked it during the booking, but the deposit of $100 per night was a bit surprising.

The hotel was simply nice and fine for a busy city like DC. Nothing special You can find parking in the street and the building in the front to avoid expensive hotel parking.

The bed sheets were not changed and were dirty, but they changed them as soon as we asked (I shouldn't have asked). The room size was small. The front office was not as friendly as expected. Parking is 57+tax (park in the front building - The whole foods - for less)

The room was excellent with everything needed. Breakfast was excellent with very courteous staff. The key access for elevator operation added additional security. The location is excellent next to a market and several dining options and abundant e-bikes and e-scooters for transit to city attractions.

The main thing that I didn't like about the hotel is the parking situation. They should advertise more clearly that it is valet parking only with limited access. There was reasonable parking on the street after work hours and additional parking in a nearby parking lot; however, it was limited with no in-and-out access throughout the day and no access after a certain evening hour into early the next morning.

Great location. A tourist can walk to the mall the senate all the great things to see. The staff were great. We were greeted when we arrived and our room was ready. Every person who worked there spoke to us. My grandson left a personal article and didn’t realize it until we were back in Michigan. Their staff found it right away and sent it to him. Now that shows how caring they are

The property was conveniently located. Easily able to walk to multiple bars and restaurants or take a short uber. The property was clean and the staff were super friendly + helpful.

There aren’t many parking options around the hotel that don’t require a permit, etc. The property does offer valet for $60/night which is what my friend and I ended up doing.

The hotel was super clean, and the staff were fabulous. The ladies upstairs at the restaurant were extremely friendly. One of the valet parkers was also helpful and so sweet. The rooms were fresh and modern.

I didn't like paying $57.00 a day to park my rental car at the valet, I think it should be free for hotel guests. Upstairs on the 11th floor where breakfast was had a strange odor and the floor was super slippery. I was always wearing pumps, and I kept thinking I was going to slip.

Location was close to restaurants and I enjoyed the capitol view. Also bathroom nice and big and shower was lovely.

It’s close to the hwy so it was a little noisy due to hwy traffic. Also only 1 microwave on the 3rd floor for a entire hotel seems like it should be more or at least a bigger microwave.

I liked the location and amenities BUT I paid for a room with capital views and there were none unless we pressed our faces to the glass and looked hard to the left so it was a tad bit of false advertising.

I did not like the house keeping. it was terrible. initially the room was clean but upkeep after that was null and void. We went on a hiking excursion and there was a considerable amount of leaves. all the leaves were there when we returned to made up beds . Also we had to request toilet paper and towels. I mean it was a bit draining coming back to a room that either was not touched at all or just barely addressed which made it so much more annoying because it really made you think how you could just make a bed and leave it dirty. My wife mentioned once that they made the bed but didn’t change the sheets. I planned this staycation perfectly and her comments about the sheets spoiled it for me on the inside. had I know you all were requesting pictures I would have taken plenty!!!!

The breakfast was great. Really good variety of food plus the staff serving were super helpful and friendly.

The housekeeping service wasn't great. We had to request towels for everyone in the room multiple times and they never came. The staff didn't come until after 4.30 one of the days when we were back in our room already. The hotel was a bit pricey for not having a good service like fresh towels and glasses etc in the room.
