Free ferry across the Canary Wharf was an unexpected extra and provided a fun, unique experience. The location is fantastic on a weekend, a little bit of peace and tranquility before heading to Central London. The staff were all friendly and on-hand to help if required. Fitness facilities were modern and well maintained.

Lack of upfront warning about parking charges! Thankfully staff provided advice on an alternative location, but this did mean my vehicle had to be left off-site at risk overnight. Appreciate the location, but £25 per night without a guest reduction seemed excessive. This could have added an extra £75 to my stay that I wasn't expecting. Access to fitness facilities should be made stricter, at one point I was unable to get on a piece of gym equipment due to unsupervised children treating the room like a playground.

The room I stayed in was beautiful and incredibly spacious, with a stunning view of the Thames. The bed was unbelievably comfortable — one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The hotel is in a great location, in a quiet area but very well connected, with the added bonus of a private ferry that took me directly to Canary Wharf. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A relaxing stay with great attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Fantastic room overlooking the river. Loved the free ferry. Great views from the terrace whilst having a drink. Excellent food at the restaurant in the evening

Quirky rooms with bare brick walls and nautical theme. The free boat shuttle from Canary Wharf is frequent and good fun! Free cookies on arrival :)

The nearest tube is across the water at Canary Wharf, which is 10 mins by boat and then another 10 mins walk.

Shame there was some work being done on an outside small bridge .so 7-7.30 start on the Friday morning. Saturday no work man but back working at the same time Sunday morning

Location was fantastic. All the staff were all amazing. The room was almost perfect apart from the stupid step between the bathroom and room😩 Well done

The step as mentioned above and also from car park 1 to the reception. But they will not take the shine off the perfection😍

Spacious room. River / Canary Wharf view. Really handy to have the free ferry to get across to Canary Wharf - short walk to loads of bars / restaurants and the tube. Or get the clipper east to Greenwich or West to rest of London. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Nothing really. Would be helpful to have bottle refill station in reception.

The location was perfect for phantom peak. The beds were really comfortable and the bar staff make lovely cocktails. Also the view of Canary wharf at night is pretty great. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel.

The drink prices left something to be desired. However, the quality and service helped soften the blow.
