Reception lady was so helpful and understanding, she upgraded our room and gave us a disability room for my son who has downs syndrome. I didn't know this was available and it really helped especially for showering him. We asked for early check in which she sorted out very efficiently,couldn't have received a better welcome, we were very grateful as after a night flight my 4 kids were exhausted. Sorry don't remember her name(started with W) but she was brilliant. All the reception staff were very helpful at all times.

Cup in room was chipped, otherwise all good. We had 4 rooms on 3 floors, making internal calls service was not working properly.

We stayed here for 7 days, we got a free upgrade to a better room. The room was big, beautifull and very clean. Thé staff were super super nice and always ready to help or assist you. We booked with breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast was pretty basic and got kind of boring after a few days, but the lunch and dinner were AMAZING. Best food we ever had, very very very good. And restaurant workers are very nice and helped us with tips and tricks around the city.

Great Value for Money! This is my 2nd time here in Golden Tulip and it's one the best hotel for the amount you are paying. The rooms are clean and Spacious. Hotel is equipped with Swimming pool and gym. Room Service prices are in par with market price. Staffs are friendly. I had a very pleasant check-in experience. I don't remember the name of the staff but most probably she must be supervisor or a manager as she was not wearing regular uniform. She was very proactive and accommodating. I felt very welcomed. Thanks to her!

Reception people are good. Early check-in around 9:00 AM and helpful in printing airport requirements. Special thanks to Ms. Kathee. The room is upgraded to suite so we had extra space and view of the city. The pool is warm and the Filipino life guard is giving advice to children on how to swim. Very relaxing. Breakfast is very good too. Maybe a variety will help as we ate the same stuff for the last 4 breakfast 😁

Transfer is not available and hard to get taxi. Walk to main road to get a taxi (5 mins only)

Upon arrival at the hotel we were welcomed by a very friendly and professional front desk clerk with her beautiful smile. She was quick and very professional. We are very thankful of her excellent service. Thanks to Wissal for makin our stay so nice. The room is also clean and the housekeeping team did a good job too. One of the best hotels when it comes to the value of money and also of great location near shops and restaurants. It’s been my 3rd or 4th stay in this hotel and their service has always been to a professional level.

All is good but I hope they can improve more on their valet parking. This is the only hotel in my experience to have private paid parking and we usually stay in hotels once or thrice a month since we are working far from the city. And even if it was paid parking, upon check out we had to pick up our own car at the basement parking since their driver was busy as what they said. Maybe they are under staff? Although we are thankful still that one of their staff kindly assisted us to the basement parking. This hotel is actually very nice with professional staff but hopefully they can improve on the parking issue.

Everything was perfect, definitely would come back again to stay here, it was like a home for me, the room, mattress, staff, location, all just perfect. Special thanks to Divdas who took care my room is extra clean, always responsive and very polite. Special kudos to restaurant service, the food and especially staff is just amazing. Finally, very prompt response and support with smile from Jing and Michele at the reception, great service madams!

Stay at this hotel, you won't regret it. There are very good staff, especially the manager at the reception named Asaad, a very good specialist and a nice person, he helped me a lot in my settlement. They upgraded my room and allowed a late check out, they also kept my luggage while I was flying to Europe for 10 days, this was very important for me. The hotel is very comfortable, located in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Near trading houses and restaurants, a 5-minute walk stop at which stops a direct bus from the airport. I recommend this hotel!

We came for a staycation for our 10-year anniversary. The receptionist Wissal was so welcoming and friendly. We got a honeymoon cake delivered to our room. The food was good, the pool and room were very neat and it was a pleasant experience.

The baggage porter was not a pleasant person. He had a strong face and refused to help when asked for help. I would have given the facility a 10 rating but I didn't because of him. He knows himself.

Very nice! Clean and although can only be arranged in smoking area, also comfortable. The breakfast is super nice with international Flavor and started early so that can be possible for a walk as well. Also gives me tons of info. Gym and Pool are nice as well! The sauna is terrific as I had the master degree there and it is really good! Nice to guests and Chinese for sure! Tullip is the also the City flower in Shanghai!
