The breakfast was good, plenty of variety for different cultures! Location was good! The customer service could have been better. However I did speak with the a manager on a Monday 27th March to advise of some of the dissatisfaction! The Manager Ahmed was excellent and ensured I was looked after for the remainder of the day as I was travelling alone and had hurt my back so was very sore and uncomfortable. He ensured I was well looked after and offered me to use the Executive lounge facilities and organised dinner and arranged for my transfer to the airport all courtesy of the hotel. So I just wanted to say thank you very much to him and the rest of the staff who looked after me on my final day which was indeed very difficult with the pain I was experiencing. Thank you Aymen…

The customer services at times during my stay was not 5 star. My room wasn’t cleaned on Saturday 25th March and I had to contact reception at 1630hrs to request for my room to be cleaned and dishes removed and water to be placed in my room.

This was our second time here. The stay was amazing! Thanks to the very helpful staff (especially Mr. Bonish at the reception, who helped us in numerous ways across the stay) we could enjoy our holidays to the fullest. The facilities are great, location fantastic and I have to say its the best place to stay in Abu Dhabi for sure!

There were no things that we did not like to be honest. The only thing I would change is the fact that staff at the swimming pool did not allow us to throw a ball when a pool was completely empty ... meanwhile the kids can do whatever they want during the day and they do not do anything about them ...

very odd security arrangements. I don’t expect to be searched at a five star hotel to stop guests taking food to the poolside! For genuine security reasons yes - but for food and drinks ? quite astonishing. security guard asked in the nicest possible way - and presume was only doing what management asked him to do.

We were cautious about coming here because we thought it would be a little old and outdated, however we were pleasantly surprised to find it renovated and very nice. There were several restaurants catering to anyone's needs from Greek seafood and Lebanese to American and British. Dancing, relaxing, shisha, or clubbing - it's all there. Plus it's centrally located to downtown and Saadiyat, a short walk or Uber away.

5 stars for the staff. I had a medical episode with pain issues and lifeguard Lenin Prassana was excellent. He was very calming and professional. I work as a nurse and was very impressed with his training. Thank you Lenin! You helped me so much!

not much but if I had to pick a point it would be that the passage carpets are tired. rooms are not too soundproof for noise from the passage.

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was only a few mins walk to malls and other hotels and restaurants, it is close to most establishments except from Yas which is about 30kilometers away from the main city (which is where the hotel is) The staff was really nice and friendly. There are in-house restaurants and bars so there's no need for your to really go anywhere else, the food was good.

It is an old hotel so that facility/decor was a bit outdated but it was maintained well, the pool and beach was smaller than what I was expecting, if the hotel is busy expect to have issues finding pool beds. The hotel breakfast was unorganized and when it is busy expect lines before getting seated. The shower/bath was poorly designed, every time we showered it would flood cause of how the shower/bath was designed.

We have taken the Half-board option with breakfast and dinner included, both were delicious and very satisfying, any specific diet can be easily followed. Great location, Abu Dhabi mall and the Grand Emirates Market available within minutes, making it easier to go shopping for everything needed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were always available to help with any questions or requests.

It would be great if there were more loungers available. It was difficult to find a spot on the beach for those who arrived a bit later.

Amazing stay – 10 out of 10! We had a fantastic time at Le Meridien Abu Dhabi. Everything was perfect from start to finish. A special thank you to Zaitun Ismail, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay – always ready to help us during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Her warm attitude made us feel truly welcome. The entire staff was excellent – always helpful, quick to respond to any request, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean, beautiful, and perfectly located in the heart of the city – within walking distance from the shopping mall. The sea was clean and beautiful, the water was amazing, and the beach was well-maintained. The pool was also spotless and very relaxing. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view, and access to the club lounge was a great bonus. Breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious food – we ate well and relaxed completely. This was a 100% perfect holiday for us. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again!
