The tranquility of this hotel is exceptional beautiful views across the grounds. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming and have the most wonderful hospitality ethos I ever experienced. Breakfast was truly amazing and the staff are always so welcoming to start your day The location of this place was very good for me a short taxi ride from Yas marina and the main city centre I would definitely recommend the hotel for all groups of people especially if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

The main pool was closed for maintenance for most of our stay something Booking.com should have informed us about , however we still had access to the lane pool so no big issues for us as we were still able to relax and enjoy

I want to share my wonderful experience in this hotel to everyone. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. The best thing for this stay were all staffs they were kind and sweet, but the best staff was Zain who was helping me sincerely. I want to say I am really appreciated and impressed by him. I lost my passport and EID in a taxi which I don't know and I realized that doing check-in. I was in mentally panic. But he was so professional, he made me calm down first and did his best to find back my all documents. He was calling first to taxi company lost and found department. And also contact the taxi driver to make him come to hotel as soon as possible, what he did on that day was so grateful. I am also working in a service field, and I know how much gave his efforts to this, and it is not easy at all. I even learned from him what is the hospitality is. Thank you so much Zain:) and the staff who was directly ran to me and made me calm down together with Zain. You made my day, you saved my life. All the best to Zain and him. I hope to see you again!!

Staff are very friendly and helpful Thanks to Nawar (Reception), she gave us a room upgrade and late check-out Marlar (Housekeeping) she provided us with all that we requested multiple times with fun & and a smile Moona (Fairways restaurant) he was very helpful during breakfast with attention Food was tasty in breakfast The room was spacious ( Junior Suite ) Tv is smart, which is a very nice move from the hotel and enabled us to connect and watch from our favourite streaming service

Seats & umbrellas quantities around the pool need to be increased to fit with hotel capacity. Arcade game/gaming room will be nice The Tv size in the room needs to be bigger to be relevant to room size and distance to bed

I recently stayed at Vogo Hotel in Abu Dhabi, and my experience was exceptional.From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the wonderful reception team, especially Ms. Nisha and Mr. Alhabashy. Their efficiency during check-in was both remarkably fast and made the process seamless. Not only were they quick, but they were also incredibly polite and welcoming. I felt valued as a guest, and their attentiveness made all the difference. The hotel itself is fantastic, but it’s the staff like Ms. Nisha and Mr. Alhabashy that truly make the experience memorable. Everything - spacious well equipped and stylish rooms and suites- superb breakfasts with great spread of international choices - Indian chef was friendly and made us special requests like Masala tea and paratha- dinner at the Sacchi was incredible. The staff in particular Nawar and Elab were friendly and hospitable and accommodated all of our requests. Swimming pool was great and right temperature.

The gym and spa were ever so slightly dated but no real issues and staff in the gym were friendly and accommodating.

Abishek the manager was very kind and accommodating to us and when we had some issues, he made sure to take the time to ensure that our experience was positive and even helped move us to a more comfortable room to match our needs. Excellent service across the board in this hotel.

The bar facilities were a little lacking and no kids allowed made it difficult to enjoy a drink as a family with a 6 year old.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, close to Yas Island and all the top attractions, making it super convenient. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, always friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to Salman, who kept our rooms spotless and paid attention to every detail. The service was exceptional, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

The room dining doesn’t have direct extension! We had to wait tell they call us A big hotel like this needs better communication! Also some staff in room dining need to improve their communication skills

Staff proficiency was top-notch. Special mention to; - Chishella Danag - for seamless check-in & arranging inter-leading rooms to accommodate my daughters in the adjacent room. - Nishi Subum & Mohamed Hanafy - for a coordinated checkout and making us feel special as 1st time guests

The lighting ✨️ in the rooms could do with brightening up. The corridor from main door & bath door was a bit dark especially with the darker schemed curtains. 😬
